bas tak tepati masa perjalanan seperti dijadualkan
billion star ni memang suka tangguhkan masa perjalanan ke.tak menepati masa.patutlah tak de penumpang nak ikut.kalau rasa tak boleh menepati perjalanan yang telah ditetapkan dalam penjadualan, jangan letak masa perjalanan.setiap penumpang ada target masing nak sampai ke destinasi sebelum jam berapa.nak tangguh sebab tak penuh, kena ikut bas seterusnya.what the hell..kalau rsa sya ckup kasar sorrylah sebab sya hilang sbar bukan skli 2 da tapi byk kli berlaku. kalau rsa tak mampu nak teruskan, jangan buat masa perjalanan.sekali da buat masa pjlnan tlng tepati masa.!sorry klu kata2 agak kasar.aduan dri tbs ke sg nibong sepatutnya dijadualkan pd 11.59pm tp ditunda sampai sekarang sy tak pasti jam berapa.penuh ke tak penuh kalau da masa pjlnan sprti dijadualkan tepatilah jgn bt penumpang jd hilang sbar!harap ambk tndakan pd driver yg melewatkan pjlnan.

Sy nk buat aduan. Driver billion star yg kurang ajar. Sy masih didlam bas ni. Perjalanan dri pulau pinang ke tbs. No plate bas ahd6855. Sy byar rm30 utk perjalanan yg slesa. Tapi yang sya dpat is driver yg dduk di seat depan sya dan suka hati baringkan krusi. Bila ditegur utk ke hadapan, dy mrahkan sy balik. Is this the best couch u can give me? How rude ur staff is. Bukankah bilik utk driver brehat dah disediakan? Dan adakah pihak driver berhak utk pertikai rm30 sy byar kpada billion star dengan nyawa sy? Sy byar rm30 bukankah utk sy slamat smpai ke destinasi? Adakah juga pihak driver berhak utk marah cust balik di dlm bas? Pihak billion stat express minta ambil berat tentang adab driver. I made complain because we as cust cannot choose the driver. Klau boleh pilih driver, for sure skua orng akn pilih yang buat mesra pelanggan. Klau tak mesra pelanggan pon at least the one donot disturb the passenger. Thats all tq.

To who it may concern,
I am writing to complain about the service received when using the company Billion Stars Express.
I recently took the bus from Penang Komtar to Kuala Lumpur Sentra station on the 18/05/2017. The ticked was booked online. The bus number for this journey is PJJ 8875.
The bus was due to depart from the bus terminal at 9.15am however I was informed on arrival to the office the bus would be late with no explanation.
Once I was finally picked up, the bus proceeded to go to 'CJ Car Repair and a Service' in Sungai Nibong just away from the bus terminal. Here we parked and the two men working on the bus proceeded to get off then clean the bus and I was left on board the bus alone. When I asked what we were doing here, where we were or when we were leaving I was repeatedly told '5 minutes' with no other explanation. Once the men had finished cleaning the bus they continued to stand around talking and smoking with other nearby men working on other buses and did not seem concerned about the bus departing. The bus proceed to remain here for around 30 minutes.
The bus eventually departed Sungai Nibong terminal with others on board at 11am! I paid for a bus to depart at 9.15am as this was time critical based on my further travels. As a result of the delay the rest of my travels was affected.
As a young, female, solo traveller I feel this experience was intimidating especially being the only person on board at this time.
I feel I was given no information and made to feel very uncomfortable. This was a completely unprofessional service and I would like this looked in to further for the sake of future travellers using the company.
As the service was not to adequate standard I would appreciate a refund of my ticket purchased.

