I was at The Woodlands Mall on Dec. 1st 2010 picking up new contact lenses and then going to Sephora. The sales clerk "Dvir" stopped me. They try every time I go to the mall and it irritates me, but for whatever reason I stopped and tried to be polite and hear him out. Once he "got me" he had me sit in the chair to show me the product. I was trapped! He talked and double talked and "made me a deal" or so he said. My gut did not trust him...but stuff was going in and out and back in a bag so fast it made my head spin. He went so far as to tell me if I didn't like it he would even give me my money back. When it came time to pay he said cash or debit only. I told him I would pay by check or purchase nothing. He said "ok" to the check because he wanted to sucker me for $199.99. I started to fill out my check and that is when I noticed that the receipt was stamped with "no refund- all sales final". I stopped filling out my check and said "hey, you said I could return it and get my money back if I did not like it?" He tried some more fast talking and I wrote on the receipt unless still new on 12/4 and would not fill out my check until he agreed to sign it. I had such a BAD gut feeling when I walked away. The next morning I canceled the check at 8:30 in the morning and when the mall opened I went up there with all of the products from the prior evening to return them. I asked for him and the 2 girls there said he was not there so I told them what was going on and I felt scammed and wanted my check back for the product (I did not tell them it was cancelled yet so I could see how they were going to handle the situation). They said they could not do that...so I demanded to speak to him and they called them on her cell phone and started talking to him in a language I don't know. She was smiling and laughing and hung up the phone. She still said no but I pressed the issue so she wrote down a # and said i had to call "Leon" so I did while I was standing in front of her. He tried to give the same "no refund" statement but I told him his salesperson not only verbalized a money back offer during his sales pitch and I made him write on the receipt he told me I should take the product back with me and fax him a copy of the sales ticket for his review first and they would get back with me. I told him I took a picture of it with my cell phone and would e-mail it to him and he said ok, but I should hold on to the product still. I at that point informed him I had put a stop payment on the check and I was leaving the product and i would e-mail him the ticket. I took pictures the whole time of everything. I hope this is the end of my dealings with these scam artist! This was a $14.00 stop payment fee, but could have been much much worse. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BELLA TERRA mall kiosk's. WHAT A SCAM!
So Crazy! I live in Clear lake texas and the same damn thing just happened to me at Baybrook mall! Unfortunetly for me I am stuck with the $160 debit card purchase and the makeup that looks yellow on my skin! Did they tell you there is a 1 year guarantee... They told me if it didn't last a year to bring the foundation back and they would give me a new one... We will see I guess!
I am sorry...I know someone that works there and I have to agree that they may use "aggressive" sales tactics. However, if you have a backbone on you you should have been able to not buy their product!. I mean nobody makes anybody do something. Only thing that you have to do in life is to die. Other than that you should have been able to declined and not buy it. Get yourself together and next time toughen up!
Hi I tried the product. And I really liked it, but she was not nothing like youll say. But at the same time it looks like this brand might have a bad name do to their salesmen and women.
I was thinking of selling the brand but now after reading this site i just might not.
I do not sale that way. What I do if they are interested I will provide them with a free sample. And 80% of the time they come back and buy from me.
I try really hard to make all my customers happy, I have not had one bad one yet. But I know it is hard to please everyone.
If anyone has any other info about the product please EMail me visit my site for the EM. :) I really like to hear more about this brand

Hi lcook715 -
We are very sorry you had such a poor experience and we acknowledge the unsavory sales tactics put forth by some of our kiosk operators and do not condone this type of treatment. We take complaints from our customers very seriously and work feverishly to resolve any issue in a timely manner, including the poor treatment of customers from our kiosk operators. Unfortunately the kiosk operators act independently of Bella Terra Cosmetics, Inc. and so our recourse is limited.
We encourage customers of Bella Terra Mineral Cosmetics to contact the corporate office should they have any issue including but not limited to returns, complaints or product inquiries. We can be reached toll free at [protected] or by email at customerservice@bellaterracosmetics.com.

Maybe you just just learn how to say NO and stand up for yourself! Taking to the web to complain because you don't have a backbone to stand up for yourself is silly. Don't be such a wimp in life and you won't get pushed around.
