I have a boat loan with BMO. For the 2nd time, BMO has inaccurately reported that I have missed payments (June and July 2023) when in fact, all my payments are automatically taken from my account by BMO. The first time this happened, my credit score went from an 810 to 690. It took 2 months but BMO finally corrected it. My credit score once again went from 820 to 710 because of inaccurate reporting once again. I've called BMO's toll free number several times to try to get someone on the phone as I was able to do the first time. I am getting an out of the country service who will act as though they are transferring me and hang up (this happened 3 times), and the last time, when I asked for a direct number to the "correct department", they gave me the number to Trans Union Credit agency. I need help. Every day that this isn't addressed, my credit score will drop because it appears that I didn't make payments when in fact, I make additional payments and overpay. BOM takes the payments from my account.
Claimed loss: credit score has dropped which affects everything I do now or will do in the future financially.
Desired outcome: My account corrected permanently to reflect my excellent payment history and corrected with credit reporting agencies.
