Crooks running a website scam
DON'T BUY, THEY ARE TOTAL CROOKS! BB Wheels is running a scam website that sells defective, out-of-date, broken, mismatched and blemished products! Their website also misleads the consumer with pictures and descriptions that does not truly represent the product you are buying. They will send you the wrong product or a defective product and when you call them to start a return they will charge you a 25% restocking fee!... Plus you have to pay the return shipping! BB Wheels literally makes its money off ripping you off on the 25% fee they take from you due to them sending you the wrong defective products. If you make the mistake and purchase from these crooks just pray the product you get is correct or you will loose money. The website is a total SCAM!

Dont buy from this company. They sent me a set of rims and tires 3 of the rims were bent 2 of the tires were bad. Called bb wheels talked to the customer service lead i tell her what is going on she tells me to go to discount tire and get them mounted and balanced and have the road test on there balancer. Send the lady what they need just to be told we cant help u u already had them mounted. When she was the one that told me to o that. Now im having to deal with bb wheels they say they only have 1 supervisor of the whole company its been 3 days, ive called multiple times over the 3 past days and keep getting the same answer he in a meeting. But they send me a email we will help u but u have to send the rims and tires back on the costumers dime. Ive spent 2k on tires and rims. Dealing with bb wheels ive spent 2k 100 to get the mounted and balanced and 140 on the road test so beware they will not fix there problems putting it on the costumer. And they dont care for safety either.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with BB Wheels and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed and unsatisfied with their service. From start to finish, the lack of concern for customer satisfaction was evident.
When I placed my order, I was promised free shipping since I had ordered a significant amount. However, I was surprised to find an additional "guaranteed delivery charge" of $74.91 that I couldn't remove from my order. This was an unpleasant surprise and a clear indication that BB Wheels prioritizes their own profit over customer satisfaction.
The real problems began when I received my order. After having the wheels and tires mounted, balanced, and aligned at a certified shop, I noticed a severe bounce in my truck when driving at around 50 mph. I immediately took it back to the shop, and they informed me that two of the tires were defective or out of round.
I reached out to BB Wheels' customer service representative, Tony, seeking recourse and a resolution to my problem. Tony requested a photo of the defective tires and a video of the balancing. I promptly provided the requested evidence, expressing my dissatisfaction with the brand of tires I had received and requesting a replacement with a better quality brand.
Days passed, and I had to follow up with Tony repeatedly to get any sort of update. Each time, I was met with delays and excuses. Finally, after several back-and-forth emails, Tony informed me that the manufacturer wanted the defective tires returned for inspection. This meant that I would have to bear the cost of removing and shipping the tires back to BB Wheels, and I would be without a drivable vehicle for an indefinite period of time.
The fact that the manufacturer did not trust the word of a reputable dealer and insisted on a lengthy inspection process was both frustrating and unacceptable. I expected BB Wheels to take responsibility for their mistake and provide me with replacements without further delay.
Throughout this entire ordeal, BB Wheels has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. They have failed to address my concerns and have placed the burden and cost of their error on me, the customer. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with both BB Wheels and the tire manufacturer, Omni United (Radar).
It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for BB Wheels, and their lack of accountability is truly disheartening. I hope that they take immediate steps to rectify this situation and demonstrate a genuine commitment to their customers. As it stands, I cannot recommend BB Wheels to anyone seeking a satisfactory buying experience.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My salesman Brandon was very nice but once the order left him it went down hill from there. I never received an email confirmation like I was told never received a shipping confirmation either. Luckily I was home when the wheels were delivered or who knows what would have happened. I opened the boxes and to my surprise no lug nuts.. so I call on Monday and they tell me the order never made it to the warehouse.. So she sent it over to them and now it's gonna be the end of the week.. Almost a week after the wheels were delivered. So this morning I call and was placed on hold forever and no answer..So I go to Facebook and message them on there and I get a message back stating the tracking number. No I'm not for the inconvenience or anything. I will never use this company again and I will not recommend any of my many customers to buy wheels from these unprofessional idiots.. Stay Away... Go to another site please ...
when i got on your website i started a live chat because i had some questions about hub dia. and backspacing and color availability. unfortunately i was at work and had to leave site before i got an answer. 5 min later Nolan called me to fill me in on all my questions that i didnt give enough time to answer (my fault totally). he answered all details i needed and took my order over the phone and had them shipped out next day! awesome experience and would do it all over again.

