Hello, I play/used to play Drakensang Online. Until they somehow got into my email and removed my character.. On (2024.08.02 roughly morning 6:00) I could not log in anymore, so I wrote to support to help me. I got a reply after 3 days that they won't give me my character back, why don't I take better care of it, and they closed the case... I begged for 1...

Bigpoint Blocked and unable to access purchased goods

This seems to be a common occurrence with bigpoint dark orbit. I was suspended from the game this weekend (11/26/2016) with game support person refusing to move up my support ticket request to a supervisor and claiming chat rule infractions occurred causing the suspension which were bogus. I have spent a large amount of money over the course of [protected] that can be confirmed with paypal and my bank statements. I just restarted playing in May 2016 after a 4 year break (got fed up with the support bull) when I heard the game got bought out and rebuilt my game account with more equipment, and just purchased a game pack, booster subscriptions, premium subscription and they are claiming no refund is possible. Could you recommend who to contact about this and possibly a link that lists internet law specialists to pursue this further. Based on this forum alone, sounds like Dark Orbit Support does this regularly. Thousands of dollars have been spent over the course of years that has now been suspended for unfounded cause and because they refused a refund and I mentioned possibly pursuing legal action they closed all open support ticket inquiries and stated no further communication could occur except through their legal department. The tab they mentioned for Legal Information only provides mail address and 1 is for 1 state and another is for a different state. Advice? Thanks

Bigpoint Dark orbit

It is clear that anyone playing this 'Con artists game' should be exceedingly careful as I have seen many good players banned and accused for "cheating" that from what I know of them would not cheat if you paid them to, but I have also seen know cheaters and script users allowed to get away with it even when dozens of video's of proof was sent in, they are still in game right now as we speak. Dark Orbit and Big point would have an enormous job to fix all of the many issues with the game, coding errors, hackers, cheaters, script users, content staleness, support quality (there is a whole issue in and of itself). The support have known some of the longer in game players for so long that they can 'Seemingly' get away with anything even when proof is sent in from players (what game requires the players to prove there are cheats ? Surely that's the supports job?) The game is tailored toward making players new and old spend as much real money on game content as possible, yes they are a business but you do not get anything from your money, new content for an extra drone would cost hundreds of $'s and £'s, and on top of that there is the risk of hackers so after you have used a lot of time and money doing up your 'online' ship I get hacked my whole ship/ account was stolen and even after providing original I.P address where it was created, original password and name, credit card details used when making and playing the ship, the support team then said that they could see the account in question but if I could not produce what the account was called 'NOW' then they could not do anything. So they could see my account but would not touch it as I could not tell them the name that it was called AFTER it was hacked and stolen off of me ... Dark Orbit is a big risk for anyone to join in on as there are to many problems/ risks and issues with the game, support and some players for it to be an enjoyable experience, My opinion would be to stay as far away from this online money pit as possible

Bigpoint game hacked/subscription

This company is a fraud and they are not helpful

i was upstairs one evening and not even logged into dark orbit when my account was hacked. i checked my account that night and someone had taken 2 lots £70 out of my account to buy uridian and then seconds later taken £70 out of my wifes account. (both credit cards details were stored on the website for ease) i reported this to my bank and to bigpoint, who sent me an automated e-mail. they did not listen to my complaint and refused to believe it had been hacked. i reported this to the police whoo are well aware of this happening before. i contacted bigpoint and told them to suspend my account, which it took them nearly a week to do and only after i sent 3 e-mails telling them to suspend it. i have now been billed for another £70 from bigpoint as whoever hacked my account also set up a subsciption. my account is suspended and bigpoint expect me to pay for a subsription for a game that was hacked, that i suspended and that i dont play anymore. my bank has refunded me my money because they recognise it as a fraud but bigpoint are still trying to get this extra subsciptiob money of me.

they are a very unhelpful company who obviously dont care about there customers and have a very un-secure gaming site. there still say my account is my responsibility? even if its hacked?

