Mixed Experience with Beauty Brands
As a potential customer considering Beauty Brands, I must say that the reviews are quite mixed. While some customers praise the fantastic customer service and great sales, others have faced issues with delayed orders, poor communication, and receiving damaged products. It seems like there are concerns regarding inventory management, refund processes, and the overall customer experience. It's essential to weigh these factors before making a decision to shop at Beauty Brands.
Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands Liter Sale: Smaller Product Received Twice
I gotta be honest with ya, I wouldn't bother ordering from Beauty Brands again. Let me tell ya, I ordered not one, but TWO different orders during a sale, thinking I scored a sweet deal. Boy was I wrong. Both times, I received a much smaller bottle of what I actually ordered. Apparently, they claim to have these "liter sales" with name brand shampoos and conditioners, but instead of getting the 1 liter bottle I ordered, I got stuck with 12oz bottles. This happened to me twice in a row! The first time, I beat myself up thinking it was my mistake. So, I gave their customer service a call, but they insisted it was my error for selecting the 12oz size. Come on, really?
Let me give you a bit of advice - spend a few extra bucks and go to Ulta. They're a much better company with A+ customer service. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle and disappointment. I hope this review prevents anyone from making the same mistake I did.
Beauty Brands Review: Disappointing Eyeliners and Poor Customer Service
So, I ordered me some eyeliner from the Beauty Brands website and threw in a cheap $2 item for good measure because why not? When my package arrived, I was so excited to try out my new fancy eyeliners, but hold up! Two of 'em were dry af! What a bummer! So, I returned the whole shebang.
But here's where it gets even worse. I waited for weeks and finally got an email saying they didn't have any more of my precious eyeliners so they could only refund the amount for the eyeliner box. But see here, they still had the nerve to charge me shipping and handling for the little $2 item I got! That's some bull$&*%!
Just not cool Beauty Brands, not cool at all! How you gonna treat a loyal customer who's trying to look fly with some good eyeliner like that? I was feeling so disappointed and disrespected.
Thankfully, I didn't just take it lying down. I posted my complaints on their Facebook page and guess what happened? These guys actually reached out to me and refunded that shipping and handling charge! Props to them for making it right even though it took a public shouting match to get there.
Overall, I'll still be a little cautious going forward when shopping with Beauty Brands but I gotta give them some love for trying to set things right in the end.

Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: No Self-Service Order Tracking and Poor Customer Support
I placed an order for some hair care product worth about $74 from Beauty Brands. At first, I was quite excited and looking forward to receiving the package. However, my experience was far from smooth. For starters, there is no option for self-service order tracking, and I had to resort to calling the customer service representatives, who only work from Monday through Friday.
To make matters worse, the representative I spoke to was not very helpful at all. They provided me with my tracking number but left me to chase down my order myself. This whole process was very tiring and frustrating, to say the least.
After all that effort, I still did not receive my package. Beauty Brands kept dragging out the process until the time ran out for my claim. I went back and forth with both Beauty Brands and FedEx, but unfortunately, I fear that I have lost my money for good. This whole experience is unacceptable and has left a bad impression on me. I can confidently say that I will never be dealing with Beauty Brands again.
However, I am considering visiting their local store to see if the manager can lend a helping hand. This is my last resort, and I hope that they will be able to sort out this issue once and for all. I am utterly disappointed with the level of service I received from Beauty Brands, and it has left a sour taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to anyone based on my experience.
Unacceptable customer service: A review of my disappointing experience with Beauty Brands
I wanted to surprise my wife with a thoughtful gift for Christmas. I decided to order her two bottles of her favorite hand lotion from Beauty Brands (beautybrands.com). Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing but disappointing.
When I placed my order, I received a USPS tracking number. Sadly, this number has yet to be entered into the postal service records. I have tried to contact buybeautybrands many times, but I couldn't find any information on their website. I have not received any updates on my order from them either. Even though the holiday season is over, I still haven't received my items.
All the other gifts I ordered from different companies arrived promptly. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from buybeautybrands. I wish there was a way to track down their headquarters and confront them personally for their deceitful behavior. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable and I hope others will stay away from this company.
I am not happy that this company has ruined my wife's surprise gift. Their lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall unprofessionalism is despicable. I hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I would give them a lower rating than one star if it were possible, but unfortunately, I can't. I advise everyone to stay away from buybeautybrands and not waste their time on this untrustworthy company.
Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: Delayed Replacement & Poor Customer Service
So I was looking for some new beauty products online and I stumbled upon Beauty Brands. I found some products that I wanted to try out, so I decided to place an order. Despite my concerns about shipping during the pandemic, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my package arrived. However, when I opened the box, my excitement was quickly dampened because one of the products had completely leaked out. It was an oil-based product and it was all over the box!
Obviously, I was pretty upset about this. I mean, I had just paid good money for these products, and now one of them was completely ruined. I quickly snapped some pictures and tried to contact Beauty Brands to see what they were going to do about it. It took me a while to actually get through to them (I'm sure they're super busy), but when I finally did, they told me that I needed to send the product back to them along with the original packaging receipt.
I did what they asked me to, but it's been over three weeks now and I still haven't received my replacement product. I've been calling and emailing them repeatedly, but all they keep telling me is that "returns are processed in the order they are received." I mean, seriously?! It's been over three weeks and my return still hasn't been addressed yet? At this rate, it'll be another week before I get my replacement product, if I ever get it at all.
I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with Beauty Brands. This whole experience has been a real headache, and I don't see myself ever ordering from them again. At the end of the day, I just wanted to try some new beauty products, but instead I ended up with a huge mess and a lot of frustration. I really hope they can get their act together and improve their customer service in the future.
Mixed Experience at Beauty Brands in Overland Park: Great Products, but Inconsistent Service
Beauty Brands is a place I visited for hair highlights recently. I wasn't very happy with their service as I had booked an appointment with someone, but they assigned me to another staff member saying that the person I had booked with had another appointment to attend. It was a bit disappointing, but I agreed to it and went ahead with the new staff member. But to my surprise, the lady who was doing my hair left me in the middle of the treatment without even informing me of the situation. Then, another lady came in and took over the rest of my hair treatment. It was a bit confusing and unexpected, and I wasn't sure what was happening. They didn't have the courtesy to even say sorry and apologize to me for the inconvenience!
Unfortunately, a similar thing had happened with one of my friends as well. She had booked an appointment for a hair service, but they called her and said that the hair stylist was still busy with the previous customer, and she had to cancel the appointment. It seems that there is a huge problem with hair stylists over there, and this is not a one-off incident. They often assign different people to do your hair, and sometimes they leave in the middle, which can be quite frustrating.
Despite these issues, the Beauty Brands store in Overland Park has some fantastic products worth checking out. They have a wide range of hair and skincare products from some of the best brands in the market. If you're into makeup, they have some stunning options for you as well. So, if you're looking to buy some quality beauty products, the store is definitely worth a visit.
In conclusion, I wasn't very impressed with their hair services due to the issues I faced. However, I have to admit that they have some excellent products on offer. If you're someone who doesn't mind taking a risk with their hair services, you can definitely give it a try, but do keep in mind that such problems might occur.
Misleading Website Pictures Ruined My Liter Sale Purchase Experience
I've gotta tell ya, I've been gettin' my shampoo and conditioner from Beauty Brands for over 10 years now. And let me tell ya, these "liter sales" they got goin' on, they're a steal, lemme tell ya. The last 6 years or so, I've been orderin' online, too. It's really convenient, especially since I like to stock up. But let me tell ya, I had a bit of an issue last month.
So I thought I was orderin' 5 liters of shampoo and 5 liters of conditioner, right? That's what I usu'ly get. But when my package arrived, they had shipped me 10 of these 10.1 oz bottles instead of 10 of the 33.8 oz bottles! That's a difference of, like, 188 oz, ya know? So I took a closer look at their website, and I saw that I did order the smaller size, but they had the picture of the liter bottles instead of the smaller ones. It was kinda misleading, ya know?
So I quickly sent an email to their "Customer Service" department, explainin' my mistake based on the pictures they had on their website. I was hopin' they could help me out, ya know? But guess what? I never received a response! And it's been like 3 weeks now, and they still haven't corrected their "error" - if ya can even call it that. So needless to say, they lost a long-term customer, and I'm never goin' back.
But here's a tip for all you folks orderin' online: make sure the pictures match the quantity! 'Cause this sure as heck wasn't a "Liter Sale" for me.
Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Communication - My Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands
I just have to say, I am extremely disappointed in Beauty Brands. I unfortunately had an issue with my package being stolen and had to contact their customer service to inform them of what happened. They told me that they would need to make a claim with FedEx and it would take 3-5 business days to hear back. The first time I called them, I was patient while waiting to hear back about my claim and unfortunately, after the 3-5 business days passed, I did not receive a call back. So, I reached out to them again, only to be told that I would have to wait another 3-5 business days. This same cycle kept happening over and over again, with every week passing and not hearing anything back from them.
