Blinq.com products with no warranty

I purchased PSB M4U 2 headphone from blinq on october 16th 2015. Those headphones had 2 year manufacturer waranty. 2 weeks ago the headband of the headphone snapped which seems to be a manufacturing
defect. When i contacted manufacturer they told me that they will return the headphone and fix it, as my headphone is still under warranty but they need to know who the dealer is and then i have to return it to dealer and then dealer will return it to PSB. That is how the handle their product warranty. When i contacted blinq, they seem to suggest that they are not authorized dealers and only resellers and they cannot help me with this as it is outside 30 day return policy. Also they will not tell who the dealer is and they will not honour the warranty. It is a $250 headphone which is of no use of me now as i cannot use the manufacturers warranty. I think that Blinq is an unethical seller. Most of the items on blinq will not get manufacturer warranty and they advertise it as fill protection and what not on the site. I will probably need to file a complaint with Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Blinq.com ridgid compact trim router

I ordered one ridgid trim router and without notice blinq.com cancels the order. Shipping doubt problem. The item was mine if I paid for it. Why not contact me before canceling order. They sold my item and no longer available. I feel I was robbed. I believe doing so is ilegal in some states. Purchased item belongs to the buyer for about 60 days.

Blinq.com payment processing and shipping

Order number 1303445 I purchased a 65" curved tv for just over $1620.00 on eBay which was being sold by Blinq(Best Buy). I purchased because it said "free shipping... Orders ship wishing 24 hours". So, clicked buy it now and paid via PayPal. Payment went through instantly and I waited for the tracking info. First, I received an email saying thank you for your purchase from Blinq so I was getting excited. Then NOTHING... The order status kept saying(and still does say)"preparing shipment". I paid on 11-4-15, so on 11-10-15 I called since I had no money, no tv and no tracking. The rep insisted PayPal had a hold on the funds. I then called PayPal... "I don't know why they would say that to you... This was an instant payment and their funds have cleared on the 4th of November", said the PayPal customer service agent. I should've know it wasn't PayPal, they're awesome. I thought, "they will look into it for me now, they'll have to" ... Called Blinq again and they said "oh, I see what it is... It is an internal payment recording error. We will fix that and ship tomorrow". I then thought, "ok, at least it's on it's way"... Then NOTHING... Order status remains unchanged, tv NOT SHIPPED! I called again... Same answers and no help... Emails have been just as frustrating... The response from the rep said, "you could cancel and simply repurchase so that the error is no longer an issue" WTF?! REALLY?! Why don't you just ship my tv for which you've had my money nearly 10 days!? They need to spend profits on a new payment processing system! I want my tv yesterday! Ship it! OR 1303445

Blinq.com mattress

scam. do not trust. trying to pass used items off as new--at nearly full price. ordered a nice organic mattress for my daughter's first twin bed (after crib) about a month ago. after three weeks of delays and getting the run around (though web site when I ordered had said delivery in 2-6 days), finally arrived--with a packing slip saying USED HOUSEHOLD GOODS. the website had clearly specified brand new condition. contacted the company and again took them several days to get back to me. meanwhile mattress sits in garage, blocking being able to park in there and making mornings more of a hassle in getting out to school. finally they come back and offer me a $150 credit. on a $700+ mattress. no, I'm not interested in paying $500 for a used mattress! that's ridiculous. for the record, it appears to have mildew spots along the side. if they were trustworthy, they'd tell me to trash it and save themselves the second shipping fee back. the fact that they want it back makes it clear that they plan to try again to sell it to someone else. now they've offered and I've agreed to a full refund. we'll see if they come through or try to scam me further. what a poor first and only experience with blinq. although the customer service support staff were very pleasant, it's incredibly frustrating how much time and energy I wasted on this. not to mention that it was my daughter's birthday present for this week for her new "big girl bed." now we're stuck without a mattress or her long-planned birthday surprise, after being led on for weeks that the product was on its way... run. just run away.

The in the box list totals 10 items, 7 were actually in the box. Even the parts that were present were very sloppily repacked. The list price and the price the product is sold at everywhere is $249. Blinq calculates their asserted savings based on a fictional price of 311.99. Over half of the claimed savings is simply a lie they're telling. But the real...

I purchased a car carriage bag and received a different bag with different color. I also bought another item that arrived at an incorrect address. They went ahead and process a refund without my consent. Their reason is they are "following their supervisor's orders." Three weeks later, i realized they never process a refund so i had to follow up with them.

Blinq.com false advertising & unfair biz practice

This is the worst online seller I have ever used in my life.
My order number is Order OR826590. They probably know who i am. I am a reasonable person. I was a business system analyst at e-Commerce team of Hewlett Packard for 4 years, and I have been working as an IT professional for 15 years.
Put yourself in my shoes. What did I do wrong? You are the one who put false ad in ebay. You are the one who sent the totally defective crappy product to me. I paid about $110 for delivery and return shipping costs, and I spent lots of my valuable time and money to take care of return shipping. You DID NOT HELP ME TO REPACK THE RMA item and ARRANGE THE SHIPPING. The most important thing is I didn't get anything. You refunded $700 only for the unusable laptop you sent. I spent $110 for your scamming.

