Timing may be off a tad with my complaint but i didn't think I should be recording or taking notes re a complaint whilst trying to complete business.
Late last week I applied for a BET365 account. Yes ,there was an exchange of info with poor quality info via email, I seemed to be having the same conversation over and over re poor quality. I was under the impression that I was getting close to obtaining a BET 365 account. After about three days i obtained my BET365 account, happy days.
This celebration would be short lived.
I placed only $10.00 in account due to "process" though the week, confidence was low and I do take monies from one to the other supplier for a better price,
as i found out monies out of BET 365 are too slow.
I did have a bet and the balance went up to $63.00 , not exactly a sheep station but BET365 then would not give me the money to me. Due to having to complete the "process"again, 5 days later, no money and BET365 cannot commit till when and will not supply a person to Talk to re this refund
Last call today at 10.30 am a Mr. Taranalt (after the generic hold for the 5-6 minutes) would not supply credit manager or anyone above his level of authority.
Desired outcome: I just want my $63.00, and the account closed.Thats all I have asked for all week and have absolutely got nowhere..
