flowers disgusting-no customer service
Ordered 4 bouquets during one of their SPECIAL 50% off offer...trust me, the flower arrangements were nowhere near what their pics looked like. When I tried to get a hold of them, they did nothing...no after sales service and in fact, they hung up on me when I tried to explain their pityfull arrangements...I even took a picture of them to show...
They did not offer to refund...so sad...too bad mentality----this company is a scam ! At least In Canada

false advertising
This company is a complete scam. I placed an order for flowers received confirmation and then received a phone call to say I had to pay extra for a vase. I did agree to pay for the vase because I thought maybe I missed this information. I then logged back on to see if I had missed something only to realize that I didn't. It is not written anywhere that this price does not include a vase and would be extra. The picture shows an arrangement in a vase. I immediately tried to get through to customer service and no one answers that extension. I then contacted the extension to place an order and of course that line is answered. I spoke to someone there saying that I needed to speak to a supervisor and if I was not happy with their response, I would cancel my order. He told me that someone would call me back. I went on-line and did a live chat trying to explain that their website is very misleading and received no help there. The next day I received an e-mail telling me that if I could not get a complete refund it would be less $25.00 administration fee because it was not done within the 24 hrs. period. I certainly did try to get a refund within the 24 hrs period but no one was available to help me. Bear in mind this order has not even been delivered yet as I placed the order on the 4th to be delivered on the 6th. This company is a complete rip-off and should not be allowed to continually rip off consumers.
Could you please. explain why is it that I tried to cancel my order on the same day and I could not get through to anyone. However, the next day I was able to speak to a customer service manager who told me if I was not happy that I could cancel my order with a $25.00 administration fee. I am sure if you check the voice mails and the live chat you would see that I did say if I was not getting the outcome that I expected, I would cancel my order.
After reading many negative reviews and a CBC report busting your company for sending WILTED flowers, I probably would have been totally embarrassed if I had proceeded with the order. The unfair part is that this lesson cost me $25.00 and your company continues to rip people off especially at vulnerable times in their lives like a death in the family. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
This is the worst online flower company I have encountered to date! We all should report them to the BBB and have them shut down.
Mothers Day is around the corner ..."BUYER BEWARE" OF BLOOMEX.CA
READ THE POLICIES AND BE SURE TO READ THE COMPLAINTS FROM LAST YEARS MOTHERS DAY .. YOU MOST LIKELY WILL WANT TO ORDER ELSEWHERE ...
YOU WILL PAY 9.99 TO HAVE DEAD FLOWERS RETURNED .. AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP YOU ... ITS A FACT ...
I ordered and paid for a gift basket to be delivered to my father-in-law the day before Father's Day--ordered two days before. It was not delivered and now I am upset that he thinks we did not care enough to send things with a reputable company. I will not make this error again. I want my money back.
Terrible Experience - These guys are thugs, once they got your money, they don't care and they'll do whatever they want. Check the Better Business Bureau website, they have about 400 unresolved complaint and the worst possible rating "F", the absolute lowest. BEWARE, it may be a sour experience
Ordered flowers and they arrived frozen. Called and complained but they wouldn't refund my credit card and didn't seem to care that the product was no good. My recommendation, find another company!
DO NOT order Flowers for delivery from this company. Absolutely a fake. Have ordered flowers for delivery in Toronto, had my credit card charged, then received confirmation that the flowers were delivered, but they never did!
DO NOT waste your money!
Hi there,
We have given several replies on this matter but will post another to you here. We apologize for the confusion regarding the vase. At no place on the site does it say that vases are included unless it is for a special holiday promotion. On many of the product descriptions it lists clearly that vases are not included, and on other product pages (including for the item you were purchasing) the description below the product says "Extra Touches." Under the list of extra touches are items such as larger cards, chocolates, vases, etc.
Your order was going to a funeral home with a policy in which vases are mandatory. As soon as our agents processed your order and saw that the address was for this funeral home, you received a phone call within 15 minutes of placing your order explaining the funeral home policy and telling you that a vase was required. You agreed at that time to the vase and your card was charged accordingly.
You did call later to tell us that you found the product description misleading and that you thought a vase was included. Our agents again tried to explain that vases are not included with most bouquets except for specials which are clearly marked The order was not cancelled at this time but had proceeded to our florist and was being made up.
The next morning the manager called you. As you were still unhappy with the vase addition, you requested to cancel your order. Your order was cancelled and a refund was processed immediately back to your credit card. We do charge a cancellation fee as is sated on our policies page on the website, as the order had already been received, processed and made up by our florist.
Again, we are sorry that you found the product description or photo misleading. We present the bouquets in vases for photography purposes, as a bouquet of mixed flowers that is placed on a surface is not very visible. At no place does it say that the vase is included, but we are reviewing all product descriptions to ensure that they are as clear as possible. We are sorry that we were unable to deliver your order to the funeral home with their mandatory vase policy.
Best regards,
Bloomex
To anyone considering order flowers on line or working the bloomex from home, do your self a favor and do the research about this company and the tactics they use. Canada Revenue has tons of information available ontario.ca/labour ...
I like others are waiting to get paid still and like I was told by Dimtri on Fri Nov 21-2008, he will not be paying me unless I do as he tells me .. if your interested in a copy of his letter to me email me I'll be pleased to share it. Its my understanding that after filing a complaint with revenue canada to get my last pay it will take 8-12 months for results. For 8to 12 months untill I get my pay I will be here to keep reminding everyone to BEWARE OF THE BLOOMEX SCAM ! WHEN I get paid it won't be necessary to bother with ### ! Unit then see you tomorrow ...
Anyone out there who has been scammed and not received a final pay please contact me ..
Thanks !
Got flowers for my wife's birthday, they didn't deliver them. When I called they said they will deliver them the next day (what?) or otherwise I have to pay a cancellation fee. So beware, for them the delivery date is a suggestion, but they'll deliver when it is convenient.
NON-DELIVERY. DO NOT CARE. WONT REFUND. Check their rating in the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/canada/) they have about 400 unresolved complaints, and a rating of "F", THE LOWEST POSSIBLE BBB RATING! BEWARE
food baskets are a scam
This is what you get when ordering "cheese lovers basket" plus "european samplers basket" (See picture) from bloomex florists. 30 pieces combined, 2oz - 5oz boxes of indonesia made waver/sweet snacks. 22 are duplicates. No fruit. No seafood. The loonie size cheese is tiny pieces of saran wrap (No country or ingredient label). The inferred wicker "baskets" are tin-can containers. Their is no european product as inferred. There is no gourmet item as inferred. The greeting card is left blank.
For $120.00 you get a broken heart of a loved one on a special occasion. You also get a run around of numerous phone calls made with no remedial results. "take pictures" of the bloomex errors (Scams) cause without pictures there is no hope with customer complaints - that's their requirement!
Order two boxes of premium choices of fruit, cheeses and seafood and you receive same identical boxes of sweet indonesia cream waffer goodies. Your other choice is to run to your nearest dollar store and purchase the indonesian sweets at $1 each.
Of the 30 little boxes, 22 were duplicated items. Of the two different gourmet fruit/cheese/seafood baskets ordered, what arrived was two of the same indonesia cream sweets in a tin-can metal container.
In case you have any tears left, bloomex tops it off with a 'plastic' ribbon bow and an unsigned card.
Their web site states the inferred pictures may not contain the exact same goods; all 30 pieces? If you want to really shut down this scam scheme note that the food labels do not comply with canadian federal law & food regulation.
Canada's diary food regulation requires full labels on all dairy product. Try to find that on loonie size saran-wrap cheese pieces with no ingredient label.
Misrepresentation is fraudulent.

