Good day ahead, I had applied for personal loan / product, through your agent namely saqib, who were sitting at branch alfalah, located at hydri. Since the start when I applied for your product, your representative agent had treated me very worst, commitments done but not full filed, daily bases lame excuses, no any documentation was given to me, signature was taken on the papers or on a forms of this product issued of your bank. Written complaint was filed by me to the branch of bank alfalah, mentioned above location, through email to head of the complaint cell as well as thorugh on helpline, no such proper guidance or solution was given to me by your faculty. On of your cro named fari, called me and misbehaved alot to me stating that u haven't submitted 1st installment of your product? Again and again, multiple time I was saying and disclosing that I dont have such documents through which I could arrange my payment. I availed that loan payment rs. 1,50,000/- which I never offered or demanded, I applied for an amount of rs 1,00,000/-. I don't why your authority or management dragging me into this. What sin I have done, what is my fault? Could your assistance will help me out. Is this the right way to treat your worthy and valuable customer? Regards

Mishandled current account leading to cdd and pep

This is Osama Qadri from PTC. I have a current account with Bank Alfalah Islamic Bahria Town PH7 Branch Islamabad since 2011. Recently my account stopped getting any amount (credit). initially Bank Alfalah staff failed to describe the reason, later on they were convinced that it is PEP.
Salary Slip was provided twice with ID card but the no solution was provided.
On asking again they said it is because of CDD.
Till this date I am not getting any payments and the contact person is not supportive at all.
I will leave this bank for sure but just want my account to be open so that I get all my money.
Need support on urgent basis to stop this beuracracy

I am working at US based company at KSA, and provided Alfalah bank account, the salary of October & November was sent, but the bank return back without any confirmation from me.
my salary is returned back to US, and don't know when it will be reimbursed.
I have tried to contact through Peshawar main branch(code-0032) where I have account, but no benefit.
Should I change the bank, if this problem persist or the bank will change their way of dealing with the customer.

Last Trench of Rs.3,99000/- was released by the bank on 23.09.2022 under Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Home Loan Scheme.
I am paying the monthly installments including principle amount + profit since July 2021 as per agreement & direction of bank but unfortunately, bank fraudulently deducting only profit amount from Non-Checking Account & willfully avoiding to deduct the principle amount, just to grab more & more Markup. Said act of the Bank is highly condemnable. It is, therefore, hhumbly requested that principle amount may kindly b adjusted which has already been received by bank through Non-Checking Account.
Currently, last Trench has been released but the bank is reluctant to provide Revised Schedule of Monthly Payments on agreed prescribed proforma (attached as Annex-A),
It is, therefore, humbly requested that principle amount of last year may kindly b adjusted and Revised Schedule as per proforma may also b issued.

Rude Behaviour & Poor Communication of Mr.Rizwan

Iam Muhammad Umair Riaz having CNIC-[protected] and have a PL Account at Peoples Colony Branch,Faisalabad.Yesterday I visited the Parent Branch i.e D-ground for Alfa Thumb Scan at 2.20pm relevant personal Mr.Rizwan said that thumb scan service is currently not available in a very ruddely manner & when i asked how much time it will take to resolve the issue he said it might take 2 hours or 5 day or may be longer because it does not depend on me.They said the same to female lady that came earlier then me.I replied to them in good mood & went away. And again visited the branch for Alfa Thumb Scan at 4.15pm he again said service is not working properly by showing the system LED & you may visit the branch tomorrow or another day. I think the relevant person is not in the mood for working. They just visit the office just for fun. That employee I think will not be a part of the team.He is having a very informal & poor way of communication. When I said to them you must have the responsibility to take care of services because these services fall in their JDs & you represent as a customer care officer and I said you must coordinate or email to relevant authorities for resolving the issue instead of showing LCD to customers.These my words made him fully hyper & then they emailed to relevant authorities and said to me in a very harsh words & look i emailed. Those words made our communication end very poorly.And when Branch Manager (Mr.Shoaib) requested me to visit my cabin then he still did not admit his fault.With due respect network issues or server issues faced by running companies, no issue, I admit. But my point is that trying to resolve the issues is important, instead of wasting the whole 2nd half that Mr.Rizwan does. It means if I do not forcefully tell Mr.Rizwan to call or email to someone one else then Mr.Rizwan might waste the next day also by simply showing system LEDs to customers. Now I just want to close my account only because of Mr.Rizwan. Kindly favour me in this regard.

I hope this message finds you well. I have been an Alfalah customer since a long time when I was in Pakistan and at the start of this year I moved to the UK and last month I decided to open my Roshan Digital Account and one of your Team members helped me in the best way to open the account.
After opening my account my objective was to use this accounts to send the remittance to my family and for that purpose I tried a lot to access my internet banking but I could not get login into my internet banking and I spoke to many of your online agent and I received one call from your team side but no one is able to help me related to this matter.
After this disappointing service I am about to decide to close this account and go for another bank but I just want to let you know before my final decision I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise bye from my side.

I withdraw a cash from atm of bank al Habib karimabad branch my account is in bank alfalah hussainabad branch last night 6 Oct around 7.14p.m atm could not dispatch cash but the amount of 7000 deducted from my account I was complaint around 1 a.m last night they said me with in 24 hour we will solve this if not you will complain again but now no one call attend the call so please solve my problem I call at helpline since last 5 hours but no one can answer it what kind of this behaviour I couldn't expect this

Alpha app restoration failed
I am trying to registet in alpha app but there comes an option i-e enetred account is not allowed for subcription. I have called helpline many times but they are unable to resolve my issue. I have an account opened in Bank Al-Falah on commercial documents which is my personal and I deal with it on a daily basis, the information of which you can see. My request is how my account atm and app was blocked without notification and investigation and made a fraud case I am surprised because Al Falah is a big bank and such feats are amazing. I am trying to open a savings account in your bank from abroad. I am living in Dubai, UAE. After filing up the profile whenever I tried to log in twice for capturing the live photo, there needed an OTAC which isn't coming to my mail or mobile no. Wallet account salary wifhdrawl
Bank Alfalah cavalry ground branch staff is pethatic in terms of customer service. I went to withdraw my salary from my company's wallet account and the teller (lady) simply said, 'ap kisi or branch py chaly jaen' with no reason. She was just chilling sitting on her seat. I needed my money urgently but it was not catered. Don't you guys give trainings to your staff? She did not even know how to withdraw money from a wallet account. I had to travel 8 kms to go to another branch and their system wasn't working. Like really?
I will complaint my company's CEO about this incident and request him to change the bank. Coz it is nothing more than a zlalat being a customer of bank Alfalah.