We have booked billion star to travel from kl to sg on 01st may 2017. Bus from tbs to golden mile tower singapore at 1:30 pm from tbs on 01st may 2017. Firstly the bus arrived at tbs late, then when we started boarding the bus there were already people sitting on the seats allocates to us. When we asked driver he said anywhere we want. This lead to a fued with a copassenger who threatened us. When we asked driver to intervene he never did anything. When we reached johor bahru driver stopped the bus asked to move to different bus. We got into the new bus and reach johor bahru immigration. Once malaysia immigration was completed and we were dropped at singapore immigration. When we cleared singapore immigration and came out we couldn't find the bus. We waited almost for an hour the bus didn't arrive. At last we had to take a taxi and go home. We had booked the ticket from tbs to golden mile tower, we had to pat 30sgd to reach golden mile tower. Who will compensate for what we already paid for and never delivered? We were left at singapore immigration innigration, nobody even bothered to inform that bus wont go further. How can you guys be so careless?
Stupid drivers! Please employ a responsible driver! I'm posting this at 4.40am, I just crossed a Billion Bus. I was pretty annoyed to overtake the bus, he was going right and left and not letting me overtake him. He was fast and the bus shaky n bouncy! I'm so worried of the pessanger. Please to take action! This is the reasons why we getting more n more accidents, specially in the night n early morning.
bed bug bite

I've booked a Billion Stars Express bus on 10 April 2017 Monday, from SG Golden Mile to Penang Sungai Nibong bus interchange, seat no. 4B & 4C. And i had a serious bed bug bite during the journey, it is very serious (please refer to attached picture), kindly take serious action on it, because i dont want the next passenger will have the same situation like me.

bus from penang to singapore
Bad experience ever!
Took the bus from Penang back to Singapore, they did not arrange the seat properly and there were customers arguing in the bus because they did not get to sit according to their seat number that they had puchased. We were supposed to be seated comfortably but sadly i hardly sleep in the bus the whole night because i have been feeding mosquitoes! Also, bad hygiene, there were cockroaches crawling around, all kinds of sizes.
I was told that the bus will be heading directly to Singapore, but why did they drop passengers in few places and picked new passengers? The travel time became longer because of the stops that they've stopped.
Should have read the review before purchase from this company. I will be the first and last customer!

After go through other's Complaints, i believe this so call "Complaint Board" just Wayang, i think no body care or totally ignore OR Does Not exist...

first and foremost, the bus arrived super late. My ticket was supposed to be at 9. But they came at 10.00.if one hour means nothing to you than go f yourself.
Second, the bus wasnt even billionstars. It's seasons which i did not even booked. Hygine of the bus? Fail. How can you still proceed with this crappy service. If there is no improvements, just shut the company down

Kindly be advise of my BillionStarExpress experience on 22 May 2016:
When the bus arrived at 17:15, (departure time of the bus was 17:00) it turned out there were 2 persons issued a ticket for seat 6B, of which I was 1.
After some discussions the other guy took another chair and was lucky the bus was not fully booked.
The chair in front of me, either 5A or 5C, was broken. The lady that booked that seat had to take another seat and was lucky the bus was not fully booked.
During the bus drive down to Woodlands, the young and fast drivers had to break very hard at one stage not to slam into the back of a traffic jam.
Last, but most inconvenient, after I had passed the Singapore immigration I found the BillionStarExpress bus had already left! It is beyond me how a busdriver can drive away with a passenger missing.
I requested for a refund of my fare, obviously no response so far.

