I'm submitting a compliant regarding the poor customer service shown on this membership. Within the past few months, I have purchased a home. As with any home there were appliances and electrical devices needed for the safety and security of the home. I decided to choose your company rather than PC Richard, Sears, and/go Home Depot. I was informed that the total membership would be covered to the items I purchased.
As lift events occurred, I was not able to update the membership with my new credit card as the expiration date near. When I decided to purchase it again, I was told that the items purchased would not be covered.
This is unbelievable and unacceptable. I am not requesting a discount for the membership, simply to renew the card number and purchase. When I called customer service and requested to speak to a manager, the representative refused to place the person on the call and told me that there's nothing that can be done.
The only reason why I chose all my home improvement purchases from your store was the guarantee on the membership. But if this is how customers are treated, I will take my business elsewhere..
Desired outcome: To purchase the total membership again & have it cover the items I purchased
