This dealer tries to make you buy extra stuff you don't need. This means that the prices they show are actually $1k or more higher than what they say. So their prices are not accurate. These extra things like mats, cargo tray, and wheel locks don't really make your vehicle better, so don't believe them. They might say that all dealers do this, but that's not true. You can find other dealers who don't do this if you're willing to search. Don't support bad business practices.

Helping my mother-in-law buy her new car at Sons Honda was one of the best experiences that I've had in over 40 years of buying cars. Our sales person, *** Prajapato, was helpful to talk with on the phone, met us on time, was dedicated to helping us the whole time we were at Sons Honda, explained all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to talk with. After researching Honda CR-V prices at several Atlanta area dealers, I found that Sons Honda had one of the lowest prices. With that low price, coupled with the great experience working with ***, I highly recommend going to Sons Honda to purchase your new or used car.

I put my car on the computer and it showed turbo under-boost. I called Sons Honda and spoke with someone in parts on 8/8. They told me the part would cost a little over a certain amount and the total, including labor, would be a different amount. I also called another Honda dealership and the Honda in another location, and their prices were between two amounts. I took my car for an official diagnostic on 8/13/22 at 2PM. I already suspected it was my turbo, so I booked a rental on Sons Honda's website, which is partnered with Enterprise. At 3:40 PM, a service advisor named *** was assigned to me. *** told me they didn't have enough time to finish the diagnostics on my car. I asked why, and she said they close at 6 PM. I thought they did have time, as there was no indication on the website that I needed to book a diagnostic appointment in the morning. I asked where I could get a rental from, but apparently, they didn't have any available because their account with Enterprise was inactive. I told her they should update that information online, but she said there was no way to do so. I suggested hiring a web developer to add it, as they wasted almost 2 hours of my time and I needed a car. They wanted to keep my car until Monday, but I asked to speak to the manager. Eventually, I was able to check out a loaner car. *** told me the total for my car would be $2222, but I said *** had given me a different price. She explained that *** works in parts and can't provide service prices. I should have known not to trust *** because she lied to me before, saying that some models of the Accord come with turbos while others don't. If you're going to work for Honda, at least know the basics or do some research to give accurate answers to customers. Something didn't add up, so I texted on 8/16/22 at 1:51 PM to ask if my car was ready before I left work. By 3:55 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I called and spoke with someone in service who told me my total was a different amount. *** texted me at 4:38 PM.

I bought my new Honda Fit from Sons Honda in June . They didn't tell me until after I bought it that someone else had bought it before and returned it after 2 weeks because they weren't approved. Now, in January 2022, the trunk keeps getting stuck and we can't open it for days. There's also moisture building up inside, probably because the seal on the back passenger window is dropping, even though we don't use that window. Today, they told me I have to pay $155 just for them to look at it. This car is still under warranty, so why do I have to pay for a physical issue? And they sold it to me as new even though it was previously owned! I've called them 6 times, waited on hold for over an hour, and even tried going there in person, but nobody will help me with my problem.

Five months later, the problem came back, even though it was still under warranty. The service tech, ***, told me to take it to any dealership and have them call him if there were any issues. So, I took it to *** Honda, and their lead tech said the repair was done poorly. They even used some drill that wasn't centered, causing more problems. Now, they're saying I need a new engine to fix it properly. They asked Sons to help with the cost, but today the new service manager, ***, called and said the warranty is void 'cause another Honda dealership checked it out. They should've called Sons first, even though Sons told us to go there for the repair. I'm a broke college student, and this is how Honda treats me? I'm so upset. No car, and nobody at that shop cares about helping me.

An employee named *** helped me right away and spoke highly of my tires and the cost, as well as the price of my vehicle. *** said it would take 20 minutes to fix my tire. However, he didn't check me or my car into the system and took my vehicle to the service garage. I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes, and then *** came in to get me. While we were walking to my car, *** told me that there was no one available to plug my tire. He asked me to bring the vehicle back the next day, 9/3/2022, and assured me that someone would be available then. I got in my car and noticed that it was in sport mode and the traction control was turned off. This raised some concerns, so I decided to return to Sons Honda 30 minutes later. I spoke with the sales manager, *** and explained the situation. He told me that the service manager had already left for the day and gave me his contact information. I went back on 9/3/2022 and spoke with the manager, ***. I told him about what happened and showed him the screenshots from my GPS tracker, which showed hard acceleration and hard braking behind the dealership. Thang asked me to email him the screenshots and checked the system to see if I was checked in. He then gave me a $100 credit and assured me that he would make things right. Two hours later, when my fiancé and I arrived at my mother's house, my fiancé noticed damage to the front passenger side of my car. I have been trying to contact someone at the dealership, but haven't had any success. I am extremely frustrated and need the security camera footage to be reviewed. I also need to be taken care of because I will warn everyone not to go to this dealership. My vehicle was damaged, and *** doesn't seem to care about other people's property or his job!

On 5/15/2022, while driving on the highway, my car suddenly stalled, putting my family and me in a dangerous situation. It happened right in the middle of the highway, which was incredibly scary. The oil and engine lights on my dashboard turned on. I put the car in park and tried to restart it, but it started smoking and making loud knocking and ticking sounds. The whole car started shaking. Once we were out of danger, or at least I thought we were, I opened the hood and checked the oil dipstick. Smoke immediately came out of the engine. I looked at the dipstick and saw that there was no oil on it. The car was undrivable, so I had it towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership in ***, . On the morning of 5/16, when *** Hyundai opened, my car was already there. Sons Honda picked up my car on 5/15/2022. Now, fast forward to today, 5/17/2022, the service manager at Sons Honda, *** called me to say that my car was ready for pickup. I told *** that there was no way my car could be ready. I asked her about the diagnostic, and she lied to me, saying that it only needed 2 quarts of oil and a washer for the drain bolt. That's not the issue with my car. A car that is low on 2 quarts of oil and has a washer on the bolt wouldn't just shut off on the highway and start shaking. The dishonesty from this company is the worst betrayal. They have broken my trust. I have videos, pictures, and witnesses (professionals) that can prove what caused my 2022 car to break down and put my family in danger. I'm a single mother who works two jobs, and I lost two days of pay because of this company's negligence. And then the workers lied to me with a straight face. This new car is no good, and I don't feel safe driving it.

They then informed me that I needed a new transmission and found metal shavings. I was surprised by the excuses given to me and didn't receive any clear answers as to why this happened. It's confusing because I just bought this car from a dealership. I've never had any issues with Honda's service in Newnan before, but when I came to the McDonough location for the first time, no one took responsibility. I want to resolve this issue because it's unsettling. Even a partial reimbursement would help. I'm upset and I need answers.
Good afternoon, Mr.. My wife and I received a call from your associate regarding the refund for the previous issue. We appreciate that you considered refunding $250 out of the $2699 we originally paid. However, we were hoping that we could at least have the complete Sunbit payment plan removed for a satisfactory resolution. We signed up for the Sunbit payment plan for $718.56 on 2/20. We paid $251 when we picked up our car, leaving about $467 to be paid out of pocket from the $718.56. If we can agree to cancel that original plan, it would be great. We understand that you have a busy position, so please call us at your earliest convenience. Thank you! We would like a refund, preferably half, considering the circumstances. It's hard to believe that they worked on the transmission and it broke down the next day.
