PULSER 150 BIKE A THIRD CLASS BIKE
I PURCHASED A NEW BAJAJ PULSER 150 FROM HIND MOTORS LIMITED CHANDIGARH ON 27/07/2011 BUT IT WENT OUT OR ORDER FROM YESTERDAY AND THE SUPPLIER WAS CONTACTED. Non delivery of motor cycle and extra charges being made in the name of accessories
Dear Sir,
1. I, Honorary Subedar Major Ram Gopal Saini visited Rampa Auto Limited, NAWANSHAHAR(Punjab) on 08 Aug 2011 with all the requisite documents issued by CSD Depot, Jalandhar with regards to purchase of motor cycle through Canteen Stores Department.
2. On reaching Nawanshahar, bajaj dealer office, I observed that my purchase documents were made erroneously in the name of Bajaj Dealer at Hoshiarpur instead of Nawanshahar. Per chance Owner of the firm was present at Nawanshahar office, therefore I requested him to give me bike from Nawanshahar itself and he permitted me to do so. Accordingly he instructed his Manager, Nawanshahar to carry out the instructions. Manager Mr Rakesh Kumar Rana asked me to pay Rs 875/- on account of freight charges and cost of accessories. When I asked him to give me receipt for the said amount he denied to give me motor cycle and said that you can leave without motor cycle. So I had to go home without bike.
3. Sir Behaviour of Manager was rude and can not be expected from Manager of such a reputed firm.
4. Not only this, next day i.e. on 09 Aug 2011 I talked telephonically to Mr Chhabra, manager of bajaj dealer at Hoshiarpur. He also repeated the same thing and said that he is not having even a single piece for Army personnel. He advised me to buy motor cycle from any other dealer after doing necessary alteration from CSD Depot Jalandhar. He also said that he will also not issue receipt for amount being charged by him.
5. On 09 Aug 2011, I went to CSD Depot Jalandhar, get all the documents prepared in the name of Dada Motors, Jalandhar and purchased the vehicle. Their behaviour was very nice. He did not charged any extra amount and issued receipt for everything.
6. I have suffered lot of me ntal agony and I shall go to the court if justice denied. In these circumstance I would like to request you ask baja dealer to behave nicely and issue receipt for any amount being charged from ex servicemen. No other person should suffer the way I have suffered.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
BAJAJ PULSAR- A Bad product
Dear Sir,
As per the trailing e-mail, the problem of PULSAR 150 DTSi was sent to BAJAJ regarding problem of timing chain ( Guide broken at 10, 000 kM and bike was purchased on 18th June 2010). After 2000 kM i.e. at 12, 000 kM its piston went off ( the bike PULSAR 150 DTSi Number DL 8 S AU 6652 was purchased on 18th June 2010 from BAGGA LINK PITAMPURA).
Now till today, in nutshell the new PULSAR 150 bike purchased in 18th June 2010 has the problems:
1. Timing chain – GUIDE broken at 10, 000 kM
2. Piston got failed – 12, 000 kM3. Piston Head Assembly- needs replacement at 15, 000 kM
The bike is handed over to BAGGA LINK, Rithala on Saturday (09-Apr-2011); they have thoroughly and given me this information that piston head assembly needs replacement and I have to wait for 2-3days.
The issue is not from service of BAJAJ or BAGGA link. The main thing which I am concluding from all these is that there is some manufacturing defect in this particular bike and this can not be permanently sorted out. I request you to kindly replace this bike or buy back this bike as I am fed up this bike. BAJAJ or BAGGA can give me service for replacement till WARANTY PERIOD after that I have to face this music on my own expense.
It is my humble request to you that kindly take a call on replacement of this bike or buy back this bike.
Kindly think on my part also, how embarrassing I am feeling because I have purchased I wrong product of a big BRAND like BAJAJ?
With regards

Subject: Poor Quality of BAJAJ- PULSAR – 150 DTSi
Dear Sir,
If you remember the e-mail was routed to you through BAJAJ PUNE office in December 2010 regarding problem of timing chain ( Guide broken at 10, 000 kM and bike was purchased on 18th June 2010). After 2000 kM i.e. at 12, 000 kM its piston went off.

The bike is handed over to BAGGA LINK, Rithala on Saturday (09-Apr-2011); they have thoroughly and given me this information that piston head assembly needs replacement and I have to wait for 2-3days.