scam! two orders; neither arrived as to posted goods
Two Christmas gift "FOOD BASKETS" arrived from Bloomex in TWO BOXES from family in Ontario to 92 yr old mother in British Columbia on December 24th. Both Bloomex Florist boxes were filled with exactly SAME contents - no flowers - just 30 boxes (2oz - 5oz size) of assorted waffer cream sweets, each one made in Indonesia. 22 boxes were DUPLICATED ITEMS. Only 9 originals. The order was confirmed by Bloomex THREE DAYS LATER as to be "EUROPEAN SAMPLER BASKET" (fruit) and "CHEESE LOVERS BASKET" (cheeses, crackers, toasts, breadsticks and seafood). There was none of that except for duplicate cracker boxes. There was not one fruit, not one seafood. 5 tiny pieces of cheese LOONIE size with no ingredient labels or Country where packaged or made. Presentation: NO rattan baskets, rather tin-can containers with plastic ribbon. The "greeting card" was just glossy paper folded in half with a standard Violet flower, not signed, no message (empty) but did contain a Bloomex Florist Discount 'advertising coupon' delivered on Christmas Eve.
BLOOMEX customer service reported a "group of managers" would call within THREE MORE DAYS if I send pictures. It takes 7 calls to get through to a live voice at Bloomex. No one returns messages.
9 original items (22 duplicated items), non were European origin, (rather Indonesia). Repeated sweets, candy, cream wafers, crackers. SAME tin-can full for EACH separate order.
The labels fail to print the French language version required by Federal Law in Canada. Did the 30 Indonesia "cream" dairy junk sweet products also jump Canadian Dairy Product Law?
Where's the fruit, seafood, gourmet cheeses, European inferred goodies, various display of premium toasts & crackers, wicker display basket and Christmas greeting card? And what's with repeat of items, 22 duplicates?
So many errors? This must be a scheme to scam service to begin with.

