I was booked a ticket 1330 from Larkin to TBS. However time now 1520. I still haven’t see the bus. Missing ? Flood ? Bermuda Tri ? Never understand how this company manage their system. Worst bus service
Book exclusive tapi dapat bas 44 seater.
Refund me ASAP. Only realized when I saw seat No. is different from what I booked. this is disappointing. tempat duduk tak selesa. seat kecil. 6jam duduk seat sempit. bas pun tak dpt billion star. dpt bas persiaran murahan.

Worst Service
I booked billion star Express on 24th April 2022 for 12 pm bus to Seremban but the bus came was not Billion Star bt Etika. The bus waited almost 1 hour to make bus full then move out from larkin. After move out from larkin, it goes to Tun Aminah Bus Station and waited nearly 25minutes, already lost 1hour 25min waited just like that. After move from Tun Aminah bus stop now waiting at RnR so call washroom stop. Almost 2pm but we have past Johor yet…This bus poor in comfort, aircond not well chill enough.
Worst ever ride i have ever experience. Please do something or you people tend to lost customers.
Desired outcome: Please be punctual.If its direct bus make sure it direct to the destination, not going here and there to make bus full just like town bus. Upgrade the standard and maintain the comfort level to max

Bought ticket for 12.30pm from JB larkin Station to tbs bus was 1hours delayed. Then there was a passenger claiming that my seat was hers.. End up both of us have bought same seat num. Same happened to another passenger. Then the driver just asked us to sit at any empty seats. Already having one hour delay the bus made a pit stop at tun aminah Station to pick up some passengers. Just when I tought finally I'm reaching tbs. The bus exit its way in seremban for another pit stop. This was not on schedule. I reached tbs at 6.30pm. A freaking 6hrs journey. Wasted my time. Mentally stressed due to long journey. The worst experience.
Desired outcome: I don't think there ever going to have a desired outcome.. Hence I'm just gonna gv bad review in every travel page possible about this bus service.

I bought tickets online and the location I wanted, but when the bus came, the counter did not give real tickets! It's a piece of paper with a license plate! I got on the bus. Lost Baggage From Hentian Duta to Penang
On 6th April 2 pm, my sister and I bought tickets for the trip from Hentian Duta to Penang. The bus number is: WXF 737. After arriving in Penang, our bags with 2 other passengers could not be found. Bus supposed to come at 8am, but just arrived at 846am. Then when I want to seat on my designated seat, the seat already taken by others as they stated they also book that seat as shown in their ticket. So I need tk sit randomly! Bad bus service!

Bought ticket for 3 pm and it’s already 4 pm and not here ! NOT THE FIRST TIME HAPPEN THIS WAY FIRST TIME WAS ALSO ONE HOUR PLUS WAIT.
Late , dirty , and rude.
Ticket bought for 8 pm , and they arrived only at 8.40 showing zero remorse , and were extremely rude without cause and refused to allow us carry our OWN hand carry with us. If asked for reason , they just rudely dismiss us and say get down. Very rude. Not organized at all and said “just sit anywhere empty don’t bother” . Left only at 9 plus pm at their own sweet time. Bus condition not maintained and is very dirty . Humid smell and seats not clean at all.

I just lost my things during my journey from Terminal Bas Sg Nibong to Terminal Shah Alam at 20th March. The bas depart at 12.20 am. Arrive Terminal Shah Alam around 7.08 am. The plate number is KEQ 8111. I tried to call hq that manage lost and found item ([protected]), i tried calling that number a lot of time for the past 2 days. NO ANSWER AT ALL. I tried another alternative to call other number which is [protected] which i found at google. When i mentioned about my lost item, he immediately point that i should contact another number ([protected]) which i already contact a thousand times. But he uses such a rude tone. Im still being patient by asking if theres other phone number i can get because the number is not picking up my call. HE BECAME ANGRY AND POSESSIVE AND SAID THERES NO OTHER NUMBER. I just ask for another number, just in case they have like office phone or something. Why would he be so angry. The one who answer the call is this indian guy. If you dont know how to do your work right, just quit ! I also work as customer service and i know how tired it is to answer every question from customer but that does not give you the audacity to being rude to customer.
Desired outcome: I WANT AN APOLOGY FROM HIS PART AND I WANT “THE LOST AND FOUND” HQ TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY AT [protected].
Seating issue and late timing (from tun aminah to tbs (kl)
Why billion star(bus no: WJF 6633) allowing free seating when customer already bought ticket following seat numbers? This is not satisfactory at all. We bought ticket expecting good service from billion star but you guys fail. Even the drivers and counter person charge is not helpful at all. Bus time is 9.30am but arrive late at 10am and leaving at 10.20am.

The driver talking on the phone and driving slowly in a zig zag manner. I feel its unsafe and already its 2 hours late and going slow and unsafe makes me super mad. Plus the bus arrived to the station 2 hours late today and they collected different passengers at various timings together. This has caused me wait almost 2 hours. If it's 1 hour late it doesnt matter, this is 2 hours!
Desired outcome: Make specific timing and please hire someone who drives responsibly

-when purchase write estimate time will be 5:35am reach KLIA, but i'm reach the timing is 8:30am, my flight is 9:25am, when reach i cannot go in already

Idiot Bus Driver from Billion Stars Express
I bought a trip ticket online from Ipoh Amanjaya to KLIA2. It took more than 4 hours to reach KLIA by dropping the passengers to the different bus stations, itu tak apa...the most worst experience is the botak malay driver only drop the passengers at KLIA. This is the 1st time I took the Billion Stars Express so I dunnoe he will only drop by at KLIA and won't drop by at KLIA 2...so he straight away continue the journey from KLIA to Seremban...it was so ridiculous that he never announce to us about that. After we arrived at Seremban bus station, we argued with him about the dropped off destination. He said we can take the shuttle bus from KLIA to KLIA2 when he dropped us at KLIA but we never do so. What the [censored] he talking about, then what is the point I bought the ticket for the destination is KLIA2! SO BRAINLESS! Dunwan waste my time argue with the idiot driver, I quickly took a teksi rushed to KLIA2 cuz I almost missed my flight. I swear I won't take this bus Billion Stars Express again! Jangan! Jangan bagi I tengok kau lagi, si botak!

Bus driver unreasonable and bad attitude.
I take a bus PPF 2555 from Penang to Kuantan at Sg. Nibong 9.15 am. Bus depart at 9.40 a.m. Stop at Ipoh at 12.30pm to take passengers. No toilet break. I have to ask to go to toilet.
Bus reached KL at 4.30 pm. Again no lunch or toilet break. I have to ask and rush to toilet. I was shouted at by one man his KL colleague l think to hurry up and bus is leaving.
Bus stop at Temerloh at 6.15pm. I went to toilet and wanted to buy some bread at nearby 7 Eleven. The bus driver a bald head Malay guy show hand signs that bus is leaving to stop me from going to the 7 Eleven. Another driver told me to take flight if want fast. Very unreasonable. Not time to buy food and 6 hours time for toilet break.
I controlled myself not to quarrel with this idiot bald head Malay guy in his 30's l supposed and probably end up with a fight. He stared at me as though l have done wrong.
I hope your management will tell the drivers to be more courteous and reasonable in treating the passengers. Please tell your driver to be more professional. This bald head guy attitude is terrible. I will not take your bus anymore and tell others in social media too. 12 hours with no time for food break and 6 hours for toilet break. Do you expect everyone can do that? Please tell this PPF 2555 idiot driver from Penang to Kuantan at 9.15 am to buck up.
Desired outcome: One time break for passengers to buy food at least and 3 hours or so time break for toilet.
