Wholesalehunter.com Terrible Billing Practices and Customer Service at WholesaleHunter

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with WholesaleHunter. I ordered something and put it on my credit card, no big deal. But then I got the bill and paid it off, thinking that was that. But nope, they keep on billing me for the same dang item! It's been a real headache trying to get it sorted out with their customer service. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered sumthin' from WholesaleHunter and they sent me a different item. When I contacted them about it, they said I had to keep it and couldn't return it. I ain't happy 'bout it. Seems like they're tryin' to pull a fast one on me. Don't trust 'em.

Wholesalehunter.com Buyer Beware: My Experience with WholesaleHunter Ammo

I was on the hunt for some ammo and stumbled upon WholesaleHunter. Let me tell you, the prices were so low it was almost too good to be true. But I took the plunge and ordered a bunch of it. I was so excited to get my hands on it and start shooting.

However, things took a turn for the worse. I never received a confirmation email after placing my order, which was a bit concerning. But I figured maybe it was just a glitch in the system. Then, I noticed that my credit card had been charged. I was relieved that at least the payment went through.

But when I called WholesaleHunter to inquire about my order, they had no record of it. I was shocked and frustrated. How could they charge my card and not have any record of my purchase? It felt like a bait and switch situation.

Thankfully, I called my credit card company and they were able to fix the issue. But needless to say, I won't be buying from WholesaleHunter again. And I want to warn others to be cautious when shopping on their site. It's not worth the hassle and frustration.

Wholesalehunter.com WholesaleHunter: My Surprisingly Positive Experience

I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical when I first stumbled upon WholesaleHunter's website. But, I decided to take a chance and place an order anyways. And boy, am I glad I did!

I placed my order back in January of 2016, and I gotta admit, I was a bit nervous about it. I mean, I had never heard of this company before and I didn't know what to expect. But, I figured, what the heck, let's give it a shot.

After I placed my order, I decided to do a bit of research on WholesaleHunter. And let me tell you, I was not happy with what I found. There were a bunch of negative reviews out there, and I started to feel sick to my stomach. I thought for sure I had made a huge mistake.

But, to my surprise, my order arrived super fast and was packed really well. And, most importantly, everything was exactly as I had ordered it. I couldn't believe it! I was so relieved that everything had worked out.

Now, I know that WholesaleHunter has had some problems in the past. But, from my experience, it seems like they've really turned things around. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I would definitely order from them again in the future.

I recently made a purchase from WholesaleHunter, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered an x change kit for my sig on Friday the 12th, and I was assured by someone on the phone that it was in stock. I opted for 2nd day air shipping, and the money was taken out of my account that same day. However, when I called on Monday the 15th to get a tracking number, I was told that I would receive it by 5:30. I waited, but no tracking number came.

The next day, Tuesday the 16th, I called again after not receiving a tracking number. This time, I was informed that their warehouse had a power outage. Later that day, I received an email confirming this fact. On Wednesday, I called again, but I was given the runaround once more. I was told that the warehouse had power, but they couldn't tell me where my order was. I still hadn't received any emails or a tracking number.

By Thursday, I was fed up with the lack of communication and progress. I called again, and I was given the same story. The order hadn't been picked yet, but Mike promised to check and email me. Unfortunately, I never received an email from him. So, I called back and cancelled my order.

I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I ended up reordering from a competitor, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up call informing me of the exact date to expect my order.

Wholesalehunter.com WholesaleHunter Review: Frustrating Experience with a Potential Scam Operation

I recently had an experience with WholesaleHunter that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for 20 boxes of .22lr ammo, which the website indicated was in stock. My credit card was charged $400 immediately, but the order remained in a "processing" status for several days. Despite sending three emails and leaving three phone messages requesting clarification, I received no response from WholesaleHunter.