If I could rate them lower I would. I purchased 4 new wheels and tires from them. My purchase was close to $3000. I received a bad Toyo tire. Their price on that tire was $346.39. I went to discount tire who has a road test on their balance machine to and it said not to install on vehicle due to manufacturer defect. I had to pay for shipping of this bad tire they sent me, sent it back to Toyo and wait for them to decide if it was a factory defect. It wasn't even able to be put on the vehicle because it was too dangerous. There is no way to see that defect without mounting the tire. That's where the fun began. I dealt with their customer service almost daily because they told me they would contact me and never did. I was on hold with their customer service waiting for someone for at least 30 minutes every time. One time I was on hold over an hour with no response. It has been over 2 months and I just received the replacement. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM. They do not care about their customers and they refuse to help. I will NEVER do business with them again and hope that others can learn from my mistake.

I just purchased a set of wheels from this company on the 4 of July weekend and after purchasing they said they will take 2-4 days on shipping and handling so after that I receive a email that the wheels were not in stock so I need to call and get different ones, ok that was about a week already so next day when I ordered the other one I am going to work and i am looking on my drive way and I see 4 big boxes I was thinking that can't be the wheels that I just ordered last night so I approach the boxes and open one guess what it's was the wheels that they said it was out of stock so I contacted customer service to advise and be honest about them sending me the out of stock wheels, they did not have the order information. If I wasn't honest I could have kept them since nothing was noted of such purchase. Weeks pass by and I was told by the tire shop where I went to mount the wheels that 2 of the ones received where bent and did not take balancing properly. I contacted them once more to be told that I have to submit proof and also pay for balancing, and to send them back without confirming that I would get a replacement so now take them to the junkyard for scrap I will not recommend at all. This company. So be aware

I emailed them and they said they will forward it to accounting department to process the refund. Emailed again and they said they already refunded yet I still have not seen any refund. It's been a week since I paid still no refund. Customer service person was very rude. At first he tried to get me to buy another set of wheels at a higher price because the one I order at low price is not in stock. I asked him how could he list the wheels for sale when he does not have them in stock he said I need to call TSW as that is TSW fault and not his. I said I have nothing to do with TSW as I placed the order with BB Wheels and not with TSW. He said he will have to refund me so I can go buy the wheels some where else and just abruptly hung up the phone on me. I never had such a bad experience and with a company that treat a customer like this. They listed the wheels for $82 each free shipping when every where selling the same wheel s for $290 each. Total lie. I must be more careful the next time.

Absolutely the worst tire company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 tires before going on vacation to be delivered to my mechanic so that he could put them on my Jeep and have my Jeep ready by the time I returned from vacation. Two of the tires arrived immediately before I left, then a third tire came in while I was away and the fourth tire never came after I called an complained. I spoke with Sandra, Tony and Sarra at BB Wheels said they would put a rush on the fourth tire. Never happened. Sandra is the one who placed the order. No fourth tire ever showed. No one called me to keep me updated as promised. Worst customer service ever. I ordered these tires May 21, 2022. I ended up returning all four tires. I am disgusted and horrified by these people. Also, please not the DOT on the two tires I did receive were from 2021 and 2022. I want all four to be the same DOT and obviously the newest date! So here it is June 13, 2022 and I have yet to receive my first refund from the fourth tire that I cancelled. Sarra said she would refund that one immediately. The other three tires will be refunded once returned. NO REFUND? These people are criminals. Guess, I will have to take legal action. STAY AWAY from this tire company. They are rude, patronizing and fraudulent.