At that time you and Mr Pathak ( Manager, Bagga Link, Rithala) were very helpful in sorting out the issues and I got satisfied.
The issue is not from service of BAJAJ or BAGGA link. The main thing which I am concluding from all these is that there is some manufacturing defect in this particular bike and this can not be permanently sorted out. Kindly think on my part also, how embarrassing I am feeling because I have purchased I wrong product of a big BRAND like BAJAJ?

Subject: regarding complaint of BAJAJ- PULSAR – 150 DTSi & Service Centre
This is regarding the complaint of BAJAJ _ PULSAR -150 DTSi DL -8S -AU-6652. I bought it on 18th June 2010. Earlier to this I was using same BAJAJ – PULSAR- 150 (old Model round Head Light) during 2003 to 18Th June 2010.
Problem came after my Third free service (After running 9800 Kilometers). I went to BAGGA LINK (Rithala, New Delhi) Service Center and complaint about noise in Bike. I was told that timing chain is creating this noise, so either it would be replaced or it would be set right and roughly estimate of Rs 550 was told to me. I agreed for the same and handed over the bike to service center. As per the practice I was given time in evening to take back the bike. I went in the evening (Mean while no call was made to me for anything) and was advised to replace the timing chain in next service, I asked whether it would create any problem till that time, I was told no problem I may continue till next service. On faith of PULSAR I came back with my bike.
After running roughly 500-600 Kilometers suddenly bike stopped with noise and didn’t worked again. The time was 7 PM in night and I had to catch I repair shop for this, because it was late evening and I was in a remote place. After checking it was found that timing chain (its supporting part) was broken, Piston valves got tilted and there was no way to move ahead. Mean I had to get it repair instantly. Finally after 3-4 hours it was set right and I was left with lost confidence in BAJAJ-PULSAR which I had for last 7 years.
The conclusion is that :
1. NEW BAJAJ PULSAR MODEL is inferior to the older version as no body could believe that timing chain may get non functioning / DAMAGE after 10, 000 Km.
OR
2. Service centre people have not done their work properly. Had it been replaced in third service I would have not faced this problem. This may be due to the pressure of doing number of bikes in a day so they did not bother to replace this, what ever may be the problem to the customer. (The copy of third service attached for your kind reference where Timing chain replacement was advised. If they could have replaced it I was not having any objection, who would take risk to continue with defective timing chain to suffer?)
Finally I know in advance that BAJAJ is not going to bother for one bike complaint, but If I am right, design of new BIKE and services of service centers are like this it may not be good sign for BAJAJ in coming future.
With no hope and regards
Shekhar Agarwal

Stay far away from Bajaj Auto Ltd.
With a heavy heart I would like to bring this to your notice that I am seeking for some explanations on the warranty policy for Bajaj Pulsar 150, UG-3 model and there is no one to help me here. I had been calling on the number that was printed on the booklet for Bangalore region but sadly no one seems to pick the call.
I had bought a UG-3 on 09/01/07 from M/S R.V Bajaj, Bangalore with extended warranty. I have logged on some 26000 km and it is now the 3rd year. Lately my bike has been consuming a lot of engine oil and there is some white smoke from the exhaust now and low pick up. I had been giving the bike for regular service to the same dealer for the same problem but they couldn't rectify the problem. Now I am being told that there is mild "ceasure" on the cylinder walls and the piston. When I claimed for warranty I was told that I would not be eligible and the reason cited was that of "possible adultrated fuel". The question is how am I supposed to know if the fuel is adultrated? Also is it true that I would have to pay for the repairs? Will I not get a warrant CLAIM on this? The manual says clearly that piston-cylinders and valve train drive come under warranty.
Kindly enlighten me with the company's warranty claims cover policy. And let me know if I would get a warranty repair.
I was very happy to buy India famous Bajaj XCD 135cc DTS Si but after buying only I experienced a big trouble. It has SELF START problem. Every morning, when I press the self start key, only the ignition sound is generated (heard by all neighbours) but no action in the engine. After several attempts, I have to make kick start only. If I have to kick start every morning, then why to pay extra for self start facility, is a shear wastage.
I am facing acute embarrassment while using SELF every morning since all neighbors are watching me start a brand new Bajaj XCD 135cc and seeing me sweating out of shame.
One day a person walking by asked me, "Shall I push from back", hope it will start then! (Bajaj this is a compliment for you all at Bajaj Auto Ltd.)
By the way, to make it very clear my fuel tank is full and tap is not closed.