After waiting for 6 long weeks, I still had not received my package and was getting extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and updates from Beauty Brands. It was even more frustrating to me that every time I called, I was always connected with the same representative who would make sarcastic comments and did not seem to want to help me in any way. I found it hard to believe that they only had one representative working in customer service.
Feeling like I had no other options, I took matters into my own hands and contacted FedEx to try and resolve the issue myself. To my surprise, they informed me that they had actually already sent out a claim for me through the mail, yet when I called Beauty Brands to check on my refund status the following week, they said they had not received anything in the mail. This made it clear to me that something was not right with this company and I became even more fed up with the situation.
I even spoke to a supervisor about my frustrations, only to be met with the same rude and unhelpful attitude that the representative had given me. It is safe to say that I will never be ordering from this company again and I highly advise others not to make the same mistake. The customer service was terrible and the whole experience was a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from this bootleg website at all costs.
Terrible Customer Service: Beauty Brands Doesn't Follow Its Own Satisfaction Guarantee
Okay, so I bought more than two hundred dollars of stuff from Beauty Brands during their liter sale. But when I went to exchange a couple of things I didn't need, they didn't have them in stock. They said I could come back later for them when they came in, but when I called back over and over again, no one ever called me back. So I went to the store and asked about the products, and the salesgirl checked and said they didn't have anything on hold for me. But then she found one of the things I was looking for and started ringing it up. She needed a manager to help with the pricing, but when the manager came over, she said they couldn't exchange anything from the sale. I was getting pretty mad because I knew I was supposed to be able to exchange the products. When I asked to talk to the manager, she was so rude and mean to me. She said I would have to pay full price if I wanted the products because they weren't doing any exchanges. That made me really mad because I knew what I was supposed to be able to do. They even looked it up in their call back book and saw that I had been asking about the products for weeks, but they said they had called me back and told me they were in. That wasn't true, and when I asked when they had called me, they didn't know. All the manager would say was that it wasn't my phone number, so she didn't know. I couldn't believe how bad the service was. Then she said they had a manager's meeting and they wouldn't be able to exchange anything. That really made me mad, because why would they have a call back book if they weren't going to honor their exchange policy? I finally decided to just get a refund and go home. When I got home, I looked up their 100% satisfaction guarantee and read that they were supposed to be really good about taking care of customers. I called their main office and left a message, but no one called me back. I left another message the next day, but still no one called me back. I called the Des Moines store and spoke with the manager, Kara, and she said she would look into it and get back to me, but she didn't think they could do anything. Finally, on the third day, I got a call from someone named Dimitri at the corporate office. He said he was sorry, but he couldn't really do anything for me except call the store and remind them of their policy. I told him I was really frustrated because I had lost almost 90 dollars worth of hair products, and he offered me a ten-dollar coupon. That made me even angrier because it wasn't really helping me at all. When I asked if the coupon had an expiration date, he said it expired at the end of the year. I told him that was ridiculous because I was the customer and I should be getting more than just a lousy ten-dollar coupon. I said I would take my business elsewhere, and that's when he got really rude with me. He said he wasn't going to send me the coupon if I wasn't going to use it. I told him that it wasn't any of his business whether I was going to use it or not. He just kept saying he was sorry and that he didn't call me to argue with me. I wasn't even arguing, I was just trying to tell him that I wasn't satisfied with their policy and service. So, my advice is to not go to Beauty Brands because they don't follow their own 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Terrible Experience at Liberty, MO Beauty Brands: Unprofessionalism, Bad Customer Service and Discrimination
My experience at the Liberty, MO Beauty Brands was less than stellar. I had two appointments booked for Saturday morning, a haircut and toner, as well as a wax. Unfortunately, my stylist, Allison, was not very attentive to my needs. She was busy fussing over a ten-year-old's hair, which caused me to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time. When she finally began to cut my hair, she did so dry, without washing or styling it. When I asked if I needed a toner, she simply replied, "I don't think so." I was expecting a more definitive answer from her since it's her job to know those things.
I was also surprised by her lackluster attitude and tone when I asked her to wash my hair. She said she could do it, but it was clear she wasn't enthusiastic about it. As a result, my hair was left looking unstyled, and I was very disappointed. It was especially frustrating because it was a Saturday morning, and I had made plans, hoping to have my hair looking great.
To make things worse, Allison knew that I had another appointment for waxing, but didn't seem to care. She had no other clients to serve after me, and yet she didn't wash or style my hair. I ended up having to wait for my waxing treatment while she dried and styled someone else's hair. When I told Sharon at the front desk about this situation, she was sympathetic and responsive. She quickly found another person to attend to my waxing needs.