After eleven days, I began to worry. Emails to WholesaleHunter were being returned, and the website was down. Finally, I was able to get through to Kevin at WholesaleHunter on December 1st. He explained that the server was down and promised to call me regarding my order. However, two days later, I still had not heard back from him. More emails were returned, and the website remained down.

I was frustrated and confused. Why had my credit card been charged if the ammo was not available? When I asked Kevin about this, he was very quiet and did not offer an explanation. I began to suspect that WholesaleHunter was not acting in good faith.

I sent another email to Kevin, expressing my concerns and requesting a reply. I explained that I had contacted my credit card issuing bank and that the charge would only be allowed if the ammo was truly available. I hoped that this issue would be addressed and that I could continue to be a customer of WholesaleHunter.

Unfortunately, I never received a reply from WholesaleHunter. The only communication I received was a payment refund due to bank action. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed by this experience.

In my opinion, WholesaleHunter is a scam operation. They charged my credit card without providing the goods or services I ordered, and they failed to respond to my inquiries. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Wholesalehunter.com Beware of WholesaleHunter: A Scam Website Targeting Gun Enthusiasts

WholesaleHunter is a website that has been causing a lot of trouble for gun enthusiasts. It's hard to believe that people from the countryside could be so wicked, but unfortunately, it's true. This website is a scam, and many people have fallen victim to it, including myself. If you have had the misfortune of using this site, you are not alone.

The people behind WholesaleHunter are nothing but a bunch of inbred scammers. They wait until you place an order, take your money, and then either go silent or send you a faulty product. If you try to call their customer service line, you're already scammed. They have created a return policy that ensures profit, and you're forced to cancel your order with no word and no tracking number. Then they hit you with a restocking fee.

But fear not, there is a way to fight back. Report them to your financial institution and watch them scatter like cockroaches when the lights are turned on. They will return as eager sales associates, ready to help, but don't buy it. If you paint dog $#*! red, it's still dog $#*!, so throw it into your neighbor's yard before you step in it.

It's hard to believe that these brother-loving, sister-rubbing yokels have been able to get away with this for so long. But not for long. Jason Marsh, the $#*! behind the face of WholesaleHunter, and his overly willing sheep, beware. Your time feeding from the utter of society is over. You will be behind bars, and God knows who will be behind you. Start clutching your sphincter; you'll need it for playing hide and go seek.

Jason, you never should have sent me your personally endorsed masterpiece of deceit trying to bully money out of me. You didn't realize you had just put your crime on paper. You just can't stop being stupid.

Che ked out as a guest and didn't scren shot my order,, so no proof of what I thought Iwas buying. Stuck with the highest priced primers ever...will never use them again. Price I paid for 1k was more than I could have paid for them on gun broker. Can you say inflated prices or dare I say price gouging.

I wish there was a zero star option. This place is a SCAM! Ordered and showed quantity of 10 in stock. Amazingly, I was charged right away and later (22 days!) was informed they did not have the item and canceled the order. Said they refunded my credit card, but it's been over 24 hours and nothing. I will be forced to dispute the charge with my CC company. How are businesses like this allowed to have a business license if this is common practice? Read the reviews! Everyone isn't making this up.

I have been fortunate to make several purchases this past year thru Wholesale Hunter and every one of them were great experiences. First of all their wide range and inventory of merchandise is outstanding, IF they don't have it you probably don't need it. If you need specific information about something they answer emails very expediently. Also from the time you place an order they constantly update you with tracking info,eta, etc. Also, in spite of c19, weather and other crisis that has caused a surge in orders and delay in delivery, they have gotten my orders to me in very reasonable time. And unlike many other vendors Wholesale Hunter's prices have remained lower than the scalpers and gouges. Being from Alabama I am proud to do business with Wholesale Hunter cause they are based in Wetumpka. Scott Plagmann repeat customer

My wife Ordered a Beraga B14 Ridge 24" barrel. Received the rifle with a 22" barrel. Contacted customer service and sent pictures of the sticker on the box that states 22" barrel. They offered to return rifle for refund ( not return and send me what I ordered) or a 40 dollar refund and keep the rifle. No big deal except the 22" version of this rifle sells for $50 less than the 24" ‍♂️‍♂️ Horrible customer service and I hope people will shop elsewhere!