In cases of third party usage on an account it is considered the actions of the account owner. This is stated in the Terms and Conditions of the game that the account owner is responsible for their account security and any actions which may occur on the account. The account owner must endure any penalties given against the account, even if performed by third party access. This would include cases of hacking."

i cant believe a company would be so unhelpful and believe the VICTIM OF A FRAUD should be responsible for what the fraudsters do?

i would like any advice on this matter, i have contacted the police again and im taking legal advice but any help is usefull

OMG'osh. Our son who is 10 played the game. We made 2 purchases for him via Paypal. After that, I logged onto my bank acct one day, to see numerous charges all to Bigpoint. After draining my Paypal acct, the charges went through to my bank. The total for both was $4000! We filed reports with our bank and Paypal and had the money refunded. They were not authorized. Now, 6 months after the charges we are getting an invoice for the $4000 PLUS cancellation fees. We have sent numerous emails, since there is no way to actually contact a live person, and all we receive back is automated computer responses. If we don't pay the charges, the bill will be sent to collections to ruin our perfect credit! How can this company get away with this?

Bigpoint Three hacked accounts

After playing dark orbit for four years with no problems 2 of my accounts were suddenly hacked on the same day. When I tried to log in I was told my user name and password was incorrect, I tried to do the forgotten password thing and I never got any email with my details sent to me.

I logged into the game from a new account and found myself in the user rankings and my name had been changed from my user name to a Russian name. The same applies to my other hacked account, that too now had a Russian name.

I contacted support who said they were unable to help me because my account security is my own responsiblity, that is fair enough and I agree with that. They once again said they could do nothing to help me and instead of getting the accounts back bigpoint decided to instead delete them both from the game. (This is after me sending them proof the accounts were mine, screenshots of me in the accounts, credit card details, full name and address etc)

I started to play another account, new email address new password etc with the view to starting the game again, I was in the account last night at midnight before I signed out and went to bed.

This morning I tried to sign in and the same thing happened, user name and password did not exist and I could not log into the game with my details.

Logged into another account to see that my clan on the game had been deleted at 3am, and also my user name had been changed to a Russian name.

It cant be a coinsidence that all three of my accounts were changed to a Russian name?

Also, I did not want to be hacked again after losing my other two accounts so this time after I had made the new account with a name I was happy with I decided to delete my email address, I thought that if I did that the name or details could not be changed ever again (as according to dark orbit the only way your details can be changed is via email confirmation) as I had delted my email address how was my details changed?

Contacted support who copied and pasted the exact same emails to me saying my account is my responsibility.

They dont understand what I am saying when I try to tell them I deleted my email address so my details could not have been changed.

After four years of my life, and money spent on this game I am done, I am not doing it all again, not giving my time, effort and money for it to be taken from me and support do nothing at all to help its players, in fact they make you feel bad for contacting them.

If an account can be hacked with no email address to confirm the name change that tells me the secuirty on this game is not as good as it should be seeing as they hold sensitive data on their uers such as credit card details.

hi man i had the same problem and the can steel change your e-mail into diffident e-mail its easy because ones i did a account with fake e-mail and i made the account on level 23 so i had to change the e-mail

Bigpoint No client care - only whitewash

no client care whatsoever - ban people who seek to make a complaint
having made a complaint to seafight support about a senior admin making defamatory allegations in chat the "support" department refused repeatedly to provide details of any senior officers to whom the matter could be referred to and when i asked for details of their complaints procedures their response was to ban my ship off the water for 7 days. Clearly this is of concern as this is not simply an inconvenience - it is something which i have paid a considerable amount of money to develop and use. Support for these people appears to be "go away or we will take away what you have paid for to teach you a lesson". I have never come accross this type of arrogant behaviour and blatent threat in order to make a complaint "go away" and i am absolutely disgusted with them.

nice thought - i will do that - i am still amazed they can relieve a person of thousands of pounds and then say sorry you cant have the thing you bought as we dont like complaints - incredible

Bigpoint Corruption

Im amased that big point has a company have no customer care values, its corrupted by its chat moderators through tosome of its ca's and ga, they ban some players for offensive and abuse or swearing but other players are given freedom to abuse and offend other players without been questioned.its time that players spoke out about big points care to the customer and its corruption by those who are supposed to be in charge and not looking after thier own.also it might be an idea if they got rid of the rotten apples who continualy bully people in chat.