In December, I contacted BB Wheels due to their GREAT reviews. I spoke with an employee and let him know that I was ignorant when it comes to wheels, tires, etc but I wanted to get wheels for my son for Christmas. I sent ALL pertinent information including a photo of my sons current tire/wheel and the lug pattern. I didn't even know what a lug pattern was at the time. I was assured and reassured the rim would fit my sons truck. when the truck rims were delivered and my son got them for Christmas I advised him to take the rim to the tire shop and have them put on. He is 16 and doesn't know much about tires or the process of installing them either. Come to find out the rims did not fit. I immediately reached out to BB tires and after much back and forth and this company basically telling me I was wrong, that the rims should fit, I had to make a trip to tire place to get them to show PROOF to this tire shop that the rims did not fit. Now, all of a sudden, BB wheels, the professionals realized that the truck is a 6 lug not a 5 lug. They agreed for me to return them, which I did, but I only got a partial refund. I don't know what has to be done to put on a rim but they say the rim was mounted and balanced. The rim didn't even fit. I trusted this company to sell me the right product. Now, since I am ignorant to wheels, I am out a portion of what I paid for the rims and I have no rims. This company did not make it right, regardless of the manufacturers requirement. I don't want one rim back, obviously, but I was informed I was not getting a refund for one rim and unless I pay shipping they keep the rim. This company did not use professionalism and they do not know what they are selling. This is their business, they are the professionals and I relied on them. Furthermore, they remove all reviews that are less than 5 stars. That is not good business and very misleading to a consumer.
Ordered 1st set of wheels for my 2020 Suburban
Ordered 1st set of wheels for my 2020 Suburban. They arrived as scheduled although I was never notified that they had shipped. I had to call for tracking #'s. The wheels were well packaged but were nothing like the picture on the website. They were flat -faced rather than deep-dished. They agreed to take them back and sent shipping labels. I shipped them back and they were received on 7-3 but as of 7-17, I have not received credit for them. In the meantime, I had ordered a 2nd set of wheels. When I ordered them, the "fitment specialist" said that the first "fitment specialist" got my 1st order wrong anyway. The wheels were a -12mm and he said they probably would've rubbed when I turned sharply. Before the 2nd set was delivered, I talked with someone and they told me that some aftermarket wheels are cheaply made and not loaded rated properly. I called VCT (Headquarted in Vegas) and was told that my wheels were only rated for 1600 lbs per wheel and I found that the standard for 20" wheels is 2500 lbs per wheel. I called BB Wheels and they said they would get back with me. The wheels were delivered that afternoon and the wheels were not double boxed and were in terrible shape but there was no damage to the wheels. After one week of waiting, "management" finally told the nice CS person to tell me that VCT is now claiming those wheels are rated for 2100 lbs per wheel. I asked what would happen if I mounted them and they couldn't pull my 28' travel trailer. They told me they were not returnable. They told me that I would have to pay the shipping and re-stocking fees which are approximately $300. I offered to pay shipping but not the restocking fee and order another set of wheels. The denied that after one week of deliberation and said I would have to pay it all. Very poor response time. Their website doesn't have the load rating per wheel. Don't know if you can trust your "fitment specialist". Not customer focused.

I decided to order my custom wheels from BB Wheels. The sales team was very helpful and was able to provide me with a quick invoice and answered the majority of my questions. I received my wheels, tires and TPMS fairly quickly. I began removing the wheels from the boxes and noticed a bolt was missing from one of the 2 piece wheels. I also observed some very visible scratches and damages in the paint work of the same wheel. Two of the other wheels also had very bad pitting and scratches. I contacted customer service and they informed me they would contact the manufacturer about the missing hardware and damage. About 3 days later I was contacted again about the situation and they said a new bolt would be sent out and I could have $25 refunded or send the wheels back at my expense plus restocking fee. I decided to just keep the wheels. I had the wheels mounted and balanced only to find out that one TPMS was faulty. The tire shop messed with it for about an hour and said one TPMS was no good from the factory and needed to be replaced. I again contacted customer service and recieved an answer back 3 days later. They were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. My only option was to have the one wheel taken apart at my cost and send the TPMS back to them for diagnoses. They offered to sell me a replacement TPMS for 20% off while the faulty TPMS was being looked at. They advised if the TPMS was found to be faulty from the factory they would replace but if not I would have to pay a restocking fee. At this point my wheels and tires were already on my truck and I didn't want to cover the cost of dismantling the wheel and tire and wait for a replacement TPMS that I had to pay for. So my truck has 3 working TPMS on the scratched up wheels. The customer service could care less about the products they sale and don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I will NEVER do business with BB Wheels again and will continue buying from Custom Wheel Offset and SD wheels! WORSE customer service I have encountered!

