be2 subscriptions
apparently the service asks for an official form through email or fax in order to cancel the premium subscriptions. I cannot believe this inconvenience is happing at the year 2023.
I did not wish to renew my subscription and I did not find the option within the app or website and i was late for sending them an email, therefore they charged me for 40 euros again as an automatic renewal.
I tried explaining them the situation through several emails and rejected everyone of them. why would i waste 40 euros for something i dont use while Im working hard to pay my university fees?

Be2 is all about rip off. At last! I found a legit site: J4L.club
Avoid at all costs! Be2 is the silliest way to burn your money! They use all traditional scammy tricks: when you sign up for monthly billing you get charged a full year, then they have auto renewal of your membership without your consent and they have all kinds of bogus unauthorized charges. And - I should have put it first - if you are able to find a real woman among endless fakes and scammers - consider it unprecedented luck! Good dating sites still exist though, J4L.club
just as an example of a working site for those looking for relationship.
Unauthorized credit card charges
I signed up for a month to try the be2 app in August. I was charged monthly payment without my consent. You cannot close the account from the app page nor remove any payment information. I sent an email to them to return the money I was charged and to close my account. They are insisting to use their page to close the account but this page doesn't exist. Now, December, I got an email saying that I owe them money and they will open a case of I don't pay.
Desired outcome: Close the account and get my money back.

Registration of be2 dating site
I have various screenshots of not being able to cancel my subscription until it had been authorized basically and then 2 days later I could cancel there was an option but originally there was not. I did not opt for a 6month subscription at all I opted for a 1month after I spent hours putting in my details and had no choice if I wanted to see peoples pictures so this was a total scam. As soon I saw the charge of $345 for 6months I made contact and 2 days later was told basically no I couldnt have my money back. I have been in touch with a community lawyer who agrees this is not in good faith within the time frame of having my money back and agreed to take this further. I also have been in touch with the commission department and they too said this was illegal if a genuine mistake was made and I had x amount of days to request my money back and it was well within this time. I want to lay a formal complaint with you so I can tick all the boxes going forward to get my money back. I will not be backing down as it is completely and ethicialy wrong and an unfair injustice. I await your reply. I have also emailed them asking for a phone number as my lawyer has requested this but will be doing a company search on the directors etc which is online as we have seen as with many other complaints.
Desired outcome: my money back paid in full

Be2 Dating site a SCAM
I opted for a one month subscription for 59.69 RON and not any more than that not knowing they automatically bill you past the 1st month and they charged me 300 RON following month even though I tried to cancel and they never answered. I’ve sent them many emails asking to cancel and to refund me and no answer. They are a SCAM , the supposed people on the site are fake and I had one person trying to ask me to send them money in Russia even though they were stating to be in my local area. I want a refund and to leave me the heck alone. I had to block and close my card with my bank. This is just unacceptable. I want my money back.
Desired outcome: I want a refund

Sending debt collectors after me
Hey, in January I took a premium membership on BE2 for 6 months. After a few days I saw that most of the women were fake so I stopped looking at the site. I didn't know that there was an automatic renewal of my membership. The strange thing is that the renewal was in July, but in September I got an email that they couldn't charge the money from my card. Now I had to pay €149. I didn't want this so I deleted my Google account which was connect with my email and account from BE2. I hoped that they stopped sending me, but now I got a letter in which they threatened me to pay €302,16 otherwise they will send debt collectors after me. I will still not pay this, but does anyone how I can stop this fraudulent company and how to stop them sending letters to me?
I HOPE THEY TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN!
Desired outcome: Stop sending letters to me and delete my account.
Unauthorized payment and no possibility to delete card info
The subscription done was for 50 lei and after the first month be2 got from my account 300lei without any authorization. I sent them an email imediately to refund the amount and after one week of back and forth, I received an email refund is not possible and no information more.
A big scam that does not allow you to delete your credit card details and does not have a phone number to call.
I reported the website today and am looking forwars to see these scam artists blocked.
Desired outcome: To refund the 300lei and delete my card details and account
The best option is to change your credit card, get a new one. That way they cannot take any funds from you in the future and report them to ANPC, they will take care of the rest.
Notice of fake subscriber
I am in Australia. I have been sent details of a subscriber ('Tina') who claims to live near me and has supposedly visited my profile. Her photo, however, includes a phone number from Toronto, Canada. How silly is that?
'She' is outside my indicated age range, anyway, as are many of the profile 'contacts' I am sent.