Bigpoint Worst treatment ever

BIGPOINT is the worst company I ve ever used as a game provider.
First of all they adverise FREE games but you end up paying hundreds of euros.They advertise fights with your friends or opponets in war games and when you fight with your friends they accuse you for pushing and they lock your account.Supporters and administrators are rude and they treat you like rubbish.When you push back they say:find a lawyer and take us to the courthouse.Every complaint you make ends up to the same rude supporters.Their PR manager is good only for a local mini market.

They are site players that you are playing against, their job is to befriend you, & help get you out in the water. They will help you lvl up to. But they will cost you money in the long term, thats there job, s. & if you catch them cheating & tell them, they will ignore you in the chat box. A friend of mine saw 1 sub leave the station, it was in the mid 70s lvls, it came back 5 mins later, & guess what it had gone up 10 lvls.
Your actualy playing in a fish tank, with the site players for company, no new friends im afraid.
So save your money & play something else.

they have NO Customer Service Dept, if you have a $ problem, your more than likely to have your account locked if you complain, But worst of all the Moderators and Admins also play the game so if you find yourself on an opposing team your going to be harassed in some form Check out there rating with the Better Business Bureau of the 3 locations listed for the company BIG POINT GAMES all have an F rating ! take your money where its better appreciated and enjoy enough said

Bigpoint Unethical Business Practices

Bigpoint operates many games including Dark Orbit, an online browswer game, which while technically free to play, is somewhat expensive to play at anything other than a very basic level.
The game environment has been changed constantly over time to incorporate more and more costly features and prevent the "free play" portion from being anything other than a catchy advertizing phrase.
In addition to the complaint below, this has caused a lot of frustration among it's long term paying customers who have invested a significant amount of money in their accounts, only to have them devalued by increasingly expensive new features.

I have been a paying customer with Bigpoint GmbH (across 2 games) for more than 2 1/2 years now, however over the past 6-12 months, the level of customer service and treatment of it's loyal customers has deteriorated to atrocious levels.

A few months ago I was publicly accused of cheating in the game by taking advantage of a coding error. I say "publicly" because the details were posted on one of Bigpoint's public forums by a Bigpoint staff member.

As a result of this accusation some of the in-game items that I had purchased through their payment system and earned through online play were confiscated as they were believed to be acquired as a result of the coding error.

I would like to add here that my writings to Bigpoint were done in a civil manner.
My initial contact was courteous and not demanding in any way.

Over the course of my dealings with the support and administration people I was repeatedly threatened with punishment for continuing to respond to the accusations in public, and at one point a representative of Bigpoint posted information of a personal nature about me on a public form belonging to Bigpoint.

I was eventually vindicated as it was discovered that I had not in fact taken advantage of the coding error. An error which I was actually one of the first people to report.

However the confiscated items were not returned.
I was informed that the items in question were only adjusted to compensate for the glitch and that nothing I had purchased/earned in game was affected.

Unfortunately that's simply not true.

I pursued the matter and was penalized for doing so.
The individuals I dealt with continued to be accusatory and rude.

Several weeks afterwards I received an email conceding that a mistake had been made but the amount returned was only about 10% of my actual loss.
This was all Bigpoint was willing to do, and no further contact from them has been received.

I would like to add that, in general (there are one or two exceptions), I have found Bigpoint representatives to be unprofessional and rude. In many cases belittling customers and making threats to get their way.
They primarily use volunteer moderation and support personnel who, in certain cases, have access to private user's accounts.
Not a situation that inspires confidence in customers.

