I traded my car on 11/12/22 and had no issues, they helped me from beginning to the end
I traded my car on 11/12/22 and had no issues, they helped me from beginning to the end. Let's see how I like the car in a couple of months, so far so good.
They sell you a lemon tree and then they don't take responsibility
They sell you a lemon tree and then they don't take responsibility. They sold me a car that's mechanically unsafe. The manager doesn't even talk to us or send us the seller. Don't buy a used car from them.
I bought my car more than a year ago and I had no issues with it
I bought my car more than a year ago and I had no issues with it. When it was time to do the regular maintenance, they helped me get tires and brakes at their cost. Two of my friends also bought cars from here and they haven't had issues with their vehicles.
Benji Auto Sales, Inc
Benji Auto Sales, Inc. is the absolute worst place to visit for car shopping. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from them. I made the regrettable decision of buying a 2019 VW Jetta from them, and within just four months, the engine began shaking and experiencing electrical problems. Despite being assured that all maintenance had been thoroughly inspected, I received no assistance whatsoever from their staff. Instead, they continuously gave me the runaround, offering no solutions or support.
Benji Auto Sales is a total scam
Benji Auto Sales is a total scam. Seriously, stay away. My car had like 10 scratches and dents that they conveniently forgot to mention, even when I asked about any flaws. The mileage was way higher than what they advertised and what I agreed to buy. It took them more than two days longer than promised to deliver the car, and to top it off, they didn't even give me temporary registration or plates, so I can't even drive it. The sales guy, let's call him Bob, was super rude and made a bunch of lame excuses for their screw-ups. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I wouldnt even rate this place a star!
I wouldnt even rate this place a star! RUN! Absolute worse dealer. I should have never gave them a chance. First off, they lied. Then of course wouldnt return phone calls or emails regarding the status of the car I purchased. I wanted to return it and now here we are. Ill include pictures bc it was absolute unacceptable condition. No information was EVER stated that there was rust. That should automatically call for something for me! I spent HOURS cleaning the inside. Disgusting. Brake light was out, and tire pressure was extremely low. This place should be shut down. Most unprofessional, lying, ridiculous place. Do not even think about going here!
I bought a car from them and they told me the car had a clean title
I bought a car from them and they told me the car had a clean title. I drove the car for about 9 months and kept up with all the maintenance. One day, I got a check engine light and the car started to shake. I took the car in for service at Mercedes, and when they put the car through the scanner, over 30 codes came out. They also pointed out bubbles in the paint and repairs done to the body of the car. The dealer stated the car had a major crash to the back of the passenger side. I went to Benji and confronted them about the car, and they stated they were lied to also by the auction. They buy all their cars from Mercedes Benz and they were fooled. A car dealership that has been in business for over 10 years was fooled by the auction. I asked if they inspected the car, and they stated they do a brief inspection and that Mercedes certifies all the cars they buy. I called Mercedes corporation, and they are going to investigate these claims. The manager from Benji offered to repair the car or do a trade-in. I expressed that was not enough for the *** they did. I was also told if I sought legal help, it would be much worse for me. Don't buy from here and do not trust them. They are title washers and ***. Report them to the state of Florida.
I bought my car from this place and found out later that it came from NY and had rust underneath
I bought my car from this place and found out later that it came from NY and had rust underneath. They didn't mention that. When I went there, the salesperson was pushy and made me compete with another buyer. I got frustrated and walked away. They said the service manager would call me, but that never happened. When I tried to contact them, they gave me a number that just went to voicemail. When I called the office, they just told me to call that number. The insurance person messed up my application so bad that I had to change it right away because their customer service was terrible. If you buy from them, be aware that they don't care about used cars once you drive off the lot. Honestly, I would tell people to stay far away from this company. But if you still want to go with them, don't let their pressure tactics and fake helpfulness fool you. Lastly, I've written reviews and emails about all these issues, but they haven't responded. So it's a one-time deal for me.