Im writing this message to share my experience with BB Wheels- It all began on one cold winter day when I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my vehicle. I talked to a receptionist on the phone to make sure the wheels and tires fit my specific vehicle and she stated they did. I also made sure to give them my exact make/ year /model /trim and asked if they could send me an quote to my email so I could make a later purchase. Now with the information needed to make my purchase, I log on to their website and buy the wheel/tire set. A few days later the wheels and tires arrive. I take them to get fitted on the vehicle and the installer places one wheel on the vehicle to check fitment before the install. The wheel does NOT fit as the caliper is virtually touching the inside of the wheel. So I take pictures to document. (Thank goodness I took the pictures because I'm sure my case would not be valid if I hadn't) So I call BB wheels and state my issue and supply the order # and was told I will be required to pay for shipping them back and be charged a 25% restocking fee because I ordered the wheels myself and didnt have a employee order it for me over the phone to confirm correct fitment. It's a good thing all calls are recorded and that I got that quote because I dont think things would have gone my way if otherwise. After numerous calls back and forth they search the recorded call and hear the discussion I had with their employee, they then ask to see proof of the wheel not fitting, so I send them the photos. When they got back to me I was expecting an "I'm sorry" or "we will definitely get you your right size wheels ASAP" they say they would only like to send a set of spacers to kick out the wheel to make it fit. I did not want to run spacers, so I politely declined their offer and asked if I could return them. They did not like that and it seemed as if they are trying to avoid a shipping and restocking fee of their own? At this moment I'm kind of upset because I feel I was treated kind of poorly and just wanted to return the product so I could order a new set of wheels that would fit. I said I would be interested in purchasing a new set of tires and wheels So, they agree to send a return label and dont charge a restocking fee. Now on to my next purchase, I'm talking with their fitment manager, to make sure the new wheels and tires fit. So, while on the phone I have him order a different different set of tires and wheels with a much smaller offset on the wheels and they say I need to get a set of spacers and extended lugs just in case these new wheels dont fit because I was told they did not want to go through the hassle and possibility of me returning this package if they did not fit. I ultimately agree to get the spacers and I also asked if the spacers and lugs could be returned if the wheels fit as i stated prior that I did not want to run spacers on my car. So, they confirmed the spacers could be returned. Now my new order is placed and I'm expecting new wheels and tires. For some reason Im all of a sudden feeling a little guilty because i had to return a set of wrong sized wheels and not use spacers. I start to think of how I can help them out to possibly save them money, and figured i could keep the tires I purchased the first time, and send just the wheels back and try to find a set of wheels that would fit this specific tire size and find a wheel that I like that had a small enough offset to clear the caliper. So my wheel choices are limited but I find something I believe would fit and call them to tell them my thoughts. I give them credit for being patient with my indecisiveness on this because I did have to cancel the order I had just placed. So I order a set of wheels with the spacers and extended lugs. A week passes and i recieve the new wheels and spacers. I go to get them mounted and they fit without the spacers! So I call back and tell them the wheels and tires fit and ide like to get return labels for the spacers and lugs. They say they would call me back and let me know. What do you think they said? "Ok we'll send you a return label right away for that!"... NOPE They say " you're going to have to pay for shipping and a 25% restocking fee on those"!... AND AFTER SPENDING AROUND $3,OOO , getting the wrong wheels sent and nearly a month of back and forth to get things right. I decided it's not worth it and figure my story would do it justice. I hope this sheds some light on the situation and maybe encourage BB to work on their customer service in the future. Moral of the story is: 1. If you decide to make purchase with BB Wheels, make sure it's on the phone with a sales rep and have them confirm the correct fitment 2. Purchase freight insurance because they will charge you for any scuffs or damage that may occur during shipment even if you don't touch or open the box! 3. Take pictures of anything that seems off 4. Always inquire about return labels and restocking fees if anything were to happen.

Defective tire
I ordered the wheels and tires on May 2, 2023 from BB Wheels. The tires came May 5, 2023. On May 5, 2023, I emailed BB Wheels to let them know that the tires came but not the wheels. On May 9, 2023, I received a call from from Southeastern Freight that they had a delivery for me but they couldn't find my address. I called them back and asked what the address was. They had the correct address but the wheels were in Oregon. I told them my address was in Alabama. They said they will shipped them to Alabama. The wheels came on May 18, 2023 and I took them to have them mounted on May 20, 2023. When I took the tire and wheels off of the truck so to get them mounted. The tire guy said one tire was defective. I said ok. I took it to another shop on May 21, 2023 to see if they will mount it and they said the same thing. I emailed BB Wheels to let them know what was going on. They told me to send pictures of the tire. I sent several pictures of the wheels. They emailed me back saying it is outside of the 14 day period and couldn't file a claim. I said if the wheels and tires had come at the same time we wouldn't be having this conversation. I told them that they wrote the address wrong on the shipping and that's what took so long before I could get them mounted. They said there is nothing they can do. I said I have a tire and wheel that has not been mounted and the plastic is still on the tire. I asked if I can send the tire and wheel back. They said I can send the wheel back but not the tire because it's defective. I haven't used either and they will not honor their product that came to me defective. Just looking at the tire a normal person will not see anything wrong with the tire so how am I supposed to know it's defective. I just want the tire replaced. Don't want a refund. When the wheels came the 14 day had already passed because the wheels didn't come until the 18th of May. Pictures are attached to this complaint.
Desired outcome: I just want a replacement tire. No refund. I'm not a tire expert. So I wouldn't know a tire is defective. An expert told me it was defective. If the tires and rims had come together we would not even have this problem.