I should also mention that my total loss equates to about $15 USD. A pittance compared to my spending over the last 2 1/2 years.
As a result of a few bucks - used for intangible goods that really wouldn't have cost them anything to return - they've lost my business altogether.

If Bigpoint is willing to treat a long term paying customer this way, you can only imagine how little respect they have for new customers.

At one time I was a very vocal advocate for this company, but now I'd suggest finding somewhere else to spend your money.

$epic$ is in league 2 (in arena of glory) league 2 only has 83 levels. After that you go to league 1.anyways $epic$ is level 155 and is still in league 2, (HE SHOULD BE IN LEAGUE 1). On top of that if he is around what ever you break in the crates he will take, including your pig. A lot of us are complaining but no one is doing anything about it. I paid good money to play this game, cause i thought it was fair game play. I am losing money and time playing a game that's only one sided. Please someone look into this and stop the madness. Its a fun game when its fair, but when someone can hit you one time and your dead! That's not fun. Repairing armor cost gold and gold cost real money(especially when someone doesn't let you get gold out of the arena).

Absolutelly biased support and game full of bugs and mess-ups. Of course it's players fault. If you want to play prepare for constant lies, breaking your human rights - freedom of speech is something they never heard of or care. If you report an issue you will be silenced, if you're persistent you will be banned. Constant lies, mods and support version contradict each other. Of course such thing is also blamed on players. Want to spend time on enjoying MMO? Check that it's not made by bigpoint. Otherwise you will experience total incompetence and hatred towards customers.

Bigpoint False accusations

Bigpoint is one big con, the coding in the games is constantly full or errors and the blame for this isn’t put onto the coders, it is blamed on the players.
I was accused of cheating on one of their games after an error showed up in their coding, I never did cheat, but they will not accept this.
All they tell me is that I am a cheat and there is no error in the coders findings, yet, it was the coders that made the error in the first place.
The customers have no say.
Once they make their minds up, players are found guilty, whether they are guilty or not.
There is a lot more to this, they are a total scam.
They have not bothered to explain in detail the way in which I am supposed to have cheated, only that I am a cheat.
Their support team is arrogant and obnoxious.They have stolen hundreds of pounds from me.

There are a LOT of racist ppl that mod and perform "customer service" on their games, especially Dark Orbit. I had an "El" in front of my name and got banned for 10 days after I had only been playing for about 2 days. I had to go through some hoops to change my name to get allowed access back to the game. Then once in a PM I said "gracias" and got a 10 hour ban. Then once in a PM someone asked if I knew Spanish and I said "Si", I got another 10 hour ban. Then I decided to ask any currently logged in mod if they could explain why I got banned for using any word other than English (remember, I'm new to this game). Someone gave me a PM and told me to NEVER use ANY non-English word, I was immediately banned for 20 hours after that.

I finally gave up on this crap...

The only way is to file a classic lawsuit against them, we all have enough proof that they were destroying players and robbing bank accounts and phone accounts, after your account got blocked you have no proof to look at the history list I still I have my mail out 2011 that they had hacked my account dreamingdragon

i stop playing this game, i had a top account and they hacked it. level 21. i had asked for return with no deal and no emails back from them, then they robbed me thru my phone account with text message Uridium. the next best thing was my bank account, after asking my bank and phone company. they sad it was big point but they could not stop it. my account got suspend, because they where taking money off my bank account. but did not had the Uridium. and they told me i had spend it . because i could not get into that account to see in my history list. 1 year later i started playing with a new account, and they have deleted that one without letting me know, screw darkorbit and stay away or pay only with prepaid card do not text or give them your bank account number

Bigpoint/Darkorbit scam alot people with them rules also i have spend alot in darkorbit but they dont tell people your account will be deleted if you dont play for a time all my stuffs are gone now,

But also them support is also weaker than weak sauce. all they can say to my is you account is deleted cause you was inactive? they gone even give me a refund back. all they want is take your money and again .