I've been going back and forth since I bought a car from Benji Auto Sales in WEST PARK
I've been going back and forth since I bought a car from Benji Auto Sales in WEST PARK. First, it was the tire pressure. They said it was full, so I drove off. But the light didn't go off, so I brought the Murano back. Turns out, it was the sensors on the passenger's side! I took it back two days ago because the emergency keys don't fully insert into the lock to open the door and get into the driver's seat. I've talked to the salesman A (he sold me the car) and the financial guy, Y, but neither of them has returned my call about this issue. I even explained the problem with the key to employee J in the car department, but he said the manager said the sales guy had to document it on a form called Weco? I might be saying it wrong. This key is important for getting into the car and is a vital part of its function. And let's not forget the two holes still in the windshield. I came today when the business opened and spoke to A. I quote, "I didn't check this, I didn't know, I will try to help." But he hasn't called me back all day today. I told A that I shouldn't have to spend more money on a key for this car. *** says it's 4-5 hundred dollars. I haven't even had this Murano for two weeks yet. The manager is hiding, and his voicemail is always full. Every day, they tell me to come back because the MANAGER or SALES MANAGER ISN'T here. They keep saying to come on Monday or come on Wednesday. I tried to be polite about this matter, but BENJI AUTO SALES in WEST PARK is taking advantage of me by making me run back and forth, basically stalling. I should be resting during my healing process after a traumatic experience. This car cost over 20 thousand dollars, it's a 2020 model, and it should have a functional KEY. This is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL to treat paying customers like me, who work HONESTLY and HARD to provide for my family. You would think the business would treat a returning customer with respect, but instead, they'd rather make a *** out of me. I WANT and NEED this serious problem *** to be resolved QUICKLY!

On September 27, I traded in my 2019 Honda Civic Sport (VIN 2HGFC2F85KHXXXXXX) for a Chevy Equinox at Benji Auto Sales, Inc
On September 27, I traded in my 2019 Honda Civic Sport (VIN 2HGFC2F85KHXXXXXX) for a Chevy Equinox at Benji Auto Sales, Inc. However, it's now November 2, and my lien holder still hasn't received the payoff check from them. I've called multiple times, but I always get the runaround. The finance manager, ***, is never around and won't call me back even though I've left several messages.
I bought a used **** sonata from Benji Auto Sales, Inc
I bought a used *** sonata from Benji Auto Sales, Inc. They told me that the car would come with a full warranty for two years, as long as I get regular oil changes and service. It took them weeks to schedule an oil change for me, and now in December, I found out that the car needs an oil change and it never had one before. I've been to the dealership multiple times about this issue, but it seems like they never changed the oil. Not only did they promise a full warranty with the dealer, but I also paid extra for a warranty with Benji Auto Sales.
I tried to get in touch with these guys, but they never call me back
I tried to get in touch with these guys, but they never call me back. I'm trying to cancel my contracts with this company, and it would be nice if they would actually contact me. I've tried calling and emailing them, but I haven't heard anything. They told me canceling contracts would be quick, but now they're saying it takes a long time. It seems like they don't want to cancel my contracts or listen to me. Another problem is that they never told me the total cost of the packages I want to cancel: Roadside Protection Package and GAP ***. All I get is silence and being transferred to different people. I want them to get back to me and let me know they're taking care of my requests. *** should be their top priority.

I went on March 27 to finance my first vehicle for me and my daughter
I went on March 27 to finance my first vehicle for me and my daughter. I was able to finance a used Kia Rio 2018 that day. From a week of having the car, it started giving me issues. The problems were that it would randomly shut off and break down. I took it to multiple mechanics, but none of them could tell me what was wrong. It would also overheat and slow down, which is very dangerous. The car became very unreliable while I was still making payments for it. On top of that, gas started leaking out of the AC while me and my 2-year-old daughter were in the car, which is extremely dangerous. I contacted the dealership, but they rudely told me that they don't check the engine and didn't offer any help. They never contacted me back, even after I reported the issue when it first started. The car hasn't been working for 4 months now and it doesn't drive at all.
I bought a car from Benji Auto Sales on April 17
I bought a car from Benji Auto Sales on April 17. The salesperson's name is ***. 1) I traded in my 2018 Lincoln Continental, but the lien holder, American Credit Acceptance, has not been paid yet. This is affecting my credit because it's considered a late payment. 2) *** promised to send me a spare key after I made the first payment, but I still haven't received it. 3) The DMV in Warner Robins contacted Benji about my registration. Unfortunately, Benji sent it to the Florida DMV instead of Georgia. I'm still trying to fix this issue. I've been calling Benji since May 5, leaving messages with the receptionist, but no one has returned my calls for help. I've asked for the manager, Dave, multiple times. I'm tired and don't know what to do.
This company took $8965 off my credit cards & debit cards for a car that I didn't even buy
This company took $8965 off my credit cards & debit cards for a car that I didn't even buy. I didn't sign a new contract saying my deposit would be forfeited, so they legally gotta give me back my money. No services or goods were got. The old contract should've been NULL once they made a new one and asked me for more money. The boss of the biz tried to tell me I got an outstanding car loan with Capital One either way and that wasn't true. This company told so many lies and made me feel real uncomfortable 'bout the car buying process, which is why I didn't sign the contract and left the dealership. The first night I drove the car off the lot, they pressured me to take it. I asked if I could leave the Maserati there and drive my Kia instead. They said no. The insurance for the car was over $700 per month and they took weeks to send a right letter saying I don't have the car for them to cancel my insurance policy.