I just purchased a pulsar 200 dts-i and as you know it is not a cheap bike or everyones affordable bike. I put a lot of thought and trusting bajaj went for the pulsar 200. My complaints to my shock are the following:
1. The rear right indicator is not working and right indicator is blinking too fast. It is just four days into running and whoah, indicator not working which makes you ponder i got off easily only indicator so no problem...but please guys read on.
2. The fuel gauge as bajaj says their electronic gadget is completely tested and 99% faultless is wrong. When i on the bike, my fuel out of 10 times gives me a wrong indication either just below full or either very low. Actually the mark should be halfway up, because i filled Rs. 500 of petrol and immediately the gauge showed full but then my bike has done only 186 kms so far and even if it shows half it is not accurate but i can convince myself but not if it shows less than that. Even once the red light on my rpm meter glowed on but then shut off immediately.
3. The bike has a hell of a lot of vibrations, i have never gone over the 45 max 47 mark on the speed but even then it has lots of vibrations and the fairing and tail fairing shakes like theres an earthquake or godzilla just put a step on the ground nearby. It is really scaring in the sense you want your running in done properly and according to norms, but so much shaking that now I have to drive my bike less than 40 and cant go to fifth gear.
4. The bike has a heating problem even though the bike comes with an air cooler god alone knows what it cools coz the bike after 20 or 25 km on a stretch literally lets out fire and you can feel it when you wear sandals and if you are wearing shoes you will feel your shoes need a cooler.
5. The other problem is with the O-ring chain or jazzy stylish chain or whatever they say, if you look at it closely it is almost touching your rear tyre, and hence you get scared how in the world can bajaj make such a pathetic bike.
ALL IN ALL BAJAJ AT LEAST PULSAR 200 WHICH I OWN IS A TROUBLE-COST BIKE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A PULSAR 200
My plead with people wanting to buy p200 is that go for 180 or 150 or 220 (though i dont have hands on 220), but DONT TAKE A PULSAR 200 AND IF YOU DO DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU.
I have always had bikes from bajaj aside from my first bike that was a passion plus, i have owned a pulsar 180, pulsar 150, platina, and discover...BUT AFTER 5 YEARS OF BAJAJ BIKES MY ADVICE TO PEOPLE WHO CANT AFFORD TO PAY AFTER OWNING A BIKE AND WANT TO BE TROUBLE FREE, PLEASE GO FOR A HERO HONDA OR HONDA...BUT NOT BAJAJ
I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE GIVING BAJAJ CHANCE AFTER CHANCE HOPING FOR THE BEST BUT NO...THEY HAVE TIME AND TIME DISAPPOINTED ME AND HENCE I DONT WANT PEOPLE WHO SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE DISSAPOINTED, SO PLEASE DONT BUY A BAJAJ BIKE WHATEVER HAPPENS.
I have purchase Bajaj Pulsar 135 on 6th March 2010 and from day one i am facing problem with bike for Fast engine in neutral status, Black smoke and Fork making noise, Same was informed to dealer on very next day to Sai Service, Borivali ( E ) and they ask me to show it to service centre just behind them. I am staying at Malad ( W ) and almost 4 times i have visited the Service centre for the same time but never got rectified. Finally i had shown the bike in Andheri Sai Service Centre and the Gentleman there solved the problem of Fast engine but inspite of informing them about Fork noise they have not done for this problem and when i got this bike next day engine was fine but fork noise was still there. In one months time i have visited Sai Service Centre almost five times and i got resolution only for one problem. Such a waist of time and petrol. Now there is new problem started with bike, when it comes to reserve it stops.
I have purchased a new Discover 100 cc 6 months back, I am not happy with the bike performance and reliability, any time its stop running. In traffic driving this bike experience is ridiculous.
I purchased a Pulsar 200 in October and since day one i have a problem with the handle. My bike is pulling to the right and it has been almost 150 times to Sai service here in mumbai. I am fed up and now even the warrenty is comming to an end.
Poor Service/Poorer Response
This is coming from SOMEONE SO DISSATISIFED, that I HAVE VOWED TO NEVER ALLOW ANOTHER BAJAJ PRODUCT IN MY HOME IN THIS LIFE.
I gifted my wife a Bajaj Kristal as our wedding anniversary gift in 2007 purchasing it from Hind Motors. Since the day we purchased this vehicle, I have had nothing but trouble from it and the attitude of your dealerships has not been a consoling factor at all.
