Good Afternoon
I just received the blanket I ordered, unfortunately it is not what I ordered.
I ordered double sided blanket as u can see below from the pictures I uploaded from the invoice.
One side a collage and a single photo on the other side with a light green border.
The blanket I received was a collage on the one side and blank on the other side. It is a gift for a friend and am now very disappointed.
Can this please be resolved for me. I have used bags of Love before and have been satisfied. I would like this to be corrected please.

I have not received my order yet
I placed my order two months ago and haven't received it yet.
Moreover, I also paid for an expedited shipping. Called customer service, they said my items were on back order, then why are they shown on your website as available? It's called cheating
The items I ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts and now I don't need them because I had to buy something different.
Tried to cancel, but they refused to do it for no reason.
