I have moved out at the end of August, and to date, after numerous follow ups on emails and call, I still have not been refunded. The office people say they can not confirm although as per their lease agreement, we should have been refunded within 45 days. It is now the 28th October and they are unable to assist me with my refund. Furthermore, the month after I moved out, my account was debited by them for a full month rental in error which again I have to wait upon them to refund a few days later.
The staff tell me no one can assist as it all depends on when the responsible person for releasing payments does action this.
Another incident which took place the week prior to me exiting the property, I had a break in the Chianti estate unit in which I resided for the previous year. I had requested the footage from the same week, considering the unit I loved in was a back end unit and only security pass the garden space every hour. I agreed to even pay for the footage as they said it will be my expense. I was traumatized, knowing my break in happened during the early parts of the morning while we were alseep, and the footage request has been ignored since the 1 September, and I am keep being told that they awaiting on feedback from higher management. Clearly they are not concerned or interested in anything to do with the property as long as tenants honour their commitments. Its has been almost 2 months now and still no one has even tried to reach out or reply to the numerous emails I have sent, and calls I have made. The day I moved out, a young girl also approached me in the complex telling me she experience the same 2 weeks prior to my incident. Berader sent an apology email. No one had communicated in the complex of the incident or even alerting us to the incidents happening in the complex to safeguard the property name, how about they actually take action to ensure the safety of residents who clearly are unaware of what happens in the complex? Aren't the residents safety also a concern?
I will not wish anyone to experience this with Berader Property as they dont seem least bit interested or concerned of whats happening on the properties as long as their accounts are paid. I will reconsider, should you look into properties to do a thorough review of the agency before signing up. Only now that I am browing Berader properties, do I see I am not the only person experiencing this.

Desired outcome: Video footage as requested on the date of my break in and refund of my deposit with the interest until the date my deposit is actually refunded together with the remote and key deposit.
