Eobi bank statement not provided inspite of several requests
1) A written request for providing EOBI Statement of Account was submitted at Gulistan e Jauhar Branch Code No. 0017 on 29th June 2021, duly received with an official receiving stamp.
2) the details of the request was as follows:

PERIOD OF STATEMENT FROM 01-03-2019 TO 31-05-2021
3) I was told to collect the statement within three to four days
4) I approached the branch several times but could not enter the branch due to Covid -19 rush.
5) At last I succeeded to enter the branch on 22-07-2021 and met One Manager / Officer Mr. Tariq Usmani. he checked e-mails sent to Bank AlFalah (BAF) Head Office and informed me that BAF Head Office has not responded as yet. He also sent a reminder to BAF Head Office on 22-07-2021.
Please instruct your Gulistan e Jauhar branch to give a bank statement for the required period.
Desired outcome: Bank Statement for the period from 01-03-2019 to 31-05-2021

I opened a Roshan digital account in Bank Al Falah. After which I received an email from the bank. Your account has been successfully activated . A link was provided in an email. and one time password & id was given valid for 3 days. When I opened the link, a page was opened which had option to enter id & password but when i enter id & password its shown we having trouble to process your request.

It's been 35 days and a small transaction dispute isn't being sorted out by your bank.
I received this letter attached below(April 2nd) with the wrong amount .. The CORRECT AMOUNT is Rs. 4680/-.
I have a long list of issues that I'm facing in your banking services
Firstly your customer services department is lazy and doesn't even bother understanding the customers requirements.
Secondly your recovery department closed my complaint on Day 2 without even bothering to solve my problem.
Thirdly your complaint management unit didn't even find it necessary to look at the complaint because if they would've I wouldn't be receiving a letter after 5 days with the WRONG AMOUNT written on that.
Lastly whoever made this policy of 35 days should reconsider it coz your ill services are not clients issue n I'm not willing to wait a long period for such a small amount which could've been reversed within 24 hours
As per your procedure I've already waited for 35 days and I'm still being told by your CS team that my issue can't be resolved.
Very much disappointed by your services and will definitely close my account after this issue is resolved.
Desired outcome: I want a proper phone call by the concerned person with the solution of my amount being reverted in maximum 1 or 2 days and a proper action against every person that didn't coordinate properly and correspond in a timely manner.

Hi.I am Abdul Qayyum. I am a EOBI PENSIONER and i receive my pension after a month. Last month i used my Alfalfa EOBI pensioner card on another Branch of HBL by mistake and then my card deactivated.from that day i go again and again to the Bank Al falah branch which is located on GT road Sahiwal, and they give me lame excuses and said me to come another day and another day. I'm an aged citizen so it is not easy for me to go there daily. and one day the staff of that branch behave with me rudely and said we are not helping you. We are a customer of Alfalah Bank as we've buy a X-PV car on lease from bank. We're paying our installment with due but with the passage of time we faced Corona and we were not able to pay our installment on time as my father is driver and he used to drive on rent. So Corona has stopped our income source and we were unable to meet our daily routine foods. In that case we are facing alarming situation and we're late to pay our installment. But 2 days ago my father has gone to Multan but bank Alfalah team has capture our vehicle so I think this totally against the rules. We were looking for corona relief but company has introduce dishonesty and we're weeping on our home. I'm totally unsatisfied with the services of this company. May Allah destroy this company and the employees who are using their resources against poor person. This is totally fraud because manager is saying that company will sell your vehicle and will never pay you your amount so we're complaining on citizen portal. We need our rights. Please understand poor people's life troubles.

I am holding a pension account in DHA extension branch Lahore pakistan, from last month no cash withdrawal from ATM machines displayed a massage; INVALID DATE OF BIRTH ; Personally have been visited concern branch found date of is correct. Online complain was launched, a massage to in this regards received your number is updated, whereas complain launched about no cash withdrawal. Again contacted at helpline but no gain. Found incompetent and irresponsible staff and pathetic complain management systems.

Itis started that i resigned from the services from designation as B.S.E since dated 02 Nov 2020. Having CNIC. [protected]. My services ar dated 25-08-2019 to 02-11-2020. Complaint regarding not receiving a letter of Motorcycle
I would like to inform you that I booked a black colored Honda CD-70 Bike model 2021 through Alfalah credit card about 2 months ago but still I have not received the said bike for the reason that I have not received a letter from you regarding receiving a bike. Then I registered complaints through the helpline as well as email address and received reply of complaint regarding not receiving a letter of such a bike. Thereafter, on 05th March 2021 I received a letter from the complaint Management Unit, in which it was mentioned as "we will respond to you within 5 working days". Then on 10.03.2021 I also received a call from complaint Centre and they stated as "we will send you a letter of bike through email within two working days and now we can close your complaint" I replied them "ok" but till to date neither I received a letter through post nor I received such letter through email from you.
It is therefore requested to you that kindly send me a letter of a bike through this email address or through post, as I can get a motorcycle from the showroom.