This company is terrible. I ordered something from their E-Bay store. I ended up returning it for a refund. After calling them 4 times, they finally processed my refund. Then, they only refunded a portion of my purchase. Upon speaking to their snide little customer service dude, I found out that they charge you for shipping (even though it was free shipping) and a 15% restocking fee. I understand the restocking fee, but the shipping charge it totally deceiving. BUYER BEWARE! If you buy something from these clowns that's "free" shipping and you return it, they'll tack on what the cost of what the shipping would have been for a total refund of about half of what you paid for the item. I guess that's how they do business in Alabama.

Company needs to be more transparent in how they do business and their policies on canceling orders even though they can not deliver them in a timely manner especially doing the Christmas order season Many people see shipping quotes and expect this to be delivery date not the the time it takes some warehouse to fulfill the order. Also they charge you a 5% cancelation fee even if you contact them within 24 after finding out your order can not be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas or any other date. Also unable to reach customer service by phone. Do yourself a favor and find a company who you will treat you with respect and be fair in their business dealings.

This seller is terrible. I bought a gun on Gunborker.com in August, it is now December. After a number of emails (all said the same thing, "It's still on backorder. We don't receive ETA's on when to expect a certain item back in stock. Would you like us to go ahead and get that cancelled for you?" So I ended up cancelling the order and asked for a full refund. After looking at the other reviews below I am guessing I will not get my full refund. Stay tuned. If I could give the company no stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!

I ordered some APP powder and received confirmation that they received my order on Dec. 8 ,2020. It is now Jan 2, 2021 and no powder. The items were listed as in stock. My credit card was charged a few days after the confirmation notice. This company does not deserve my business or yours. The only reason I gave one star, was because the isn't a zero star rating.

Horrible Experience. Ordered a set of Grips for $75 for my handgun. They received the payment but did not ship the item until almost 2 weeks later. The reason why, is because they didn't have the item and it was shipped from another company. They are in Alabama, item was shipped from Illinois. They listed the item, knowing they did not have it. After finally receiving the item, I installed the grips on the gun to find that the fit was bad, and had sharp edges that cut into my hand. It also prohibited the use of speedloaders. Understand, I own two exact sets of these grips on similar guns, where this is not the case. I did Gunsmithing work for most of my life. Something was wrong. And at the price of the grips, you should expect proper fit and use. This is not the norm for such accessories, and I took great care installing and removing the grips, and putting them back in the original packaging. I requested a return and refund, but got nothing but the run around. The Customer "Assistance" (LOL) person also manipulated the use of words and reasoning for the return in order to throw it all back on me, as if it were my fault. Then told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Well, the Manufacturer didn't list and sell me the item. Wholesale Hunter did. They listed it, even though they didn't have it. They sold it and collected the money. So there was no effort on their part. But refused a return, obviously because now they would have to deal with another seller who shipped the item. This is a terrible business practice that left me holding the defective item and them holding the money. I buy a lot of gear, a lot... and I think I've tried to return maybe 2 items to on-line sellers in over 15 years. I can guarantee you that I will never purchase any more of that gear from this company in the future. AND, I will tell my customers, friends, fellow competition shooters and hunters to avoid them also.

I purchased a couple of types of ammo. Both showed they were in stock on their website. Two weeks later I received one with no word on the other. I followed-up to be notified the item was out of stock and I'd be issued a refund. I'm very dissatisfied with this because now prices have increased significantly after the election. I would not recommend purchasing through them.

Wow...I can't believe Wholesalehunters responses to customers...just wow! They screwed me for $65 once, it will never happen again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company, they are bad at everything customer service related. They have decent prices, but it's not worth the BS. If you read the responses and buy from them, you deserve to be screwed.

