Bella Terra Cosmetics review: Please refund I would appreciate a response.

So I get into the mall and I’m walking past them because I’m going to another store lady hand out a flyer grabs my hand put make up on it you know the whole ordeal and then she starts putting it on my face I didn’t sit down and so she can tan used to do half my face And she tries to sell me three things and I’m like no I’ll just get the cream foundation. It was like $80 after I buy I only stood around because I was waiting for my receipt that was taking forever and then he sends another person over to me to scam me out of more money, and he wants this girl to show me their skin care. I was not interested in it she shows me in. I tell her no like three or four times and she finally gives up and goes away after I told her I don’t have the money for it right now I’m trying to save money for things, but they don’t care so he comes over and this is the manager like this is the guy who owns this place and he tells me you’re going to buy this today and then you’re gonna call the girl and you’re going to do the skin care routine like he put a lot of pressure on me so I just caved in and I bought it $70 so that’s more money that I’m wasting on this so I walk around and then I come back because I want a refund because the foundation isn’t even my shade. It was too late and I try to tell him and he’s like well you’re the customer and he was trying to get me to buy something else and I was like no I just want my money back like I don’t want it looks caky oh and y’all I kid you not that was when he told me we don’t do refunds and I finally see the sign. They did not tell you one bit before you purchase it. Oh yeah, no refunds but the thing is on the website it says it does refunds so I’m like OK no refunds my butt he proceeds to lie to me and then he puts one of the powder foundations in my bag telling me it’s for free I don’t have to pay for it. He’s giving me free things. He admits to the fact that he’s abusing his power as the manager tells me some baloney about the fact that it’s going to take an hour with four people discussing on me getting my refund, so I just left because I was mad I couldn’t get my money back I’m looking at some of the things on these reviews and I wish I seen the reviews because it is so bad and then the people that contact like it’s an independent place. I can’t call the place because the person who did this was the manager so I don’t know what to do I just want my money back. I’m never shopping here again. It literally was the worst experience ever