Upon arrival, the hub was to small and they would not fit. I contacted BBWheels and they agreed it was their mistake. I tried to find another acceptable set, but the customer service rep I was dealing with stopped responding toy emails. I wss placed with another rep, Sarra. It took more than two weeks to get return labels.I returned the wheels 07/21. I was told that I woulb be rfunded my upfront fee and that they would notify the lender and no future payments would be processed. I wad told that they had 30 days to resolve this. Well, its been over 30 days and they processing payments. I have no wheels, they have my money, and they continue to take more. zi tried to contact them and they would not respond to me. I have every email between us.

I placed an online order at 9pm on Saturday. I realized I order the incorrect color. I contacted BB Wheels on Monday at approximately 10am about getting order canceled or changed. I was informed that they would try but may not be able to cancel it from their vendor. I called again at 11am and again atc12:30pm with no update. Later at 4:30pm I was left a voicemail stating they could not cancel my order. I was also told I would have to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I feel that I called in a timely manner and they refused to cancel my order.
I spoke with a sales agent prior to purchasing wheels from the website. I was directed to the correct products that would fit my car. The sales agent assured me that the wheels would fit my car. I placed an order and the wheels do not fit. The company is stating that without proof that the wheels do not fit, they are going to charge me a restock fee and I am responsible for shipping the items back. I have communicated with them multiple reasons why they don't fit and they are still refusing to offer a full refund. The customer service rep has refused to connect with with a manger and hung up on me multiple times. I simply want a full refund for the wheels. The wheels that do not fit even though the sales agent guaranteed that they would. I should not have to jump through hoops as a customer to get a refund on a product that does not fit, especially after the company confirmed that they would.
Submitted a complaint here on November 16 regarding a purchase of tires from this vendor and they reached out to me to fix the issue. They refunded my money on the first two tires and told me they were going to submit a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the other 2 tires and provide shipping. On November 6 I was contacted via email asking for information off of the tires for the warranty process. I have emailed them since November 6 asking where we were on the warranty process it is now December *** received anything from them. I have all emails saved for proof and the response left on the original complaint saying they were going to provide shipping for the warranty.
We ordered 3 rims and tires from BB Wheels
We ordered 3 rims and tires from BB Wheels. Got the 3 rims. Only received 2 tires and not the 3rd. But that issue is resolved. Received 2 nitto grappler 30x9.50x15 tires. Had them mounted to the rims they sent us. Installed on our camping trailer and they went almost flat. Checked air pressure and went to fill up the tires and realized they only hold 35lbs. Checked tire and it had SxS on them instead of M/T. So the tires they sent were for a side by side UTV instead of a regular vechicle tire. Explained to their rude customer service and they refused to make things right. Tires were mounted on their rims but never have touched the road yet. Now I have two useless tires and have to buy new tires again, so going local. I have never owned a side by side. So I didn't know what SxS meant. Tried to resolve with BB wheels but Absolute refusal on their end when it was their mistake. Family owned and customer care was my reason for choosing to do business with them. Never again!

Poor service and customer service keeps told me twice when the wheels would be shipped and they still haven't been shipped. They are passing the buck and are blaming *** I asked to be refunded because the sales person told me 7 to 10 business days and I still haven't received my order that was placed on 9/27. 07/26 - $1,607.76 - Order #237987 / 07/29 - Received - Tires were fine. / 08/01 - Inspected Wheels - 1 was the black & a 6 lug & 2 had manufacturing face blemishes/defects. Sent extensive pictures of all wheels. 2 days back & forth with Gabby & then Sarra to get RMA. Told both of them I had to go out of town the end of that week (on 08/06). The 3 replacement wheels were shipped plus additional insurance as a courtesy & a guarantee that all would be inspected prior to shipping. / 08/03 - Boxed up and took to UPS. / 08/05 - Replacements received. / 08/09 - Inspected all 3 wheels - again all 3 - manufacturing face blemishes/defects & was clear that boxes were never opened & wheels inspected (confirmed by Sarra). Spent next 2 days trying to resolve. Instead of help they want me to return wheels and tires. Out 5+ days of work & $2400+ in income plus a truck that is 2+ weeks without wheels & tires. Their "solution" is unacceptable. Communications were by phone & email.