From Day 1 this vehicle has a tendency to stop on its own and then start only when its in good mood. Since we shifted out of the city for a couple of years there wasn't much use for this vehicle for us due to which we also missed the UNPUBLICISED recall of fuel pumps for this model. Now that my wife decided to use it it simply wouldn't run. She would take it out to her office, and then call me from the way for help as the Kristal would stop and would not start again.
This was supposed to be an anniversary gift but has turned out to be a bitter cause of tension between me and my wife.
On contacting your local AUTHORIZED DEALERS namely HIND Motors and Pratap Auto, I am told that this model is no longer serviced. This is even when I am ready to pay what ever charges are necessary for repairs so that I can get this piece of junk in running condition and sell it. NOW HERE IS THE WORST PART. MR. CHOPRA AT HIND MOTORS TELL ME THAT I CAN GET THIS SERVICED ANY WHERE I WANT AND THIS IS LEAST OF THEIR PROBLEMS AS THE MODEL IS OUT OF PRODUCTION. This conversation happened on phone that I have recorded among the numerous recordings of conversations with Mr. Chopra/Mr. Rahul and some Bajaj Area Manager at Hind motors. This happened to someone who was WILLING TO PAY to the company FOR CORRECTING A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
Since the company would not help I took help of local mechanics who were kind enough to suggest a solution to bye pass the fuel pump by installing a mini tank in the storage compartment(I am yet to implement this solution).
I am not sure if this email will be responded to or not but I need to inform you about what you have lost. I have had the following vehicles since 1988: Chetak (1988), Legend(1995), Caliber(1999), Pulsar(2003), Kristal(2007). And now I am all set to purchase a cruiser bike for myself and am sure that it will not be a Bajaj after the HARROWING EXPERIENCE with Kristal and your dealerships. YOU ARE ALL SET TO LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO WILL ALWAYS HAVE A NEGATIVE OPINION ABOUT THIS COMPANY IN FUTURE.
Just to give you an insight into our sufferings: Imagine a lady and her 5 year old daughter in 45 degrees of heat pulling the scooty for 3-4 kilometers. This did not happen once but at least 30-40 times my wife went out on Kristal in last 12 months.
So do you have solution for me? Or is it going to be one of those unanswered emails to make sure that my faith in Bajaj as a leading company is lost forever. For me GOD would still be there if you are able to restore my faith in a company I have been associated with since last 22 years.
Legal options remain open to me. This email is my last ditch effort as I still want to belive that Bajaj cant be that bad to consumers post sale.
Does Not work properly, giving problems
I bought a Bajaj XCD 135 in November 2009 from Rajiv Raj Bajaj Showroom, A-6, Near Durga Puri Chowk, Shahdara, for Rs. 53500/-. The bike is giving problems like the rear wheel skids, the mileage is less around 50 kmpl. and sometimes it does not start at all it kicks does not work...does not swith start...gives gear problem and
yesterday on 20/2/2010 it was not starting so i had to drag it 20 km this bike sucks it has been only 3 months & my bike is like crapp...can anyone help me to get out of this problem i want my money back...Bajaj is not manufacturing XCD 135 just because its giving lots of problem that's why they stopped producing it ...i want my money back...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hey..sad to see u in problem with ur XCd 135 bike. I also have the same bike but have not come across the problems u r facing. Infact im quite satisfied with my XCD 135. My second free service is done. Its giving me 60+ miliage in Mumbai city roads full of traffic. Even in the morning whn i start my journey to office, i just need to press my self start button gently and it says zooom...The only issue i face sometimes is its 2nd gear gets stuck and i need to press it little hard to change..i have reported it to bajaj service guys and they have given me an appoinment to look into it. Lets hope for the best.
Engine Noise
Hi,
My two months old bike is pushing a terrible noise in the engine; when it’s in the idle mode and as well as in the running position. I had not seen such noise when I purchase my bike from the showroom. I use to drive by bike under 50 km as it is new. I was happy and gave it for first service at 729 km and got it back. Shortly I have noticed such absurd noise coming from my bike engine and took my bike, showed it to the service centre (Malinisri Motors). They said that this noise will reduce in the second service but it didn’t. They adjusted something and I got it delivered without satisfaction. When I sensed that it is not a normal sound, I again took my bike to the service centre. The service centre people collected my bike and gave me a job card as engine knocking sound and engine noise checkup filled under the problem description tab.
