I downloded it yesterday, and cashed out, all the sudden the next day I want to play again , they banned me for no reasons.
It says "error" and banned me.
I think this App have some kind of error that keep banning innocent players.

I was playing a game, I went back to Bestplay to read what the coin conversion was and went to exit it and it said I was banned for suspicious activity, I didn’t do anything but go to read info on the faq page! Please help I don’t want to be banned I was having fun playing the games

I don’t know how but I just downloaded the app and said it was banned for fraud. How can I have a fraud account if I haven’t even played on the app. I don’t know but y’all systems got issues. Have no account with this app but apparently I won’t be able to. I’ll just stick with JustPlay.

Banned for nothing
I opened my account just to find that I was banned. It gave several reasons why I could possibly be banned such as having a VPN, but I had personally made sure a while back that I did not have one on my account. They did not give me an opportunity to discuss issues with them before being banned. They just stopped my account. I will find a better type of app that will at least communicate better.

I just got banned like so many others, after using the app for 3 days. I think this app is a scam. They just want you to download it so they can steal your information and then just ban you. Now after I’ve waisted my time I have to delete it.

This game was good until I get banned for putting my same account on my other device which I think is totally ridiculous if I am putting the same account on another device I shouldn’t be banned for doing it not right will continue using it on my other device since I got it banned on my phone and it is also ridiculous that there is no actual way of contacting you directly because you’re rating will continue to get lower being like this

Terrible scammy app
I was playing the games and accumulating a nice balance, but when I went to actually cash out to PayPal they suddenly claimed that my account was banned due to “suspicious activity.” I don’t even know what they are referring to and no one there will answer my emails for clarification and help with having my account restored. So in other words they basically stole the money they made from my watching ads. If they are going to scam people then they should be banned from the App Store.

Worst way to make a few bucks
Literally only do this if you fully intend to play these games for fun. I'm just testing different apps to see who's who and what's what and this is by far the worst. The amount of money that they pay for four hours is a joke. I followed their instruction and switched games every 15 minutes and it just did not add up to anything. If you're going to play these games anyways, then it's not a bad deal because you'll just make a few cents while you do it but if you're trying to make a few bucks on the side, it'll take you couple days to add up to anything!

Banned for no reason
I have used this app for a day now and was having fun, have not tried to cash out or anything yet though. So I went to go to work and my phone changed from my WiFi to my cellular data and I am banned now for no apparent reason. I will update this review if or when customer service fixes this.
Developer reached out to me with no resolution to this at all. They basically said you could be banned for anything and left it at that. They gave no reason why and literally have no reason as to why I should have been banned because I did nothing at all to be banned.