I spent $252.42 on a new wheel for a 2019 Silverado. Wheel arrived and appeared to be in good condition by my installer (local Firestone). Wheel turns out to be bent and cannot be balanced. BB Wheels is claiming that because a tire was put on their replacement policy was violated. It is impossible to detect these types of defects prior to installation so this policy is invalid. BB Wheels is now telling me that I have to pay to ship it back to the manufacturer (not BB Wheels) so they can decide who is at fault. The cost to ship this item is almost half it's value so I'll have paid for an entire other wheel by the time I send it to the manufacturer and have it shipped back to me. I contend that BB Wheels is responsible for selling me a defective product and will not rectify the issue without great cost to the customer. I will ship the wheel back if I can get a refund to end this nonsense.
The sale date was March 16 ,2021. I purchased rims , tpms monitors ans lug nuts for my 2017 GMC Terrain from there website entering my vehicle info. Was never noted I need anything done special to make these rims workout. After being without my car for almost a month and lots of money spent on wheel adapters , labor , shop parts , supplys and a loaner car the rims don't properly or safely fit my vehicle. Very disappointing that I have these rims sitting in my garage and there useless to me ! They stuck far out with adaptors weren't safe ! Have more documentation if needed.
I bought a set of 24 inch rims from bb wheel on March. The rims they sent were 22 inch and a completely different bolt pattern that I ordered. I emailed customer service and was told that could not do anything for me and refused to even do a simple exchange for the correct product that I ordered. I simply wanted what I ordered and was told there was nothing they could do for me.
BB Wheels is a horrible place to shop. Never buy anything from there. I used their tool on their website to match tires to my vehicle. When the tires arrived they indeed did not fit and they claim these are the ones I ordered. Their site had them as a fit to my vehicle and they have removed the glitch from the site and want me to pay a 25% restocking fee and the shipping. It is not my fault. i Ordered a bedcover on 9/16 online from bb wheels. I emailed them as soon as i placed my order to make sure that they knew the make and model of my truck to ensure that i i received the right cover. BB wheels emailed the next day to let me know that the cover i ordered was indeed the wrong size. BB wheels informed me that i needed to call them and pay the difference for the proper sized cover for my truck which i did on 9/18. When i recieved my cover it was the wrong size! Icalled to let them know and it was a run around to get a return label which took over a week. Finally got it returned and they sent me the wrong cover again. After getting the run around for over a week again i finally got the second cover returned on 10/23. I let them know that this time i wanted a refund. i emailed bb wheels on 10/27 to see why i havent received my refund. i was informed that it would be a week before a refund would be issued which would have been 10/30. It is now 11/4 and still no refund.

I ordered wheels for my 2017 ford mustang GT. Even with a 1/4" spacer, they wouldn't clear my stock calipers. I contacted customer service and they said that they would have a fitment specialist call me back. I never actually spoke with a specialist or manager. A rep was relaying messages from the specialist and two managers. They all kept pushing for me to put 1/2" spacers on my front wheels with extended lug nuts. This would cause extensive damage to my vehicle in the long run and cause aggressive vibration going over 50 mph. I mentioned that on a few occasions and they agreed. However, because they were mounted and not willing assume any blame, they will only offer to sell me more spacers. I realize now that they have numerous complaints and reviews exactly like mine. I'm paying a monthly bill but still have no wheels for my vehicle that actually fit.

I ordered items. One was on backorder from manufacturer. They let me know and I said then ship everything else in the meantime. I then requested to cancel the backordered item, but it had shipped already. So I requested another cancelation, but it had arrived. I had emailed up to this point for correspondence with their customer service. This week on Zonda I called and finally got through, they acknowledged return and said they'd send me an RMA via email. Today Wednesday 2 days later, no email, so I called and got through and they were going to take care of this, but had no record of me correspondence with them since the week of my order was placed a month ago, so therefore my cancelation request weren't received or honored. They are denying everything now, and said I'd need to pay return shipping and a 20% restock fee. This is ludicrous! They need to issue me a RMA# with paid return shipping and no 20% restock fee. I'm never purchasing from them or recommending them ever again. Also, everytime I use the products I originally received from them, I'm going have PTSD of this aforementioned situation above.