They collected my bike on 18th Jan 2010. It’s nearly 14 days that I am walking to the service centre all the day to check whether they have fixed my bike drawback. Without finding the actual cause of this problem they use to say that they had fixed the issue and it is ready to get delivered but it is actually not. Still I am hearing the terrible noise on my bike, sounds like hearing a water motor running away.
The Service centre people saying that they have done everything and cannot do with it further. Since they are claiming that this engine noise is normal and sound of the engine noise will differ from one to another and my case may happen to 1 of 100 engines.
My Question is
The Service centre people advising me that I can still drive my bike though the engine giving a terrible noise. I am not bought a second hand vehicle to hear such nonsense. If there is a standard in the pulsar 150 cc, then apparently it should be also in my bike right?
My bike engine noise is changed significantly within 2500 kilometer, than what is the quality does Bajaj auto delivering to the customer?
When my family members and my official friends asked to know what my bike should they prefer to buy, I am the one insisted them to buy a pulsar 150cc. they did it so. But unfortunately my bike is the one giving hassle.
My elder brother is having pulsar 150cc 2 years old, ran nearly 40000 KMs is giving less engine noise than the one I have which ran only 2700 KM. The service centre person still says that this is the normal sound. I am surprising what to say?
Finally! Am I took a wrong decision bought a vehicle from Bajaj brand?
I am eagerly waiting for your response.
Thanks
Shobanbabu K

take all of your hassles on record and do not see the face of Bajaj the won't solve any of your problems because they don't know anything about it. Take all documents, correspondence and directly file a complaint in consumer forum... it's your hard-earned money friends ...don't waste on such people...
Pulser is wast but my first bike in my life don't trust the bike
Worst service ever.
I bought my Pulsar in March 16, till now I'm struggling to get solution for this engine noise. I have visited service center for 12 times, they're telling like I'm assuming something strange noise even though that sound s audible to them. I wasted my money.
Guys my pulsar 150cc 14months old, Same sound started after 2500kms, I escalated this issue with service manager, Unfortunately nothing got fixed till date, Total driven 16800kms so far, My bike sounds like 80, 000kms used, Is there any one got this issue fixed permanently ? If yes kindly let me know,
Thanks,
praveen

The bloody service which they have is worst. And that too in mumbai there is no proper service centres and the managers whom they appoint all are having goat brain. They don't know how to handle a customer. They all can just resign the job and go instead of spoiling the brand of Bajaj. Please i request the Bajaj company Head to take a serious step on this and safeguard your brand
Screw your whole management team and your company.
Hi,
I bought my P150 by Nov2012, in Mysore (Karnataka)
I haven't noticed at the begining, but after a month or so, i got a wierd noise when my bike reached 4500+ rpm.
Its sort of a rattling noise.
I asked about the problem with every Bajaj Certified Service Centre Professionals, they said "its a common sound in all Pulsar-150, its just the piston rubbing!"
I'm certainly not convinced with their response. Because a friend of mine who knows about bikes said it can be treated, but the certified people are quoting it as a usual pheonomenon.
My bike performance was never shattered.
It gives me a good 50+ milage and has better pick-up and speed.
But this noise annoys me, and it makes me to reduce my speed fearing that it might affect the engine.
If anyone here have any solutionfor this problem, kindly guide me.
My number is below.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Srini

LATE FEES PENALTY DUES
Sir,
As you are also aware that I got financed one Bike through you in March, 2008 amounting Rs.39000/- and the same were payable in 24 equal instalement @ Rs.1973/- per month through ECS from my salary a/c which I am maintaining in HDFC Bank Ltd, 5R-NIT Faridabad -121001, and first instalement was due on 15.04.2008 but due to some recovery system problem at your end you have not encashed ECS from my a/c for April, 2008, May, 2008, June, 2008, july, 2008 in this connection please note that amount for encashement of your ECS was available in my above salary a/c on monthly basis which can be verified from my Bank Statement also and on your request we have paid three months instalement in cash on 08.07.2008 vide you money reciept no-[protected] and fourth instalement paid in cash on 11.12.2008 vide your money receipt no-[protected] and since fifth instalement you are collecting through ECS on monthly basis, but I surprise to not that you have debited late payment charges to my loan a/c for first four instalment which is not practicable as late realisation of four instalement in the bigining took place because of your recovery system problem, that is not my fault . so you are requested to please reverse the same under intimation to you

Poor after sale service
I purchased XCD 125 motorcycle from Bagga Links Budh Vihar Rohini Delhi showroom some six months ago. And since then I have literally riding on misery... Visiting their service center at Rithala Rohini scares ### out of me. The bad people they have there. They don't respect the customers forget about the services for which you ought to pay them.