Why do they even delete you account even if you spend it, Well they said in the email if you want to play again you should start over they want to scam. why do they even protect people ingame cause they want keep the money for themself?

A game like this shouldnt have a word like honor in it!

Hi, I want to say that I have a blocked account for about three months, because I did not pay transactions even if my money were withdrawn from my bank account . We all account statements payments made to BP . But they did not have any account unlocked in day today, adding the continuity that we have not paid those transactions, and repeat that money from my account were extracted by BP . Asi and I want to know how can I solve the same problem . I need the money back, I want to unlock my account . Thank you .

Dark Orbit is a scam. They take your money then ban you with no explanation.

I was accused of using a bot and never have.
Monday I purchased Uridium via MHH, Tuesday I was banned.
DO support in the US said they would not discuss it with me, so I contacted BigPoint support and provided all communication with DO support, only to be told "since I had started communications with DO support regarding this issue I should continue to discuss it with them".
They either did not understand the email from DO support stating - They would not discuss it - or they just can't be bothered assisting a paying customer who has a problem with a game the operate.

BigPoint needs to be made accountable for the way it mistreats its customers.

Hard to believe, I'm reading these comments for the first time, some from 2010 and I felt like I was reading comments that were posted from yesterday. Still the same issues, tons of lag, down time, arrogant support teams that talk down to you, it's your fault, not theirs. They never provide an honest answer, CMs who pick favorites and ban who they do not like for frivolous little things while others post racist and derogatory comments along with plenty of cussing. No compensation for your inconvenience due to lag and downtime. Luckily, I have not placed a lot of money into this game like others have and I've never recommended to any of my friends and do not intend to.

Complaint Description:I

play on GB1 server, player
Was accused of attempting to 'hack' a players account.result= 30 day
ban. The evidence they have is nothing.

I playedthe game and received an unwarranted 30 suspension for
allegedly threatening to 'HACK' another players account.
The evidence sent against, me (and I did say these words)is as follows; Im going to make sure i deplete your ship of
everything and put u into egg mode.

This message was received by me and I I admit ted saying that in a game where it
is 'okay' to say you are going to destroy someone's ship regulary.?..It
doesn't mention DELETING someone's ship...However, the support team are
twisting the words and have closed my account for 'hacking' (attempting to hack)

The reply I received after several attempts, by myself, is as follows;
You stated you would delete another player's ship, so you were intending
to access the account. This decision is final, it is the same
punishment for any player threatening another player's account.
(Utter BS)

I clearly never stated anything to do with stealing, hacking or
compromising anyone's account/property?
My opinion; What these guys are doing is a business move, to extort more money from my pocket..I am pretty sure it is down to my recent top ups of over £500 shortly after this spate of spending, I ceased to spend over the next 2 (just recently) weeks...They are profiling each customer until you r ship is UFE..Then it is anything to 'force' you to open another 'noob' account through stpidity...They must think we are mad in the begining.?.Just like all the other internet scams/scammersout there...Lastly, it is a game remember, a money 1.

It is clear that anyone playing this 'Con artists game' should be exceedingly careful as I have seen many good players banned and accused for "cheating" that from what I know of them would not cheat if you paid them to, but I have also seen know cheaters and script users allowed to get away with it even when dozens of video's of proof was sent in, they are still in game right now as we speak. Dark Orbit and Big point would have an enormous job to fix all of the many issues with the game, coding errors, hackers, cheaters, script users, content staleness, support quality (there is a whole issue in and of itself). The support have known some of the longer in game players for so long that they can 'Seemingly' get away with anything even when proof is sent in from players (what game requires the players to prove there are cheats ? Surely that's the supports job?) The game is tailored toward making players new and old spend as much real money on game content as possible, yes they are a business but you do not get anything from your money, new content for an extra drone would cost hundreds of $'s and £'s, and on top of that there is the risk of hackers so after you have used a lot of time and money doing up your 'online' ship I get hacked my whole ship/ account was stolen and even after providing original I.P address where it was created, original password and name, credit card details used when making and playing the ship, the support team then said that they could see the account in question but if I could not produce what the account was called 'NOW' then they could not do anything. So they could see my account but would not touch it as I could not tell them the name that it was called AFTER it was hacked and stolen off of me ... Dark Orbit is a big risk for anyone to join in on as there are to many problems/ risks and issues with the game, support and some players for it to be an enjoyable experience, My opinion would be to stay as far away from this online money pit as possible