I emailed to get a set of rims from this company, I was instructed to email Troy at BB wheels photos of the wheels I liked from their site and they would check to make sure they would fit on my car. Troy emailed me back and told me these wheels would fit my car. Upon receiving the wheels I had them professionally installed on my vehicle, the install shop was not even able to get my car off the lift after they put the rims on the vehicle. As they were trying to get it off the rack the rim spoke damaged my caliper on my BMW. Shop had to uninstall the rims and I had to have my disabled car towed to my house. I called to have the rims returned since I never drove on them and they didn't fit. Troy was unwilling to help me at all and refused to even entertain return. Troy instead recommended a very unsafe solution, he told me to get spacers put on my vehicle for a defective product that was sold to me. BMW does not recommend ever running spacers on vehicles and warns they could lead to catastrophic failure of suspension parts that could lead to injury or death. BB wheels would rather you hurt yourself with their defective products instead of taking ownership for selling bad merchandise.

My son purchased a set of four Full Throttle rims for his 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. After hours of research and calling BB Wheels to confirm that the rims he selected would fit. He then placed the order for four 17x19 -12 full throttle rims. The day after we received the wheels we took them to the local tire shop to have his tires installed on them, they first to a pre-fit check by slipping them on the truck but did not bolt them down. My tires were then installed on the wheels and bolted them down the the wheel would not spin due to the Chinese wheels were warped, they would partially spin then lock up. I then had the shop put my old tires and rims on the truck to drive home. When I got home and called BB Wheels they said that they would not approve the return because the tires were mounted on the rims, Many emails back and fourth with them and the factory they still refused to return the warped rims, stating again that the tires were mounted on the rims, what difference does that make if they need to be shipped back to the factory for being defective. After receiving the last email stating again the return was declined, I went to file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com and seen they had over 20 consumer complaints against them. I wish I would have seen that first, I would have never dealt with such a dishonest company.

Ordered wheels for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. 4x4. I know nothing about wheels and relied on their expertise. My Mistake. The wheels were shipped quickly but the wheels are incorrect for my Toyota FJ. My Shop only mounted 1 wheel with a tire and noticed was not correct. Wheel rubbed on the fender well and frame. Called BBwheels, sent pictures, and was given the run around how it was my fault and since I mounted the one wheel they wouldn't return it. Yet bbwheels sold me all the wrong parts. BBwheels sent a -19 offset and as per "Toyota" who designed the SUV, they informed not to use the rims as the -19 offset can cause a "deadly" rollover. Also called the rim manufacture and was told again "not" to use the rims for the same reason. Also BBwheels sent the wrong lug nuts! Good Quality control BB... Called the rim manufacturer again and found out the 0 offset I needed wasn't available again until January as they are out of stock everywhere in the USA. So BBwheels sent me whatever rims just to make a sale. BBWheels told me to buy wheel spacers and new tires. Seriously? Wheels spacers destroy wheel bearings and also put more negative weight on the suspension components and make it even more unsafe and premature wear. BBWheels has the worst customer service and this is as close to bait and switch as you can get. Also contacted the attorney general of Florida and Minnesota who stated to go through the ComplaintsBoard.com and if no resolution they would step in. Now BBWheels please tell me again How its my fault?

In December, I contacted BB Wheels due to their GREAT reviews. I spoke with an employee and let him know that I was ignorant when it comes to wheels, tires, etc but I wanted to get wheels for my son for Christmas. I sent ALL pertinent information including a photo of my sons current tire/wheel and the lug pattern. I didn't even know what a lug pattern was at the time. I was assured and reassured the rim would fit my sons truck. when the truck rims were delivered and my son got them for Christmas I advised him to take the rim to the tire shop and have them put on. He is 16 and doesn't know much about tires or the process of installing them either. Come to find out the rims did not fit. I immediately reached out to BB tires and after much back and forth and this company basically telling me I was wrong, that the rims should fit, I had to make a trip to tire place to get them to show PROOF to this tire shop that the rims did not fit. Now, all of a sudden, BB wheels, the professionals realized that the truck is a 6 lug not a 5 lug. They agreed for me to return them, which I did, but I only got a partial refund. I don't know what has to be done to put on a rim but they say the rim was mounted and balanced. The rim didn't even fit. I trusted this company to sell me the right product. Now, since I am ignorant to wheels, I am out a portion of what I paid for the rims and I have no rims. This company did not make it right, regardless of the manufacturers requirement. I don't want one rim back, obviously, but I was informed I was not getting a refund for one rim and unless I pay shipping they keep the rim. This company did not use professionalism and they do not know what they are selling. This is their business, they are the professionals and I relied on them. Furthermore, they remove all reviews that are less than 5 stars. That is not good business and very misleading to a consumer.