Sunday, 27 December 2015 Operator Code Ref. No. 4B8165E7 Bought tickets with assigned seats at SGD45 per seat for 8 pax - scheduled departure on Sunday, 27 December 2015 at 16:00h from Bandar Utama. It was supposed to be a 28-seater bus. Bus did not turn up - we ended up having to travel on a 48-seater Bus No. WXF 9559 from Kiffah Travel & Tours (M) Sdn Bhd. It was free seating, no bottled water and snack provided, seats were uncomfortable and dirty. Would like to request for a partial refund - pay what is worth for Bus No. WXF 9559, which is definitely not a SGD45 bus fare. Instead of going to Beach Road, Singapore direct, the bus also made a stop at Larkin, then Woodlands and eventually Beach Road. We spoke to the bus driver and understand that this is the not the first time that Billion Star Express had committed such a scam. Driver was kind and understanding.
Can the Malaysian authorities do something about this company, please?
worst service ever. fraud
Worst company ever. First and def gona be my last time as a customer. Our coach is at 11.59pm and we only manage to board at close to 2a.m. When we reached for our check-in 30mins before departure time as requested, we are shock to see there is an extreme long queue n the shop is crowded w people. We were queue and at 12am we have people telling us that their bus is at 10.30pm and they still have not board. Then they anyhow call ppl to board by just shouting the location name. N they even said if we want to go early we should take those buses(free seating). Note that we paid and booked a bus with bus seats NUMBER. Nvm, We managed to get the bus no. after 2 hours of wait and end up there is no such no. Then they ask us to board this bus which is like svip also so ok, then they say actly dun go penang and they make us alight. Afterwhich they say its the correct bus again but this time round its full alr. In the end they make us take any other bus that go to penang and its like those normal bus that perhaps half the price we paid for. we paid $140/pax for ssvip bus and ended up in a normal bus n thr ride is 10hrs! I am definitely going to bring this up to CASE.

left passenger at behind, severe doubts about quality
If I had ever seen how many complaints there are about this bus company I would never have booked with them. Don't travel with this company! I left from Kuala Lumpur where the Billion Stars Express office was closed and some other no name person seemed to have taken over their business. They told me and other passengers to wait in the ticket office hall without any further explanation. Very unfriendly too. At some point they indicated is to follow a guy, who swooped half way through with another guy (no uniforms) and made us wait outside at a busy crossroad for a bus. No tickets issued, I had to take my luggage with me upstairs in the bus. The bus was not cleaned from last trip with pieces if bread hanging around. Promised wifi didn't work. Then at customs to Singapore the customs took me out to do an extra check which took maybe 20 mins, and when I came out of customs the bus had just left without me! No sign of a bus, I'm happy I took all my luggage out because I never heard from them again. When my friend found the bus without me they didn't even care, said they thought everyone was there. There are many bus companies I strongly advise you to not use this one.
Service and management
Anyone who has plan to travel via coach to any places please please do not book ticket with this company. Billion Star Coach bus has the lousiest service and rudest staffs you can imagine. You may think the name of the company is very luxurious but honestly they are not. Not only we were told rudely by the lady at the counter that our bus will be delayed for one hour. We then was drove along to Pudu to get the bus alternator changed. We sat in the bus without aircon for more than an hour. The bus ticket is RM100 and we manage to get a cheaper one with Oddysey at only RM55. Please tell your friends and family that never ever book ticket with this company bus. We book ours from busonlineticket.com.

My bus ticket is 6.30pm but the bus came at 8.15pm . When I 7pm, I ask the incharge person and he told me 10min more bus will arrive, but till the end 8.15pm only the bus came. Other then this, when I buy the ticket I request for front sit and the front desk does not arrange for me, not even tell me where is my sit, when I go on the bus it was free sitting. I ask the in charge person, he tell me if I not happy just complaint the bus agent or complaint him. What is this kind of attitude to a consumer? I can hear from behind, the bus driver was saying if I not happy can go down from the bus. I didn't get any apologize because of the bus Lateness but they give me this type of service attitude.

The lady in the information shouted at me when im asking to confirm my ticket, the bis was 1hr late, the driver was non stop smoking and wahe i ask him not to smoke the other man who was checking shouted me SHUT UP. The bus plate number is DBT 115
Drivers were rude, stopped often and for no reason, and changed schedule with no notification.

Bus should arrived by 2pm at Penang Sentral, almost 3pm only arrived. The best part is that Indian bus driver can still dropby to have lunch while having passengers waiting within bus. I have never witnessed such ridiculous event.