Bigpoint Ufair business practices

BigPoint's game Dark orbit gives an unfair advantage to some players costing other players money. I have complained about these obvious occerances many times. I have been told by bigpoint that it is imposible for these things that happen to occur. So, the only logical conculsion on my part is that BigPoint is allowing this to occur in order to profit, off individuals. The latest occurences happened just prior to me filing this complaint. the controls fail to function properly while in battle with the company mmo.

Bigpoint is not the best company out there. They are very greedy and want every penny out of their players they can get. So when you see botters the best way to blame someone is bigpoint. They are the ones that are trying to squeeze every penny out of people so they should deserve their company breaking down. Botters are forced to bot because they cannot keep up with gay [censored] wallet warriors that are nerds living in their mothers basements wasting thousands and thousands of dollars IN A GAME fatasses that need to get outside and see the sunlight and need wives to mooch off of...
Fatasses need to get off and quit wasting their mothers' money on a game and maybe there won't be botters.

This company is a fraud and they are not helpful

i was upstairs one evening and not even logged into dark orbit when my account was hacked. i checked my account that night and someone had taken 2 lots £70 out of my account to buy uridian and then seconds later taken £70 out of my wifes account. (both credit cards details were stored on the website for ease) i reported this to my bank and to bigpoint, who sent me an automated e-mail. they did not listen to my complaint and refused to believe it had been hacked. i reported this to the police whoo are well aware of this happening before. i contacted bigpoint and told them to suspend my account, which it took them nearly a week to do and only after i sent 3 e-mails telling them to suspend it. i have now been billed for another £70 from bigpoint as whoever hacked my account also set up a subsciption. my account is suspended and bigpoint expect me to pay for a subsription for a game that was hacked, that i suspended and that i dont play anymore. my bank has refunded me my money because they recognise it as a fraud but bigpoint are still trying to get this extra subsciptiob money of me.

they are a very unhelpful company who obviously dont care about there customers and have a very un-secure gaming site. there still say my account is my responsibility? even if its hacked?

i cant believe a company would be so unhelpful and believe the VICTIM OF A FRAUD should be responsible for what the fraudsters do?

i would like any advice on this matter, i have contacted the police again and im taking legal advice but any help is usefull

I have also noticed on dark orbit that certain things are forbidden or against the rules, yet some people are allowed to get away with it whilst others arent, the people who are allowed to get away with things are the playiers at the top of the rankings, people give their accounts away, sell them on ebay, give them to friends etc and the account is not banned, the CMs in chat have full blown conversatikns with the players they know, yet if they dont know you and you ask a question in chat you get ignored and have to ask for help multiple times before they will even awknowlede you are speaking to them.

Support on this game is the worst support team I hve ever had the mis fortune to deal with, every little thing is the players fault, it is never a problem with the game, it is always the player or the players computer or the player didnt do this or that, in the end when I had a problem I refused to even contact support about it as they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

There is no point playing this game anymore because botters have taken over the game and support cannot do anything to stop them. The botters basically get a program and it enables them to play the game without being at their computer, so in effect they are making uri, ammo, credits, building gates etc for free whilst everyone else has to work for it, botting is supposed to be against the rules and a banable offence but they have been doing it for a few years now and all support ever say is "we have a script that picks up botters and they will be dealt with when we find them" the thing is the same players have been botting for a year or more, and normal players cant keep up with them, the botters make all the free ammo then go around killing normal players.

Dark orbit died a death 2 years ago when the botters came along. Support are spinelss and only email you back when they want to.