Desired outcome: De-list this person and prevent any further fake messages from them.
Charges from my credit card
I contact be2 dating services to cancel my subscription. The contact me back and tell me that i must send this information from the email address a assigned. I did that. Know they don't pick me up on the system. So they cannot help me but they still take money out of my Credit card the 10th of September. I ask several times that they must stop. Please help. On my banking statement is the following information. LU 74577122252046389239995
Desired outcome: Stop the app. I did not use it and pay back my last payment. My email address [protected]@gmail.com

There are way better alternatives like J4Charm.com
Be2 is a well-crafted “legal” scam. They have thousands of bots and shills to entice you into subscribing. Please don’t do it! First of all, you can’t meet real people there. Secondly, they won’t let you cancel and they will charge you every month. There are way better alternatives: J4Charm is one of the few dating sites which still work honestly and legitimately. They give real dates, moreover they guarantee them. In my case, they worked perfectly: I met my girlfriend within two months of signing up for this site. I wish I had come across a legit dating platform earlier. I wasted so much time on fraudulent “services” like Be2. They put a total of $400 unauthorized charges on me. The best recommendation I can give is to avoid this garbage bin called Be2!
Sca
I have checked out this dating website only out of curiosity about one month ago, but did not join or agree to becoming a member on this dating site. However now find that this company is now trying deducting 354 lei out of my account. I was inspired to cancel the debit card before their attempt to withdraw money. Find it puzzling how this company or dating web site got a hold of my debit card details. They are harassing me to pay for a service I am not using inventing all kinds of claims. They threatened me to hand me over to an external claim company who will force me to pay the so called debt. This company is a scam and fraudulent. Thank you for taking care of this situation.
Desired outcome: I already paid for the first month. I want no contact from them and no request for money.
soo let me clear up something. your not a member but paid them for a month and wondering how they have your details to take money out... is that right?
money was taken out of my account without my consent . I am no longer a member of this dating site.
Money was taken out of my account without my consent .I am no longer a member of your dating site and have not been for some time now
i would appreciate it if you can kindly resolve this matter . I do not wish to be difficult however having a daughter who is a lawyer i will take this matter further if necessary .
i am confident that you will respect my wishes and return my money to my account as soon as possible.
kind regards Linda Barningham
Desired outcome: please refund my money
Unauthorised charge
Deciding to try online dating, I answered an online questionnaire for best app. Be2 was recommended so I went thru the process. At the end, they indicated there was interest from possible matches yet to access those I would need to pay.
Advert for $14.95 for 6 months. Paid that thinking “well if it’s a recommended site, good plan”. Checked my bank that night and they’d taken $345.36. Emailed them immediately asking them to cancel and refund. One response saying my email was forwarded to “the right department “. No contact from them since. This is unacceptable. I need that money to feed my family!
Desired outcome: I would like full refund, membership cancelled. Ideally, I would like this (and many other sites) regulated.
Be2
Be2 took money out of my account without permission. I've canceled my premium subscription that was for only one month, and I have canceled my subscription and still they deducted r999 from my bank account. When i've send them a mail about it they said they can't refund me and I have to cancel again.
Desired outcome: Please refund
subscription
I paid a subscription and after a few days a came to a conclusion that I don't like the app and requested to cancel. They are refusing to give my money back.
I requested within the 14 days required and still not giving my money back.
If after a few days you don't like and don't want the service why they still not refund me?
Their excuse is unacceptable as they interpret cancellation very different from other providers.
Desired outcome: My money back
Solicitors letters debt collectors
Be2 are now threatening me with court action if I dont pay 50€, when I joined about 5 years ago I paid for one month, as the month was coming to an end I couldn't cancel as I didn't want another month so to cancel I had to write to them giving all my details, address, dob etc, now this is where the problem started they now have my details and are now presuing me fir 50euros as they are saying I didn't cancel on time, using their website u cannot cancel online you have to write to them.
Now i'm saying to this scamming company I will see u in court, as I want my day in court to highlight this scam. Its disgraceful that you are trying to scam vulnerable lonely people this way rather then making it easy to cancel online. Bring it on be2 i'm in contact with hundreds of others. This has to be highlighted.
Keep in mind I have nearly 325 other concerned people who u are trying to scam i'm following this to the end I will not stop until I expose u in every durastiction for scamming vulnerable lonely people
Hi Kevin.
How did this end up?
Did Be2 send their debt collectors?
I'm curious as I'm also being threatened.
Thanks.

Be2
My mother doesn't even have an account on that site. Her e-mail isn't even registered on the site. But somehow 40€ have been deducted from her credit card since december 2020. Unfortunatly my mom only found that out yesterday so we now have 720€ dept added to the debt we already have to the bank.
Thank you for ruining our life Be2
Desired outcome: I want a response about this and a refund, please.
Cancellation of subscription
I have tried to log in multiple times to cancel my subscription. Your organisation is forth coming and direct with debt collector but without providing real notice of subscription notification and renewal and ability to log in to cancel there after. Shameful. You will note in your system I have not logged in or used your site in well over 9+ months. Please cancel my subscription and my details ASAP. Miranda Cecich
Desired outcome: cancellation of subscription without further sneaky fees for non usage