failed delivery
I can only second all the other bad reviews about this company. I live in UK and tried to send my Mum in Melbourne Australia flowers. I paid $57, and they did not turn up. I rang Bloomex and they arranged for a second bunch. Guess what...no show yet again! I used their tracking system with fast way.com.au and discovered the flowers were coming from Sydney and being shipped down to Melbourne. Seriously? Fresh flowers being transported interstate? They said it was the cheapest way for them to do it. After 5 days of waiting for these flowers I called to demand a refund. Even if they do arrive they are days old! I am now waiting for an "investigation" before they can issue me a refund. Please, please, please, avoid this company! Customer service were poor, and even my Mum tried at her end and was met with such rudeness. If you want fresh flowers use a company like interflora who get local florists to deliver. Why on earth would they transport flowers interstate over a number of days? Why pay $14.99 for quick delivery when they can't actually deliver quickly? This company need to be reported for extremely bad service, and for ripping people off. I regret using them and I am angry with them and angry with myself for not seeing these reviews first!

horrible service
I had paid $50 to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend. I received a confirmation that they had been indeed delivered. 2 Days later I had another email saying that there was an issue with the delivery and they where unable to deliver.
I tried calling bloomex, but surprise surprise there is no phone number to call so I sent them an email. I had received a confirmation in my email with my address .
Long story short, they said i gave them the wrong address which I didn't. And are not offering a refund.
BLOOMEX IS THE WORST
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Bloomex are the worst, I have the same issue they deliver the flowers after 2 days, and they said I kept the address wrong, and when you chat with them they say the manager will call you back, and the delivery man had a bad attitude,
never delivered and fighting for refund
First time user of Bloomex and definitely the last. I've ordered the "super love combo" for my wife's birthday and scheduled a delivery on Saturday between 12PM and 5PM. I had contacted customer service right after my order went through for a few questions regarding delivery and I already had a bad feeling. The service was rushed and you could tell they didn't want to help. Anyway, as long as I receive my flowers, that's all that mattered.
On that Saturday, I came up with an excuse to not leave the house between 12-5PM so my wife is present to receive the delivery. It was tough as my whole family wanted to go out but I never knew when the flowers would arrive. Anyhow, I somehow managed to keep them home but as the time drew closer to 4h30PM, I had a feeling my flowers weren't coming. I contacted Bloomex through their phone line. Waited and waited to eventually be told it was too busy so I had to leave a message. Did so by giving my contact info and waited. No one was calling back. I even went online to their chat and somehow managed to speak to someone. From the first "Hello, how may I help you", there would be 20 minutes between me explaining the situation and them responding. The only response was after I said: "Is someone there?" and then, I got told to be patient. Anyway, the person told me they would contact the delivery service and would get back to me. Waited... and no answer. Called back, same voice mail issue. The flower were supposed to come with a card where I had spent nearly hours writing it which would explain that I was inviting her to one of the fanciest restaurant we've ever been... sadly, the flowers never came, so did the card. So, I had to explain to my wife the whole situation and we went to the restaurant unhappy about this whole event. Back from the restaurant, I went on the chat once again and got told that a manager would contact me back.
I waited days until someone would contact me (as they were supposed to, they had said so) but no call came. Customer service couldn't care less about my order being screwed and now I have to fight to get my money back as I've been charged from the day of the order (not the delivery date.)
Please, consider shopping elsewhere if you want flowers online. I ended up going to the local florist after this whole experience and now, I want to make sure one doesn't order from this company as they are unreliable and they simply do not care about customer service. It's basically your problem if your order doesn't get delivered and at best, you'll get a refund. At worst, you'll fight to get your money back and this will be the end of it. From such a big company, I never expected anything as such... For a first time experience, this will definitely be the last and hopefully people will read my experience and will spread the word. In the end, you ARE the customer. Your power relies on where you shop and if you contribute to such a bad business practice, you'll end up giving them a few more years of business and possibly many unhappy customers until the company finally goes bankrupt; where they actually belong.
Bloomex: if you're reading this, you should seriously google your company name and read the thousands of customer complains regarding your services and do something about it. You cannot expect customers to shop at your store by doing such a shady practice.

