REFUNDS
I returned a battery they sent because it was the wrong one. I no longer need or want this merchandise but have yet to receive my refund 3 months later
I have requested a refund on my returned merchandise twice in previous emails and twice by phone. I have had no response from you company which I find unacceptable.

Sent me cheap knock off
I went through amazon.com to replace my MacBook pro 15" lithium battery. First mistake. Second mistake was thinking that you could find a mac battery for less than $150. The battery I ordered was advertised as an Apple macbook 15" lithium battery. Upon delivery, I discovered it was in fact a cheap knock off. Fine, name brand is not a big deal to me. But this battery wouldn't even fit in my computer! And when I contacted the seller, I discovered I couldn't return the battery because it's illegal to ship lithium batteries overseas if you don't own a company. Very disappointed and and angry. If even one person decides not to buy from batteryprovider.com because of my experience, I will rejoice.
What a whiner. You are definitely ###ed, I bought the same battery and it stated that mine was a compatible one, and any one with half a brain would know that cannot be an Apple branded one. I don't know about the seller, but how is that their fault that you cannot return your battery to them because you are overseas? Don't buy overseas if you can't return stuff; or get out of your Arab country! You are the ### of the earth, that is the reason why they don't let you terrorists ship anything!
