This is the third roof they have installed on our rental properties and we wouldn't use anyone else. As always-they are fast, careful and fairly priced. Everyone from the estimator to the crews arrive as scheduled. They treat your time as valuable and don't waste it. And, when the work is completed, they clean up their mess and leave you with a top quality roof.

I called Bill Shields Roofing in Feb to put a new roof on the last wing of my shopping strip.
I wanted the roof done before the hurricane season started. And it was finished in early May. Long before Elsa came. What luck! They did a good job with as little trouble as possible to my tenants.

Contacted Bill Shields Roofing regarding a leak in my ceiling. Lady whom I spoke with was very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. She sent David M. to my home to check the leak, David was excellent! He looked at my ceiling and went outside got on ladder and found a nail on the roof. He explained how to handle and it was handled accordingly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Since I will be needing a roof in the next year or so I will be contacting Bill Shields Roofing to replace my roof. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the recent experience I had with Bill Shields Roofing. They had replaced my roof many years ago and when my insurance carrier threatened to cancel me (it's a flat roof), they were very helpful.
They came over and inspected the roof, wrote a letter to send to the insurance company, all at no charge to me. When that was not successful, they gave me a very reasonable estimate on replacing the roof and did the work efficiently and on time. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.
