I ordered a chair off from Walmart's website and it was from this company.. I've decided to cancel the order because I found one that was better for what I was looking for and cheaper. Great! I emailed the company and they told me that the product was in the process of being shipped and couldn't be cancelled. The representative told me that I would have to wait till the fed ex guy drops the package off to the house to let them know that I want to refuse the package... so I have to schedule my OWN time and find time to wait for the product to be delivered? The product hasn't even been shipped yet and says processing... FYI as I'm writing this I'm on the phone with them trying to get a hold of vendor( Best choice products) and it's been 20 plus minutes! What a disgrace!

elliptical trainer
I ordered a elliptical trainer on walmart.com in july 2017 118.00 and the box it came in was damaged with holes in it like a forklift poked in it and it was smashed on part of it. When my husband opened it to try to put it together he found that a part of the trainer (plastic) was broken. Beware! Do not order anything from Walmart.com that comes from any company not connected to Walmart!
If you still have that elliptical, I want to connect and find out if its the same as mine. I'm searching for a replacement bolt on the left hand foot pedal. its a 1/2 20 Left Hand SAE 5", i have photos. Elliptical Bike 2 IN 1 Cross Trainer Exercise Machine.
I've attempted on multiple occasions to get in touch with BCP which is clearly the Worst Choice Product.
pool cover reel/customer service
I ordered a pool cover reel. It came without the pole which is the most important part. I called customer service. 17 minutes into the call, the automated voice told me the approximate wait time would be 45 minutes.
-This is obviously a customer service scam so I waited, 30 minutes in the call disconnected. I called back again just to prove they would never provide assistance and the same thing happened.
-As far as I am concerned this is a theft. Multiple parties have posted essentially the same information so the company knows they are doing it and has not taken steps to correct the deficiency. I'll lobby to have them removed from Walmart.com and Amazon.com as those companies don't need the bad ratings.

this item was such a piece of junk I seriously want to know who thinks this is even worth the money! this thing was all warped and bent and badly painted to look rusted which made it look more cheap because someone just slapped a paint brush in random spots not caring. Then I had my first fire and the bottom collapsed it was so damaged I had to throw it away. Is this how you make products for your customers? I want a refund or replacement this is outrageous!

On may 19 my order was marked online as delivered.in the notes it said "left at front door. No signature required". I never received my items. I contacted bcp they said they would contact fed ex then contact me. Today is may 26 I have not received a call or email. I also called customer service and waited for 30 minutes and no one answered. Someone needs to contact me for a refund.

While I was on line thru walmart.com I had placed 2 maybe 4 items in my cart so I could go back to them and decide which ones I wanted if any, next thing I know theres a box delivered to my porch I had no idea it was there because I had not ordered anything now I have to pay to return it, thats if I can get thru to customer service to get ra # and because I was on walmart.com they took my info from walmart n charged my walmart credit card. That is not right, this whole thing is not right. If walmart is going to back these companies then why cant we return these items to store? Walmart you have a big problem and im not stopping here.

I purchased the 4CH2.4G Remote Control Quadcopter for my husband for Christmas, through my Walmart app on my phone, not knowing it was a third party company. The drone literally worked for 5 minutes, now does absolutely nothing.
I have emailed best choice products once a week since Christmas, and they won't even reply. I am so shocked that Walmart allows this company to sell products through them, it is definitely a crooked company. I have never had any issues with Walmart, and am considering never shopping through them again over this.

powerful remote controlled truck & customer service
I ordered this product a couple of months ago from walmart online for christmas (Not realizing I was ordering from a 3rd party company). My son was so excited and after waiting four hours to charge the battery, the product did not work or even move for that matter. I have now sent 4 emails in the past two weeks and haven't hear a word from "best choice products". I have also made many phone calls and have been on hold from 45 - 75 minutes without anyone answering. Hounestly, this is the worst customer service I have ever delt with and I will never order from this company again.
terrible customer service do not order from them
I purchased a toy robot off of WalMart's website from this company. I did not realize that meant I could not return the defective product back to the store. I have sent several emails requesting an RA# and I have currently been on hold with customer service for 49 minutes now! I wish I had read all the negative reviews and this board before I ordered. If you return the item without an RA# you will most likely not get a refund and then of course if that happens they suggest you call customer service. What a bunch of crap! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I guarantee I will never order from them again.
christmas tree return
I ordered a Christmas Tree on Dec 24, 2016 for the 2017 season through Walmart.com. When I received the product it did not meet my expectations, it is not nearly as nice as the tree in the picture. I would like to return it but the return cost would be at my expense. The tree cost $70.00 to return it is going to cost $329.00. I would not return the tree if I had made a mistake but the tree is nothing like was represented. I feel the company should eat the expense of the return
lack of delivery - thieves
Ordered 2 rocking chairs 11/29/16 through Amazon with Prime 2-day delivery. It is 12/20/16 and they still are not here. I have been told twice by their email support that they are being shipped but have not received them. They charged my account on11/30 for the ~$120 of course. As far as I am concerned, they have stolen from me.
First my order was not sent due to high volume, then I was told it was due to error with printing the shipping label. Really, error printing the label stopped this from being sent? Then was told 24-48 hours it would ship and I would be emailed the tracking info. Now past 48 hours and no shipment or tracking info, no email, and no response.