However, the next unwanted incident happened during my waxing session. While I was lying on the table getting waxed, a stylist burst into the room without knocking. She moved in at full speed and almost ran into the woman performing my waxing. She was also talking loudly and didn't seem to care that I was there getting a bikini wax! This was frustrating because the door that was open allowed people in the adjacent pedicure chairs to peek inside the room. It was a very unpleasant experience, and the stylist had no business behaving like that.
Once the waxing was done, I was hoping to have an apology from a manager. However, I was met with poor customer service again. The three teenagers working at the register didn't even acknowledge me when I approached them. After I gave them a stern look, one of them reluctantly asked if I was ready. It was clear they were playing a game of chicken and didn't want to be responsible for helping me. They didn't even bother to ask me how my service was, and when I told them there would be no tip for the hair cut, they loudly repeated, "NO TIP?"
I couldn't believe it. The lack of professionalism and care shown by the Beauty Brands employees was appalling. They didn't seem to care about my experience or providing good customer service. I was discriminated against by Allison because of my age and I left feeling violated and disrespected.
I had to wash my face, shower again, wash and style my hair, put my makeup on again and get dressed again- all because of lazy "Allison." I hope she has a great day, but I won't be returning to Beauty Brands anytime soon. The fact that the manager didn't even bother to call me despite the fact that I'd been there for three and a half hours speaks volumes. If these five employees are indicative of the company's standard for customer service, then Beauty Brands needs to reconsider its policies and prices.

Terrible Experience at Store: Wrong Charges, Rude Staff, and Botched Brows
Went to a store for a brow wax and shopped on clearance. They charged me the wrong price for the wax and didn't give me the discount on clearance items. Went back to the store and they rang the order again but the staff was rude about it. Plus, they charged me twice for a $60 product. I called the store later, but they didn't know what to do. They said the GM would call me the next day but it never happened. This is all shady business in my opinion, especially since my brows are now botched.
Beware of Beauty Brands: Paid $40 for Products, No Delivery, No Response
So, I thought I'd give Beauty Brands a try, since their website looked pretty legit, right? But let me tell you, I should've listened to what other people had to say before placing my order. I coughed up over $40.00 for some products on April 28th, but have not received my order yet. They sent me one email saying they'd let me know when my order shipped, but that was pretty much it. I've tried emailing them 4 times already in the past 10 days, but haven't gotten any response. Their customer service number is just a dead-end, too. So, no products or communication at all. I had to go and file a complaint with my bank to try to get my money back. I'm telling you now, do yourself a favor and steer way clear of this company if you don't want to go through the same ordeal as me.

Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: La Prairie Facial Cream Order Never Arrived & Customer Service Unresponsive
I wanted to share my experience with Beauty Brands. I purchased a bottle of La Prairie facial cream from their website for $164 and was excited to try it out. However, it has been almost a month and I still have not received my order, even though the confirmation email stated that I would receive it within 7 days. I tried to reach out to the customer service team through their email address, ***@buybeautybrands.com, but unfortunately, I never received a response.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to call their customer service number, which is listed on their website as ***654. However, the call never went through and I was unable to speak with anyone. I also attempted to send a message through their online chat room, but the message never went through either. It seems that no one is working online either, which is incredibly disappointing.
Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Beauty Brands. It seems that this company may be a total scam and I would advise others to be cautious when making purchases from their website. I hope that Beauty Brands can improve their customer service in the future and prevent others from experiencing similar issues.
Unreliable and Questionable products: My Experience with BeautyBrands.com
I been shoppin on beautybrands.com for some years now and copped some good stuff. But not everything always go so smooth, ya know? A couple times, I paid for my order and then they cancelled it on me fo no reason. I contacted they customer service and they told me there be some folks tryin to resell they stuff in my area or somethin like dat. But dat aint me, I was just tryna grab me some deals and maybe get a couple things for my friends too. But nope, they didnt even bother talkin to me about it and just straight up declined my business.
And if that aint bad enough, I also got some expired and used stuff from them before. Like, come on, why even be sellin that kind of stuff? Dat aint right. I woulda thought a beauty company like Beauty Brands would be more careful bout what they sendin out to they customers.
I still order from them sometimes, but I always gotta double check my order when it come in now. Cuz you never know what kinda stuff you gon get from em.
Shipping Delays and Lack of Communication from Beauty Brands
I gotta say, this beautybrands.com company really needs to up their game when it comes to their shipping. Honestly, I put in an order on July 2nd, and it's now July 19th and I still haven't even gotten a update on where my purchase is at. Like, what's the hold up? I'm usually pretty good at planning ahead and ordering in advance since I know how slow these folks are, but this wait time is beyond frustrating at this point. The product I ordered is something I use every single day and I'm down to fumes here!