I ordered custom hub drilled wheels from BBWheels on August 24th in the amount of $1,244.10. It took 9 days for the wheels to get to me and the hub bored was the standard off the shelf hub bore, they were not resized to my vehicle. I contacted BBwheels who displayed zero remorse, stated they were going to contact the vendor right away and call me back. Hours later I called them because it was nearing close of business. I got return shipping labels on September 2nd, it took 7 days for all the wheels to make it back to the vendor. I contacted BBWheels asking for some sort of timeline, I was told the CS manager i had been dealing with wasn't available but they would have her contact me, this was at 1029 am est. At around 430pm est I called them yet again...at this time I asked to speak to whomever was over the CS manager because I felt like I did not matter to them. I was instead then transferred to the CS manager whom claimed she was never given the message to call me. I insisted on speaking to her boss, she refused asked what the issue was, i said i sent back the wheels and wanted some sort of timeline to go by my truck is sitting on jack stands I have missed three events already, she asked me to hold while she called the vendor. She came back on the line and said BBwheels would just refund my money when the wheels got back to RBP. I contacted RBP directly and got the information I was seeking, I was contacted by RBP when the first two wheels got back to their facility. Never heard back regarding the other two so I contacted the sales director who informed me that Sarra asked him not to speak to me. BBWheels still have my $1244.10 and I still have no wheels for my truck. This has been the worst experience as a customer in my life. I should have been offered a discount due to time, or my order return should have been a faster shipping method, and I should have been given more information then "up to 30 days processing at the vendor"

I purchased a set of 4 tires from BB Wheels on August 12 for a total amount of $1,168.97. The wheels were placed onto my truck by a licensed provider on September 9. While driving, the vehicle had a horrible shake. So I returned to the provider and had the wheels balance, which did not resolve the problem. I reached out to BB Wheels and they indicated I needed to have the vehicle road force balanced, so I took the vehicle to Tire Discounters, which was a provider listed on their website, to have the road force balancing complete, which was an additional $170. During this process, Tire Discounters determined that two of the four wheels were bad and they provided the read-out reports to support this. I contacted BB Wheels again. They instructed me to start the warranty process and to ship the tires back to the manufacturer, which was an additional $55 in shipping. In the mean time, they instructed me to purchase two additional tires to put on the truck, because I can't drive a truck with two wheels. So I made a second purchase of two tires in the amount of $637.86 on October 5th. Once I received the new set of wheels, I returned back to Tire Discounters to have the wheels mounted and the road force balancing, which was an additional $70. They determined the two new tires were also bad, and they provided a report indicating they were bad. I reached back out to BB Wheels, who told me it would be extremely rare to have four bad tires and they suggested I go to another location to have the road force balancing complete. So I took the tires to Discount Tires, the only other provider within 50 miles that performs this type of balancing, and they also determined the tires were bad. BB Wheels is no longer returning my e-mails or phone calls and has provided no additional options for resolution. I have since had to purchase an entire new set of providers so that I can continue to safely drive my truck. I would like a refund for the 4 bad tires.

Placed order for 4 new wheels with BB Tires on July 8th for $187.97 each. Had wheels directly delivered to installer. Wheels were received on July 13th at the installer. I had them installed on July 15th, during which time, the installer found that one of the wheels had a slight bend/dent in the center as was indicated on mounting machine. I was notified about this immediately and in turn immediately notified BB Wheels for instructions as to what I should do. BB Wheels Customer service rep was named Jaeli, and I was asked to provide a video and a readout from the Hunter Balancing machine. I was NOT told to not put the wheel on the vehicle. Jaeli was aware that wheel was on the vehicle and she did not instruct me not to drive on it. I did exactly as I was instructed by the BB wheels representative. She sent me a starter email so that I could send the picture and video clip. Once I received this from the installer on July 16th, I did just that. Then I heard nothing, I sent a follow-up email on July 20th and phone calls on July 21, 24, 27, 29, and finally today August 3. For the calls up to July 24th, I had been speaking with Jaeli, who kept saying she was waiting for the manufacturer to respond. I had been pressing her to resolve as I didn't want to drive on this wheel and have it ruin my tire. She kept saying she would get back to me but never did. Finally on July 27th, Aug 3rd, I spoke with Brandon, who proceeded to tell me that Jaeli wasn't doing her job and let go. He then took my issue to his manager who in turn said that because I had mounted the wheel on the vehicle and driven on it, that I had voided the manufacturer's warranty and there was nothing they could do. I then indicated that this wasn't fair that I'm being penalized because their employee didn't do their job. They refuse to refund/replace the wheel that was receive damaged. This wheel will in turn ruin my new tire because it will cause tire to warp. They said nothing would be done to resolve