"DON'T GET RIPPED OFF! READ THIS FIRST!Very dishonest seller. I'm sure lots of people who are not computer savvy bought refurbished laptops from this company, wrote them a great review because of fast shipping and are sitting at home wondering why their $900 computer is so slow. I ordered a laptop and when I received it I realized that something wasn't right about it. It wasn't as powerful as I expected. Luckily I knew enough about computers to realize that many of the components that were in it were much lower quality than advertised. For example, the description said it would have 750gb hard drive but only had 100gb. There was more but I won't go into it. When I contacted them they did not seem surprised and tried to get me to take a measly $100 instead of fixing it which would not come close to allowing me to repair the laptop so it met the specs that I wanted and payed for. They made no actual attempt at resolving the problem so I recommend not wasting your time and just ordering from someone else so you don't have to go through what I did. Especially if you are not knowledgeable with computers or if you need it in a timely manner and don't want to send it back because it was not what you ordered. I hope this review helps people avoid bad sellers like this. Good luck shopping."

Blinq.com sprint iphone 4's

"bought a total of 2 iphone 4's from this site... The first one was stolen, bad esn, so I returned it... The second one seemed to work fine (I was able to go on the internet, set up an apple id, connect to wif, use as an ipod, etc... ) , so I boxed it up and saved it for my son's graduation 6 weeks later. When I took it to sprint yesterday, I was told that it wasn't a "sprint phone (As it was advertised to be!) " when I called the company today to review the matter, I was told that the "30 day return policy had expired" and that there was "nothing that they could do. " this is a company that does not stand behind their products... Buyer beware!"

Blinq.com sell a used phone as a new one

Blinq advertised a new Moto X in Sep. 2014. I purchased it as a new phone in Oct. 2014. In March 2015, the phone's camera stopped work so I brought it to Motorola since Blinq told me it was still in the full warranty. Moto told me the phone I purchased from Blinq had an expired warranty even before Sep 2014 when I put my order. I contacted Blinq. Nikola and Omar are very rude. They just said there was nothing they could do. Cheating website.

These people are scammers -
BEWARE! This company scammed me with bait and switch - I purchased on eBay brand new (bObi vacuum) 280 - it was clearly used - parts were missing (mop pads) dust bin full of dirt and very deep scratches down top half of machine. I sent pictures immediately and they apologized and said they would get back to me -
Couple days later they offered 40 off then after a barrage of emails KRISTEN took over and offered 70 off this leaves me paying their everyday advertised sale price for new product,
eBay has used in good condition for well under 100 - this went on for two weeks I thought it was going to be resolved - I don't have box -
In addition they put on eBay account that they refunded me in full so I couldn't leave a review.
Most people would have given up by now and this is why you don't hear all the negatives.
Scammers / bait and switch - horrible customer service -
Hope this will save a few unsuspecting buyers the grief I went through.

Blinq.com bought brand new, but they gave me refurbished

I purchase some headphones on their site, listed as brand new and it even said it on my invoice and order details. But, when I got the item of course I got the bait and switch act ! When I e-mail them about it, they even questioned me " why do I think it's refurbished " easy ! The plain white box with stickers all over it saying refurbished !
I've yet to get my full refund, and i'm dealing with amazon payments so we'll see what happens.
Word of advice beware !

Blinq.com blinq order

Ordered a SoClean sanitizer machine from their website on January 13th. They provided confirmation and processed a charge to my account on the 14th. Order status from the website showed that delivery should be between the 16th and 20th of January. There was however no tracking information provided. On the 20th I went back to their website and was able to live chat to a rep about the order. They mentioned there was an issue with the ship to address and that the product had not been sent. I once again provided the address and confirmed it was the same as provided before. The rep apologized for this and said they would expedite the shipment and I would receive product within a couple days. They would also provide tracking info in an email later that day. By end of business I still had not received shipment or tracking information and again went online to follow up. The second rep that I dealt with was unable to confirm ability to expedite the shipment. Instead he suggested that the order be cancelled as they still could not ship to my address for some reason that they could not explain. Opted for the refund. The product immediately went back on their website for sale. Took them 2 more days however to initiate a credit back to my account. Funny that the address that I provided was good enough to charge my purchase but not good enough to ship to. Nice way to float some funds by processing sales on items that never get shipped. Will not be considering any future purchases from Blinq and suggest others to think twice also...

They charged my credit card account. Called me 5 days later to confirm my shipping address. 30 min later...they said refund should be credited to my credit card. I called customer service...they hang up the phone. No explanation to cancel my order. Run away from this company !

