Terrible company!
I have purchased a glass display case for $700 from www.displays2go.com. When it arrived it was damaged. There was a big crack on the glass. I contacted customer service and sent them a couple of pictures. I was hoping to get a refund or at least a replacement, but they refused to provide any help. They said that it was not their fault and that there was nothing they could do. They said that it was probably manufacturers problem or that it was damaged during the shipment.
They refused to help, but I was hoping they could at least provide me with some phone numbers and contacts, but they didn't.
I lost my money thanks to these guys. Will ever buy anything from them again!
They didn't provide accurate info about the order
We bought some stuff from the website www.displays2go.com. We received the tracking number from the rep, but when we checked the tracking number, it showed nothing. We contacted the rep, who excused and promised to send new tracking number. But after couple of days we got nothing. The seller again provided fake promises and we waited. The company is unprofessional, slow and scamming.
No good company yells at a customer like that
I recently purchased a small corner display from Displays2go. Because I was ordering it for a residence, the shipping was ridiculous. The case I bought was $140 but the shipping itself would've been $250! I had to have it shipped to a local business, which was no problem. I picked up the *2* medium-sized boxes (I am still unsure why that was such a hassle to ship) only to find *lo-and-behold* the instructions had not been sent. I looked online and contacted the company, which took 4 hours to contact me back. Three days later, I still have yet to see the instructions. When I contacted the company back to complain, the man I spoke to rose his voice at me for requesting a new manuel. I personally believe a business should NEVER raise their voice to ANY customer and should be committed to the customer's happiness and needs. When I saw how professional the site was, I assumed they would be easy to work with and very professional. I have found just the opposite. All in all Displays2go has been very unprofessional and I will certainly never be ordering from them again. I would NOT recommend this company. No good company yells at a customer like that. Unbelievable.

We looked up Displays2go and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- Displays2go protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- The registrar associated with Displays2go has been found to be used by several spammers and scammers, which could indicate a potential threat to users.
Worst company I have ever had to deal with
Worst company I have ever had to deal with! I was ignored when I tried to fax an order over. Then I emailed it and they next day they called to say they couldn't open the email. Then I emailed it again and they said I had to include more information and resend it. When I asked if the order would be placed if I did that, the sales rep told me it could be held up for days! Forget this place! It's easier to NOT TO DO BUSINESS with them to actually make a purchase. thanks for wasting my time!
Maybe you can purchase acrylic products from direct China manufacturer www.sundayknight.com. Their quality is good and fast delivery.
suspected of fraudulent practices
I suspect Displays2Go of fraudulent practices. They sent me a sidewalk display sign (a "sandwich board" which I had ordered for my church), which arrived with some damage on it (some tears on a plastic backing of the display board). When I contacted Displays2Go about the damage, they told me to send them photos of it. When Displays2Go saw the photos, they told me I could return the sandwich board to them, and that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the sandwich board if it was returned to them with no further damage.
Today I got an e-mail from Displays2Go saying the returned sandwich board had bad damage on it, so they would not reimburse me AT ALL (for the $180 I had paid them for the sandwich board). The photos they sent me looked FISHY to me, as if these "damage photos" came out of their "stock photography damage photos file." I suspect them of scam. I phoned the service representative at the company and said, "You saw my photos of what the sandwich board looked like BEFORE it was picked up by UPS. Obviously, the damage must have occurred DURING the return shipping." The rep said she has contacted UPS for a "claim process" (whatever that is), which will take 4 weeks. They're stalling. Does anyone know how I can find a low-cost or pro bono lawyer who could help me determine if I am a victim of fraudulent practices by Displays2Go?
I have attached the" damage photos" Displays2Go sent me, as they claimed these photos are evidence of the damage done to the sandwich board by me (the recipient of the item) -- thus justifying their refusal to reimburse me for the cost of the sandwich board I had returned to them. The reason I think these are "scam photos justifying Displays2Go's refusal to reimburse consumers for returned items" is as follows: Since I am a graphic designer, I notice that the words, "Damaged Hinge #1" and "Damaged Hinge #2" are VERY NEATLY typed, and centered under 2 vey neatly cropped and crisp photos. The other 2 unlabelled photos underneath do not have a caption, and are very blurry photos. So they were not taken during the same "photo shoot" of the so-called damaged display. The customer rep says she will send me OTHER damage photos. I can picture them mangling the sandwich board right now in their factory, so they can send me better damage photos. If there are any other Displays2Go customers out there who have received SIMILAR photos to these, or had any other bad experiences with Displays2Go, please let me know. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Martine Mallary