misrepresentation / flowers
Ordered what I thought was a beautiful display of flowers for the arrival of my grandaughter. The ones displayed and the ones that were sent were totally misrepresented. My order came to 90.00 with delivery and they looked like I had gone down the side of the road and picked a bunch of daisies and stuck them in a vase.
Bloomex states not exactly as shown. Not even close. Flowers can be substituted.
What I ordered was a beautiful arrangement of flowers with several different flowers in the arrangement, roses included with a announcement its a girl. I asked that the flowers be pinks or mauves and purple. I got all daisies yellow and white with one pink carnation in a pink vase. It looked horrible and no announcement of its a girl.
Complaining to them was hopeless. They don't call you the email you. If you go to the online chat and you have complained they just hang up.
DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY IT IS UNBELEIVABLE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS THIS WAY
wrong basket delivered
I live in England, and my son in Sydney, Australia. I ordered a basket of coffee products for his birthday in July 2014. A basket was delivered on time, but it was not the one that I had ordered. It was not until my son rang to thank me that I discovered Bloomex's error - and that the basket dispatched was A$20 LESS than the one I requested. I contacted Bloomex by e-mail. They required photos of the wrong basket which, of course, we do not have; I am in the UK, my son could not have known that there was a mistake with his present. Thus far very disappointed with both the service received and the way my complaint is being handled.

terrible! do not use!
Ordered flowers through Bloomex Australia. Chose to pay the extra money and get them delivered on Saturday - Next day) At no point during the check out process did it state that it was too late for next day delivery they just happily took my money. Sure enough when I rang to chase up my order the next day I was told I was past the cut off & the flowers would not be delivered till Monday. The fact that they happily charged and took my extra delivery money yet did not deliver did not seem to phase the very rude lady over the phone. The event the flowers were for was totally missed when the flowers got delivered at 4pm on Monday! When I rang up to enquire about why my order did not get delivered I was told generic answers that did not relate to my issue at all. No compensation at all was offered which I find appalling. What makes them think they can take your money and not provide the service? Will never use them again. Really wish I had done my research and read the other bad comments before I ordered.

advertising using rob ford
I used to use Bloomex regularly to send flowers to clients, etc., from my office. In November, the following ad appeared in my mailbox from Bloomex. I thought it was a tasteless prank but after talking with Bloomex, they assured me it was a real campaign. It's disgusting, tasteless and inappropriate:

flower order
I ordered a bouquet from this company's website which was supposed to be a half price order - $70 worth of flowers for $35. With delivery charges the order was in excess of $55. The recipient reported that she got 18 red and white tulips. No greenery. These tulips are plentiful in grocery stores right now and would cost less than $10. The 'fine print; says that they can substitute flowers 'like roses' in place of the beautiful arrangement pictured. In my opinion, the value was misrepresented - big time - and when I reported this to Bloomex they sent me the fine print saying they hoped this 'clarified the matter'. I will not use Bloomex again.