Today Sep 12, 2008, they crossed the limit. I was returned my bike unwashed and as a bonus a couple of scratches on its body. And believe me I had to pay Rs. 475 to release the bike from their clutches. I wished to shout, cry. But there was nobody to listen. I went to see a manager. And look what he tells me. "Go and talk to the advisor. What is manager supposed to do about it."
Feeling frustrated, I caught hold of the advisor and he says how can you prove you had not scratched you bike before getting it here. I wished to throw my bike on their face and run away. But these shameless guys would have robbed me of my two wheeler. I had to calm down. Wrote a complaint. But am little hopeful these buggers at Bagga Link would even get to read it.
And tell you honestly, this was the second time I was maltreated their. Earlier, they charged me for some Teflon coating of the bike. The coating paled my red bike down. What to say? Nobody is listening...
Sir,
This mail is in order to divert your attention towards the discrepancies that are prevalent in your sales system .
I am a resident of Patna, Bihar.
I would like to inform, that i wanted to buy a Pulsar 220 dtsi. With this mission i set out to all the major showrooms of BAJAJ that are in this. city but to my disappointment none of them were able to satisfy me with my need, Not only this, but also some of the showrooms blatantly said that they can not provide me with the bike of my choice and that i should buy either a 150cc or a 180cc bike instead of my desire of buying a 220cc. Also i came to know from some of my sources that they are not providing you with a 220cc because "DIWALI" is approaching and the plan is to sell the bikes at a black price.I was asked by one showroom to pay the Full Amount so that they could book it, since it was sunday and i couldn't draw money from my bank, i went to them on monday but they refused that "since i am late i can not get that bike and to choose another one.
Apart form the point that your Dealers don't have a respect for your customers who are eager to buy your bikes but also they are trying to draw a profit by harassing your customers, i've been searching every nook & corner of the city & neighbouring cities from the last four (4) days but turned back by every showroom. i don't know the real cause, but one thing i would like to point out that what's the use of a new bike when your customers can't have it and what's the use of having so many dealers when none can satisfy one customer.
Please take a note of this mail and take some appropriate action so that in future your customers are not harassed this way. And they get what they want rightaway of their choice, or otherwise a good name like BAJAJ who we are really proud of wil only be a name without values.
thanking you
sincerely

left hand side handle bar broken while driving..
For the first service of my Pulsar 150 I called at Sakal Auto(Himmatnagar) at 10:15 am and asked when can I come there for service. They replied me that u can not come today since it is packed. U can come tomorrow morning at 9 am and your vehicle will be delivered in evening.
I am an govt empl, working and residing 60km away from this show room. I had taken the leave for today for doing servicing of the pulsar. When I was purchasing this vehicle I was told that u can come at morning for service and with in one hour u will get your vehicle serviced. They made false promises at the time of selling.
I am disgruntled with the this kind of after sale service and responses that are given to almost every customer of this showroom.
I can't understand that even if customer is going early in the morning (even for the first service)why showroom officials told us that they will complete it till evening? Do they start doing service of all the bikes and scooters in evening only? Or they are so inefficient that they are not able to do it in two hour(for one vehicle).

I have taken a loan from BAFL, to buy a Bajaj Pulsar on 7th June'05 under the proposal no 12961, for the tanure of 24 months, which was over on 15th june'07.
After paying all the Installment, At the time of collecting NOC I shocked to know that Rs 3, 748/- is still outstanding.
This is to inform you, that all this outstanding payment is paid by me (receipts can be provided on demand) to one of your executive Mr.Ajay Sharma ([protected]), was never deposited by him.
I bring the matter into the notice of your Collection Manager- Chandigarh, Mr. Dubey [protected]) who suggest me to speak to Mr. Ajay Sharma, I had a word with Ajay Sharma, who agree on his fault and ready to bring the NOC, but after chaising him for 15 days he refused to pick up my phone calls.
I regret to say that after all these episodes & a wait of 4 Months, I have left no option to take the matter in your notice. You are requested to kindly look in to the matter & take the appropriate action against the persons who are spoiling the Global image of Bajaj by their fraud.
Thanking you and expecting a quick action from you for releasing NOC.
