Buyer beware
I recently had a terrible experience with this company, below I have included an email I sent to them to give them every chance to rectify the situation, I got absolutely NO response, not even an apology. They lie and have ZERO accountability for what they sell. Buyer beware!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Be Forward and am very disappointed with not only the service I received from your Zambia office but also the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. I have to say that the service up until the point the vehicle reached the African continent was exemplary. I would have very happily recommended Be Forward to my friends but I can no longer do that in good conscience.
The Zambian office was terrible at communication and clarification. They would send emails threatening fines if I didn’t complete an action with no clear direction on what needed to be done, then they would not answer repeated emails/calls/texts for days at a time. They were rude, unhelpful and unreachable. I have documentation to prove all of this!
Not only that but when the vehicle was finally delivered it was in deplorable condition, the car was filthy, the gas tank was completely empty and someone had left mucus (boogers) and bitten off finger nails all over the drivers side of the car (I have pictures if you want to see).
Also, upon arrival the car was not in the condition that was reported to me upon the inspection. The trunk is not working (as it was in the pictures shown to me), the passenger side window is not working (as it said on the inspection), the infotainment system is inoperable (was reported to be working on the inspection) and the suspension system needs to be replaced though the car was reported to be “in good condition and ready to drive.”
I am unsure how a company that treats customer like this is able to stay in business? I hope this was all a mistake and not standard practice? Be Forward should rectify this situation, not only for me but for future customers. The Zambian office needs reprimand and retraining. I expect Be Forward to compensate me for the repairs needed to make the car what they told me I was buying.
I am writing this email to give Be Forward a chance to improve their business practice, I hope you can make this right with me and better for future customers. If reviews like this get out and experiences like this continue you will not have any customers after long.

This company is really great, they did everything they could to make sure I got the right parts for my car. I was looking for some small curtain rail gliders for my Hiace and they were charging $5 for each one. This is an outrageous price considering that the usual price for 20 or 30 gliders is around $5. To be fair, they could have charged $5 for 10 gliders. On top of that, the shipping cost was $150 for something that weighed less than 200 grams. This is a complete rip-off. To my surprise, the engine light turned on. I was really disappointed because I thought I had made a good purchase.
I decided to take the car to a garage to get it serviced. The mechanics told me that the car had engine problems and that it needed to be fixed. I was really upset because I had just bought the car and it was already having problems. I contacted BE FORWARD to let them know about the issue and to see if they could help me. However, they told me that they couldn't do anything for me because I didn't pay for insurance.
I was really frustrated with BE FORWARD because they advertised the car as being in good condition, but it clearly wasn't. I felt like they should have taken responsibility for the car and helped me fix it. However, they didn't seem to care about my situation and just brushed me off.
Overall, I don't think I would recommend BE FORWARD to anyone. While they may have some good deals on cars, you can't trust that the car will actually be in good condition. And if something does go wrong, they won't take responsibility for it. So, if you're looking to buy a car, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Beware! Fraudulent Activity
Beware! This company has just stolen $15,680 USD from me and not refunded me, its been 5 months today. I have been contacting them since 12 November 2023 and now 12 March 2024. BEFORWARD still have my $15,680 USD and not sending it back. I'm now having to contact my bank to process fraud against Beforward and appointing an attorney. How this business is still operating with such dire standards is beyond my belief. The stress they have caused me over the recent 5 months has had a detrimental effect on my health and wish no one to go through the same trauma.