I made a purchase on Walmart.com on November the 24th. Sky Billards has not shipped my package out & when I try calling I cannot get anyone. Waited 40 minutes on hold & then the system hung up on me. There is no email or anything explaing why this hasn't been shipped. It would be nice to have some kind of notification on why this has not been shipped. If its not in stock just give me my money back.

I have made numerous attempts to contact their Customer Service Department, to no avail. No one will respond to my emails and/or phone calls. The company Best Choice Products are the worst choice, where to buy products. I have placed the order 2 weeks ago. I got the estimated date of delivery, but I didn’t get it on time. I asked the customer services, but they told me to wait and it was strange that they didn’t provide more details. So, after 3 weeks of the estimated date of the delivery, I knew nothing about my order and they didn’t return my money back.
rip off through ebay
Ebay buyer beware. I purchased a simple faucet from these people who have Ebay stores under the name Best Choice Products and Sky Billiards. After it was installed, we discovered that the faucet was defective because it contained a cheap "O" ring that was insufficient to carry water pressure. Since we already paid to install it and it would cost us more to uninstall and return it for a refund, we contacted the company to let them know what happened and demanded a refund for the cost of repair. They agreed to refund at least part of the cost on the return promise that we provide positive feedback. We did so and they never refunded the money. Surprise! They claim that Paypal won't let them and have otherwise hidden behind Ebay policies in avoiding any form of payment of the refund. We complained to Ebay and, alas, their buyer protection program is a sham. They wouldn't help us out unless we paid to uninstall and return the product. By then of course, we would have paid 3 times the price of the product for all of the plumber's visits but, of course, Ebay didn't get that. In fact, you can't even discuss it with Ebay; all you get are form responses via email to which you can't reply or at least explain. This company knows this and is using Ebay to rip people off. I have filed a lawsuit against this Company. To hell with Ebay. DO NOT purchase from these people on Ebay unless you like getting ripped off.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
You shouldn't have left positive feedback before the refund. By leaving positive FB, it means that you are satisfied with the transaction.
Try reposting your issue at the Ebay boards. There are many regular posters there who can advise you constructively.
Also, check the feedback profile of the seller. If they are selling bad products, they would have gotten negatives and be exposed . Otherwise, you might have just gotten a defective product.
Why blame it on eBay? LOL

The date is now june 17th, and I have still not yet received the parts that were missing from the original order. despite this, today I went to use the popcorn maker and when I turned it on, the fuse blew. ok... no problem since it came with an extra fuse from the manufacturer, right? however, once I replaced the fuse, the maker was only half as hot as it should be, and the popcorn took very long to pop and now does a poor job. this tells me that one of the heater elements is broken.
My original disappointment has now turned into utter contempt for the product and your company. marketing this item as commercial grade is pathetic. the sub-standard craftmanship of this popcorn maker doesn't qualify as a residential grade item, never mind commercial.
I want to return the item to your company and expect a full refund on my credit card which I expect will include the additional $74 I had to pay for brokerage fees and additional shipping which was not mentioned in the original quote.
I will never purchase another item from bestchoiceproducts and am in the process of lodging a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
Please advise how and where I am to return this item.

Dear bestchoiceproducts,
I recently purchased an 8 oz popcorn maker through bestchoiceproducts and the entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
First, the shipping & handling charges appearing on my bill were deceiving. an additional $74 was added cod upon its arrival.
Second, the unit was missing one of the door pins and the stir rod attachment.
Thirdly, the bulb burnt out when I went to turn it on for the first time.
Finally, the owner's manual was obviously written by someone with basic english skills. it was very elementary with minimal information to assist me in the operation of the unit.
I would like bestbuy to ship me (at no charge to me) the items that were missing from the unit, and also provide me with their website address so I am able to post my feedback regarding their products and delivery practises.