non-delivery
I am trying for a refund of two orders placed with Bloomex on Dec 19 for next day pre- Xmas delivery. To date (Jan 7/14) neither order has been filled yet my creditcard was immediately charged. I requested Bloomex stop delivery on my two orders and I have ordered a 'charge back' on my MC but Bloomex has 45 days to appeal the refund of all charges. WE shall see.
Repeatedly since Dec 19 I have contacted Bloomex by phone, email, and live chat but to no avail. They do not respond! Yesterday when I spoke live -- finally -- by phone with a rep, she asked me to show compassion as there were many other orders also not delivered.
A most frustrating experience and one I hope never to replicate. Be forewarned...
do not use bloomex
I ordered flowers from bloomex pty to be delivered on july 20 and they did not arrive july 23. It is time for the consumer to wake up and stop using bloomex. They have lied over and over again and do not want to help. Warning... Do not use bloomex, you are throwing away your money.
delivered 2 days after mother's day!
I ordered flowers for Mother's day and at no time was I warned they may not be delivered on the actual day I chose (and paid extra for!) They were delivered two days late and looked rubbish. My mum was in tears thinking I'd forgotten her. I emailed to complain and they have been refusing to refund and said it's their busiest day of the year - completely unapologetic - what is the point of getting flowers two days late! I asked for a refund before the flowers had even been sent but so far they are refusing - first offering me a 15% discount, then a store credit - as if I'd ever use them again!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOES NOT SEND IN TIME, TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE
I AGREE! I am so traumatised by dealing with Bloomex that I am going to the Fair Trade NSW to get my refund back. Bloomex is such a disgraceful, unconscionable company out there to rip customers money. I ordered flowers online for my friends graduation, I paid extra for next day delivery and doubled checked with their online operator who confirmed flowers would be delivered next day' THEY WERENT DELIVERED. This was misleading information. I called and complained through email, no response. Customer reps were clueless, could not care less, were offensive and yelled at me that there was nothing they can do . 2 days later the flowers were still not delivered, I sent a complaint to the obudsman. THIS IS SHOCKING! I was so embarrassed and dissapointed for my friend, whom I had to spoil the surprise for . THE flowers were delivered in a box, stifled and wilted. SUCH SHOCKING SERVICE! DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF!
failed delivery/no customer support
Ordered flowers online for Valentines Day which did not get delivered. Needless to say a very disappointed partner.
The following day tried multiple calls, emails and tried to use their live chat function online to contact them but did not get through once. A couple of days later a phone call went through (to someone with a Canadian/US accent) who apologised and assured me my order was being refunded and would send through a confirmation email. Over 10 days later and neither the refund or confirmation email and can't get through again. Worst customer service ever.
I FEEL I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED! SO VERY DODGY!
Next stop ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission), the Australian regulator.
Hi, sorry to hear of your experience. Sounds all too familiar.
I ended up lodging a complaint with the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal (www.cttt.nsw.gov.au) for the amount of my order. I had to lodge an application fee of $39.
They set a hearing date which I attended (luckily the tribunal is near my work in the city), but of course they did not.
The tribunal representative reviewed the case and put ordered Bloomex to repay my order. Unfortunately I didn't get my application fee reimbursed... (might want to push harder for this if you pursue it)
About a 1.5 weeks afterwards I received an email from Bloomex that my order status had changed to 'refunded' and then about a week later I got it back. This was about 1 week ago.
I'm still furious as hell with them. When I get the time I am going to tell the world my story on facebook. It is so ridiculous that it took a tribunal order to get them to refund an order they stuffed up. Seriously rubbish.
If you do pursue best of luck. This company is seriously [censored]...
I'm looking for Canadians who feel ripped off by BLoomex, so we can stage a protest. Bad publicity is our only recourse - Bloomex will never return a client's call, that's obvious.
Any Canadian customers in Ottawa willing to participate in a protest?
Hi there,
I am sorry to say I have used them twice, once for valentines day and the 2nd time for mothers day this year 2013. First time after i cancelled the order more than 2 days in advance they still delivered the roses but they were small and had browned petals. Not only that there were 11 and not 12 roses. I complained trying numerous times trying to get my refund but was only offered credit on my account.
Mothers day they did not deliver the 24 roses i ordered and I have tried calling but their lines states the phone lines are closed (must be because they know heaps of other clients will be calling to complain). Tried talking to them online but they cut me off and have blacklisted my IP address so i cannot contact them online again.
These guys are seriously dodgey. Apparent the supplier is operating out of the following address:-
Sydney Head Office:
Address:
Unit 9 - 17 George Young St, Auburn, NSW, 2144 (ABN: [protected])
Telephone: [protected]
Information: For all other areas please call us toll free at [protected]
Can you tell me what happened when you took this issue up with the ACCC?
wilfull failure to fulfill orders correctly
My californian niece ordered 4 birthday balloons to be delivered to my montreal address from this company. The delivered 3. They do not respond to phone calls. Looking them up on the internet, I see that they habitually abuse customers by under-filling orders, delivering dead flowers, delivering days late etc. It is disturbing that a company can go right on doing so many things of this type without ever being brought to account. Is there anything you can suggest ?