Do not waste your money on this game, worst thing I ever did, I will not lower myself like that again.

My son just told me that he is speaking with someone in game and they said he would be banned if he submitted a complaint. This company needs to be shut down. Why a business located in SF only provides an international number to deal with issues (and you can't get through) is ludicrous. I demand justice!

My account was just drained of over $500 in forced debits by Bigpoint.com after I spent 12.99 for my child. Bigpoint's German number is constantly fast busy, calling from US racking up charges, I emailed support and havent heard a thing. I found their FB and posted there for them to contact me and screen shotted it because they keep deleting my post. THey refuse to deal with their customers who are being stolen from. Card is cancelled, charges disputed but from what I am reading it looks like I get to look forward to collections if I get my money back (45 days from the card issuer). I cannot believe a company is allowed to practice business like this. They took every penny I had in the account! THIS IS STEALING AND FRAUD!

big points have stolen money off me and their so called support are absolutely useless.i paid for six monthas premium on my account using paypal and they have removed it after 3 months.i tried to solve this with paypal but after 45 days it is not possible, bigpoints are saying they cannot find any payment details but i have sent them the unique paypal payment code.as far as i am concerned this is theft and i will do everything in my power to sort it, and happily bad mouth the useless german company

where to start!
Support: there is no actual support, only few people that give you automatic copy past reply w/o actually checking ur problem, always the end user fault, even if its a coding error. and 99% the clear ur cache reply. if you have a real big problem, they don't double check for error, just stick to there main idea. my account got banned for the reason that some players have reported me because they think i'm too strong! well where is my fault if i'm strong and they are noob! and support isn't willing to check my acc. in details to see if i used a script or no.

Currency: game is getting more and more costly! and BP still advertise for it as a free game! where players that don't buy huge amount of uri. will never have a chance in the game! impossible to hit the 1000 top ranking if ur not a well paying customer! personally i spent more then 4k$ and got 0 support from the company when i got baned! they even refused to check in detail my account.

Game experience: I like the type of game, idea and everything is good, but game is most of the time unplayable! load of lag! load of script errors, coding errors, and many things to make your gaming experience unpleasant.

Ethical behavior: what i noticed from my experience and what i sow, and what i heard and read from other people, i can say that BP have no ethics in business! i don't recommended anyone using there games. i have prof that some players got there account unbanned for the same reason that other players still have there account banned! when u contact support with this claim, they tell u that they have the right to ban and unban who they want! and so, customers don't have any way of defense!

I can write pages on Dark orbit and Big point, and how they steal account, how support is totally inificiant, i have writen proof on the unethical behavior of support, and honestly, if i didn't come from a country, where lawyers take loads of $ for a case, i would have definitely sewed Big point for banning my account for no reason, and for all the unethical practice!

yes big point is horriable i bought uri from them and about a month later i recived a message stating that a third party tried to access my paypal account, after going to court and getting a supena i recived a discloseure of info about that person which turns out to be bigpoint games after multiple messages Matthew Milligan stated that he is the highest ranked person at bigpoint and he has double checked and no one tried to access my paypal account even tho i have an ip address that tried to access my paypal account owned by bigpoint

I always have a hard time getting problems fixed. Matthew Milligan and Etienne Belmar almost never
fix a problem without my having multiple email conversations with them - and them threatening to
suspend my account. The two of them are ineffectual as support and rude. Worse than no help at all.

In fact, I am worried that the more I complain about a problem the worse my ship functions and the easier
it pops. I expect that next they will just suspend my account and/or change the password and tell me:
"awww - too bad - you got hacked.

Curious about my current situation and fears -- I Googled Bigpoint darkorbit complaints - and now I see
and read your complaints and concerns. So now, I extremely worried and concerned.

I have already spent about $250 and countless hours playing this game - but i'm afraid to spend more $$$
buying uridium to upgrade my ship - when my account could be suspended or "hacked" and I would have
no reasonable expectation that they would feel the need or obligation to reimburse me.