Blinq.com they sold me locked phone, but told that it was unlocked

I bought unlocked phone from the website www.Blinq.com. I paid good price, it wasn’t too high. I got the phone, but when I tried to insert the card, the phone didn’t recognize this card. It turned out that the phone was locked. I tried to get help from the company, but they tried to persuade me that the phone was unlocked and it was my mistake. WTF? I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Blinq.com false advertising

I purchased an HP Touchpad in Nov. 2012. Boldly listed with full year warranty. Last month I contact HP and they say EBAY purchases (like Blinq was) are not HP certified dealers. So Blinq was awarded the one year warranty that expired before I even got the unit. Which was defective. Online many issues with cracks in unit. Like I had. HP said contact ebay and Blinq. Blinq does not honor the advertising. Look at their home page FULL WARRANTY and all purchases. Inaccurate and fraudulent. I'm contacting Attorney General and any other consumer agencies and web sites. Now because of their delays (is three weeks common with multiple emails?) Blinq goes down as one of the lease reputable companies. Something is not OK.

Just wanted let you know,if you can tell that little soy/boy/beta boy so call cs rep,I got my money back from my card card company. Tell him maybe he should go to the police file a report about it! Will never buy anything from your low life company ever again! Have no idea how you are still in business ripping people off!

I was excited to receive a tablet ordered from Blinq.com. I mean, who wouldn't want to pay $60 less for the same item. The order process seemed straight forward and an order confirmation was given along with a "Virtual High Five" shortly after the charge posted (not pending) to my Amex account. The next day I got an email saying that there was a discrepancy with the billing and/or shipping address and that my order was cancelled. Which one? Who knowns? No clarification in the email. A call to Blinq customer service (Chelsea) yielded no results. When I asked if she could tell me what information was needed to rectify the problem, she said she didn't know and that everything was automated. When I asked if I could speak to someone with more access or discretion, she said I could speak to her boss, Bobby, the following day. When I asked for Bobby's last name, she said we can't give last names. Out of frustration and the need to get the tablet for my client, I attempted to reorder on the site 3 times. Each reattempt said the card was declined yet each time it posted a charge to my Amex. The fourth time, I flagged the option "Billing address same as shipping address". I really didn't want it to go there but this time, it gave me another order confirmation, as it did initially. I called Blinq customer service back, hoping not to get Chelsea again but sure enough, I got Chelsea. I asked her if she would please call American Express and ask them to remove the subsequent charges. She said that they don't call banks or anyone else. Then I asked her when I would know when the order would be approved so I wouldn't have to wait another day to find out that it wasn't. She said it doesn't take that long. So I said can I just wait with you on the phone? She said no, it takes a while. Even if this order does go through, based on the complete lack of effort from customer service (Chelsea) to research and help a customer resolve an issue preventing them from completing an order, and their questionable or premature billing practices (don't post a charge if you haven't shipped the product) I will not purchase from this company again. #Blinq avoid #Blinq poor service #Blinq.com

I recently purchased an Hp laptop from Blinq. It was advertised as new, open box. There was no warranty, the product was over a year old and the box had some of the labeling ripped off. I have emailed Blinq to say I want to leave a review as they claim to have 99% good reviews. I also talked in chat and they said they would give me link to leave review... they didn't do that either. I think it's deceptive to sell something as 'new' that is used and out of warranty. Beware of Blinq is my experience.

Blinq is very fraudulent website. Wish i knew this before. i ordered a toshiba laptop and got a completely false product and when i initiated a return its been a month my money is not refunded and i m about to start a credit card investigation now.

Warning to anyone buying product from Blinq on Amazon.com: This company sells returned merchandise that they get from other retailers. They lie about the condition being "NEW", as that is not possible with a returned item . Amazon looks at this as "USED", however Blinq has no problem lying to you as they are unethical to the core. I am a small business owner trying to grow, employ more people, and feed my family. The biggest obstacle that I'm dealing with is this bottom feeding ### company undercutting my pricing and destroying my relationships with retailers that i have spent a long time developing. Please do not support these guys. I am not alone here, I've spoken to other small businesses who are in the same boat as I'm in right now. Sure you could save a few bucks buying from these guys, but just know that you're getting used merchandise from a company that is destroying small business.

I have made a lot of purchases with Blinq. They are a liquidator and they buy and sell items that they do not personally inspect and depending on packaging labels rather than checking the contents. Sometimes, they get it wrong and when they do, I e-mail them and they will make it right. Weather a partial refund without returning the item, or a return UPS shipping label and a refund in full when they gt it back. Their prices can be high on some items and low on others. They are NOT a Scam but a liquidator so remember that when buying high end elecronics or power tools.

Blinq are criminals. They sell damaged products and items returned by Amazon customers which amazon then allows them to sell via its own website as "new". They are currently undercutting me on Amazon with one of my own products where I am the only manufacturer and Amazon is the only retailer. Buy from them at your own risk.

"Unable to process your request" should not be the policy when speaking to a customer care representative. I have received a Xmas gift that was faulty, because 30day return policy was exceeded, "system will not let us" is the answer I got. Not very customer service oriented, I will not use and will recommend that anyone that I talk to should not use this company again. Faulty merchandise is faulty merchandise! Stand behind what you sell with pride, don't hide behind "made up system limitations". I feel lied to and cheated.