Anyway, I do appreciate their "take 10" program. The discount is usually worth it, but right now I'm just not sure it is - especially with the lack of communication and prolonged wait times. Shoot, I'd rather pay a higher price at a store down the road since it's only minutes away, and I know I can rely on receiving the item promptly. C'mon folks, let's get it together over there!
Terrible Customer Service and No Response: My Review of Beauty Brands Online Order
.
I recently made an online order on Beauty Brands on June 30th with my order number being 5562, but I still have not received my package yet. My credit card was charged, but it has been crickets ever since then. Despite reaching out through email multiple times, I have not received a single response from either email address listed on the website. I also tried calling the number that was provided by the website, but no one answered or returned my message. Even worse, I also tried to use the online chat today, but it seems that the feature does not even work!
Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. I do not recommend this company or any of their products at all. My trust in them has been greatly diminished. My advice for anyone looking to buy beauty products online is to shop from Amazon instead. At least with Amazon, you will have the peace of mind that you are going to receive a response and assistance when you place an order. Beauty Brands' lack of customer service is completely unacceptable.
Beauty Brands Review: Confusing Prices, Unresponsive Customer Service, and Bait and Switch Tactics
Beauty Brands, oh boy let me tell you, it's a disaster waiting to happen. I was trying to place an order on their website and boy was I confused. They have so many different prices for the same product, I don't even know what is real and what's not. The prices kept increasing every time I refreshed the page. Talk about bait and switch tactics, they really got me good ya know.
I tried to contact customer service multiple times but it was like shouting into the void. No one ever answered the phone, only voicemail. When I did manage to get in touch with someone, they straight up lied to me. Can't trust no one these days.
To make matters worse, they didn't even have the items I ordered in stock. Can you believe it? I already paid and they didn't even have it. They tried to charge me more if I wanted the items that I already paid for. How is that even legal?
Their email response time isn't too bad but the replies never even addressed my concerns. It's like they don't even care. I've had enough and I'm reporting them to the Attorney General. I hope this helps others not have to deal with the same hassle I've had to endure.
Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: Slow Shipping and Circulation of Order for Weeks
.
I gotta be honest, I ain't too happy with my experience with Beauty Brands. I put my order in way back on July 18th and it didn't even get shipped out until July 26th. Then they went and used the slowest shipping possible, so the order's been circling around me for what feels like forever! It got within 2 hours of my house on July 31st and then just went and reversed, heading south again. Now it's back to being like 6 hours away. Come on, y'all! I coulda just driven 25 minutes into town and picked the same thing up for just a tad more. Ain't no way I'm coming back to Beauty Brands after this.
Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service from Beauty Brands
Yo, I was hyped to order some poppin' shampoo and conditioner from Beauty Brands 'cause they sent me an email with a sick deal for the brand I like. I go ahead and order the liter bottles of each, but when they arrive, I only get the dinky 10.1 oz bottles instead! Ay, the 'pitcher' on the website showed the big boy bottles, and the listing said it was for a bottle, not no baby bottle.
I been tryin' to contact their customer service by callin' three dang times, but ain't nobody pickin' up the phone. I dun left three messages, but they still ain't callin' me back. That's straight up weak.
Now, I'mma have to send this junk back to them and demand a refund. Ain't no way I'm trusting this company again, and neither should anyone else.
Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: Unreliable Stylists and Inefficient Scheduling System
I had a really bad experience with Beauty Brands (beautybrands.com) when I was looking for a new stylist. I thought my search would be easier with this website, but it actually made things worse for me. I had a good stylist for my first appointment, but I was sorely disappointed when he didn't show up for my next appointment. I was left waiting for almost an hour, which was a complete waste of my time. I tried to get an appointment with another stylist at a different location. I was hopeful that this stylist would work out for me, but the day I was supposed to have the appointment, they called me at the last minute to say that she didn't show up for work.
I was so frustrated with BB that I decided to give it one more chance with another stylist. However, it turned out that the receptionist scheduled my appointment on the wrong day. I was partially responsible for not paying close attention to the text appointment time, but I was really at my wit's end with this whole situation.
In the end, I decided that I was done with Beauty Brands. I can't keep wasting my time and energy trying to find a good stylist on their website. I think they need to improve their scheduling system and make sure that their stylists actually show up to work. It's a shame that I had such a terrible experience, but I hope that others have better luck with Beauty Brands than I did.