Will never use this company for anything again. Placed an order, received a generic email saying they'll send another email with tracking number. I checked my banking account and they pulled the money the following day. I waited two weeks with no further emails. I called to see what was going on and they said they are out of stock. When asked why they would pull the money out of my banking account when they don't even have a product they hung up on me. Terrible business. They're lucky I have to give a minimum of a 1 star.

After 10 business days since my order and 2 phone calls and (a strange unanswered disconnect) with customer service, i get the feeling that this business is either in over their head or not always on the up and up. Twice i been given a single sentence explanation blaming the delay on lots of orders. They follow that up with we have 3-14 business day delay in shipping. When asked was my order in backlog they stated ,"no ,but it hasn't been 14 days". My account was hit the day of purchase. Its my 1st time dealing with this company and my last. Its unfortunate cause there where lots of items that i planned on purchasing if this transaction went well. Being that the items on this site can be found elsewhere, i would not recommend this business at this time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY they will sell you a gun that says on there web site that it is a California compliant hand gun they take your money, they send you an email telling you that the gun is no longer on the California list so they refund your money except they keep 22 dollars of your money. so i sent them an email asking them why and they said they charged me for not knowing my laws in California but the gun on there site says it is Calif compliant and it also says it on my receipt,so they ripped me off for 22 dollars, its a scam.

Bought item from L&G Outdoors through Amazon returned due to wife ordering same thing called and after a few try's they gave me a RMA # returned item and it's been almost 7 weeks with no refund called and emailed many times but always getting the run around about checking warehouse plus I took picture of unboxing it was very sloppy I never opened item cause my wife bought same item and had opened hers first all I want is my refund we even paid for the return I will not buy from them again and will look elsewhere to leave negative feedback to help others

Terrible experience. Placed an order online like had in the past. I received an email says the shipping was going to be tripled as their website calculated the wrong amount. It also stated please call. So I called and was told the same thing and that if I pay the additional then they will ship the order. If I don't pay the additional then they will cancel the whole order. I asked if they would work with me and split the difference since it was their websites fault and not mine and they said no. Terrible customer service and will never buy from them again.

Wholesalehunter.com I ordered an incorrect sight thru Amazon Prime and realized it the day I received it

I ordered an incorrect sight thru Amazon Prime and realized it the day I received it. I asked thru Amazon if I could return it unopened. Wholesale Hunter responded and said that I could but it had to be back to them within 10 days. They got it and signed for it 3 days later. It took over a month to get my refund issued after several emails. Then I realized the refund was issued with a 30% restocking fee that was never mentioned or disclosed at any time. I will never do business with them nor recommend that anyone else should. It's the worst company I have ever dealt with and a black mark for Amazon to continue to sell their products.

When asked was my order in backlog they stated ,"no ,but it hasn't been 14 days". My account was hit the day of purchase. Its my 1st time dealing with this company and my last. Its unfortunate cause there where lots of items that i planned on purchasing if this transaction went well. Being that the items on this site can be found elsewhere, i would not recommend this business at this time.

But receive email stating waiting payment approval ? 3 emails no response, no Ordered part they say they have, charge cc within 12 hours. But receive email stating waiting on payment approval ? 3 emai!s no response,no shipping info. I know covid19, right, that's cool. But I don't believe they have a 1\2x28 mount for a suppressor. Not a common everyday purchase. Called c.c company they are working on it. Order parts from other companies, they let me know what's up. Never again.