On October 20th, 2022, we went to Benji's Auto Sale in *** and bought my daughter's first car, a *** Sonata
On October 20th, 2022, we went to Benji's Auto Sale in *** and bought my daughter's first car, a *** Sonata. When we test drove it, we noticed that the key fob didn't work and there was a crack in the rearview mirror. After we bought the car and went through the financing process, we mentioned these problems. They said they would fix the crack in the rearview mirror and gave us a paper to come back later. They also told us that the battery in the key fob was dead and we needed to replace it. We've replaced the battery in the key fob multiple times, but it still doesn't work. It's been a month now, and the crack in the rearview mirror hasn't been fixed either. They've given us several appointments, but when we show up, the mechanic is either not available or has to leave for something. When my daughter calls to talk to someone, they either hang up on her or give her the runaround. When I called to speak to someone, the general manager refused to talk to me. When I asked about the mechanic, they said he doesn't work on weekends, even though two of her appointments were on weekends for the mechanic to change the rearview mirror. I don't know what their plan is here. I'm not really sure why it's so difficult to fix these small issues after we spent so much money. We just want to get what we paid for.
I bought a Mercedes 2018 car on 10/11 with 2 years warranty and services according to Benjis finance person it's 100% covered
I bought a Mercedes 2018 car on 10/11 with 2 years warranty and services according to Benjis finance person it's 100% covered. The car was missing a few things and need to be fixed up which I was told the parts would come in two days by *** the sales rep. We left my Lexus 2015 car with them under the impression that it would be a payout for the trade in. A week later I was messaged by my old car loan people stating I need to make payment to unless it will go on my credit. I explained to them what happened and they stated They have not received any information regarding a payoff. I called Benjis numerous times and requested to speak to a manager. I just kept getting the call center which is at the same place Benjis is located, however no one contacted me. I also emailed a *** as well as got transferred to her but no response. After two days *** finally contacted stating it takes 20 day to start the payoff process for my old car. My new car then did not start on 10/23. I brought the car to ***, the service person who after examine the car stayed the car needs to go to mercedez due to the extent of the electrical issue. I brought the car to mercedez in coconut creek and called Benji numerous times to get the information in order to get my car fixed. No one contacted me and no one helped. I called Benjis so much, everyone knew my name but no one called back. I ended up spending more money to take care of a car that should have been under warranty my partner and I had to go into Benjis to talk to a financial manager who was not helpful in trying to take care of the situation, in fact he stated it was ***'s fault and Benji does not have to do anything to help me regarding the car I just recently bought which just turned 2 weeks. I lost wages and additional money with the lack of help and communication dealing with Benji.
On October 27, 2022, I bought a car from Benji Auto Sales
On October 27, 2022, I bought a car from Benji Auto Sales. I talked to the salesperson *** and asked about the 2021 *** Sonata. I told him I was already pre-approved through Car Guru, and he said if I financed the car through them, I could get a better interest rate. So, I agreed to buy the car from Benji Auto Sales.
After purchasing the car, I messaged them saying I would fly down and pick it up on Saturday morning. They then told me the car wasn't on the lot yet, but they would ship it to me on Tuesday. I called and left messages multiple times with the secretary ***, but finally, he called me back and said he was waiting for approval from the service manager to ship the car. Later, *** called and said the car was ready to be shipped, but it had a broken chrome piece on the front bumper. He said it was an easy fix and would just snap in, or I could wait another week for them to ship the car. I told *** to ship the car, and I would just put in the chrome piece myself.
We received the car on November 7th around 10 p.m., so we couldn't inspect it that night because it was dark. The next morning, we inspected the car and found that the windshield was cracked. The chrome piece on the bumper was cracked, just like I was told, but both the driver's side fender and the passenger side inner fender were busted out. The passenger side inner fender was separated from the fender and broken. The front trim piece under the bumper was also broken, along with the engine splash guard. Additionally, there was a large scratch from the front bumper on the passenger side to the passenger side door. Both front tires were bald.
I contacted *** at Benji Auto Sales and told him about all the issues I found with the car. I sent him pictures of the damages as well. He told me that's how the car was sent to them and asked me about the tire size. He said he would check with the manager, but I never heard anything back from Benji.