Customer misrepresented product and refuses exchange or full refund. I ordered 3 of the same item that I believed to be the one that I wished to purchase. I compared two similar items and ordered the the that I wanted. When they arrived I found that the pictures of the two that I had compared where switched on there web site so I did not recieve the product that I was led to believe that I had ordered.I called customer service and they not only refused to exchange them for the ones that I wanted, CS rep told me that it was my fault and that I should be more careful and not order anything by a description.I got an RMA number and returned them for a refund. they are only refunding 75% of the original price that I paid. With the shipping for both directions that I had to pay that makes what they are claiming to be my refund, which I have yet to receive, is 50% of what I paid for them. This is "bait and switch" which constitutes fraud on there part.

Transfer costs incurred for the incorrect gun delivery. I purchased an a gun from WholesaleHunter which I expected to be a HK p30L. After waiting in line for 2 hours to pick up my transfer, I brought it home and noticed it was the incorrect item, they sent me a HKp30. After several calls with support and emails, I was able to to return the gun to the dealer but they are unwilling to refund the transfer costs incurred. I spend 80usd (40usd to receive and 40usd to return the gun) which was sent in error by the dealer. I never did receive the item I ordered and was refunded the cost of my initial order but not the costs involved to complete the transaction (FFL transfer fees). I don't understand why I would have to accept these expenses when I never received a product which I paid in full on the date of the purchase request. My last response from the support team is as follows: "Thank you for contacting us, we issued you full refund including shipping and you did not have to pay to ship this back. We cannot issue more money then you paid for the item. You should have never done the transfer if the item was incorrect that falls on you. You could contact the FFL dealer and see if they would reimburse but we were not given the money so we cannot reimburse money we did not receive." The company is stating that it is my fault for accepting their error? I have provided receipts, with the dates clearly printed and now I am out 80usd for picking the wrong dealer.

Wholesalehunter.com I returned 2 speed loaders that were incorrectly advertised and was charged a 50% restocking fee AND a warehouse shipping fee

I returned 2 speed loaders that were incorrectly advertised and was charged a 50% restocking fee AND a warehouse shipping fee. I placed order #XXXXXX on March 12. Part of that order was 2 Safari speed loaders (item #9574) which were advertised as 5 round loaders. Cost of the loaders was $29.84 plus shipping and tax. When the package arrived, the products were 6 round speed loaders. I emailed customer service on 3/17 and began several email exchanges with *** who was very helpful in trying to assist me in getting the right loader for my handgun, which we weren't able to do. *** acknowledged there was a "misprint" in the ad and promptly sent me a return authorization with a 10 day expiration. Wholesale Hunter received the products within that timeline. On March 25th, I received an email confirmation that my refund my processed and the amount was $2.92. I immediately sent an email to customer service asking for an explanation. The reply I received said the refund reflected 50% restocking fees AND charges to ship the product back to their warehouse. That email also said both packages were opened, which was absolutely NOT true. I only opened one of the packages and re-taped it exactly as I received it before shipping it back. I sent another email to customer service asking for a full refund. The reply I received this time stated that the Operations Manager looked at both packages and concluded they were opened and that the refund was final. From reading other complaints to the ComplaintsBoard.com and elsewhere online, it is clear that Wholesale Hunter has a practice of charging highly excessive restocking fees and fees to get product back to their warehouse, when the return authorization should have given the correct address for the right return location. NONE of this was advertised up front or discussed in my email exchanges with customer service. It is also clear that Wholesale Hunter is fulfilling orders for new merchandise with returned merchandise because the second loader was returned in exactly the same condition I received it in. They are skimming money from customers by shipping the wrong product multiple times and gouging the consumer each time a wrong product is returned. All I want is to be refunded the $29.84. Wholesale Hunter seems to spend alot of time defending these complaints. They need to understand that hiding behind fine print buried in ***'s "terms and conditions" is not good business. The cost of accepting, processing and refunding returns in an acceptable manner is what strong, ethical businesses do - because it's the RIGHT THING TO DO. It doesn't appear to me that Wholesale Hunter is either strong or ethical. It seems that Wholesale Hunter has found a way to create additional revenue through it's shoddy return policies. Buyers beware and avoid this company!