Christmas Planter Basket
This growing and long lasting gift is an ideal way to say Merry Christmas! This 10" planter basket contains two assorted poinsettia blooming plants, four assorted green tropical plants, corns and decorative ribbons " .
What my sister received was a very broken and dried out poinsettia. All the roots were showing, leaves broken, and dirt everywhere. The tropical plants, corns and decorative ribbons were nowhere to be seen.
I have never seen such a terrible mess. There was dirt every where. I have asked for a FULL REFUND but they refuse.

flowers
My fiance in Australia ordered me a single rose and a small box of assorted chocolates online at Bloomex.ca two days ago. I expected flowers from these people yesterday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. When it was 6:00 PM, I called to find out where they were, and the representative told me the delivery person was stuck in traffic. I received my order instead this morning, finding out that the delivery cost was changed to a higher price because it was delivered in the morning! 1, The package was impossible to open with the watermarked, duct tape keeping the flower and chocolates attached for some reason... 2, the baby breath were dry and half of them had already fallen off before I received them.. 3, the branches were dry and ripped all over.. 4, My man ordered me the small box of assorted chocolates, not truffles.. 5, There was no explanation why it was late, and nobody informed me that the chocolates would be substituted for truffles! 6... the truffles were all stuck together and flattened out like a beef steak, with white flower on top instead of it being "cocoa dusted"... I am extremely disappointed by this service. I am still waiting on my 3rd hour for a so called manager to call me back with an explanation. This is highly unprofessional, irresponsible, unacceptable and shameful. People in long distance relationships matter too, you know! We deserve a little good service around here aswell.

Flowers did not arrive for funeral of Brother. No card with flowers. Left in Church office. Deliverd by Church once it was figured out whom the flowers were for...no card...24 hours later to the wife of deceased. Have left voice mails for manager, whom did try and return call but I have no way of calling him, have to speak to operator and leave voice mail. I do have every intention of taking this to the nth degree.
I ordered the Brighten Your Day bouquet from www.bloomex.ca website. I specifically chose it because it was a large bouquet and it supported the Cancer Society. My wife had gotten a promotion at work, and I wanted to let her know how proud I was of her, so I sent this bouquet to her work. My wife calls me to thank me, the flowers were truly beautiful, she said all the girls in her office were envious of her. I had found www.bloomex.ca from a deal website so I though I would give them a try, I looked up coupons, and found a coupon for 10% off, by entering "deal" in the coupon field before checking out.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to friends also.
I ordered flowers from this company for a funeral of a very close family member. They were horrific. They were sparse and dead, they actually looked like they feel off the back of the truck and got run over on the 401. My arrangement was so embarassing. Not only that I recommended Bloomex to my sister and her family order 3 arrangements, all were very expensive and plus they were upgraded. Her flower arrangements were worse then mine.
I have called them over and over to get a refund they refused. They then said they would send out another arrangment to the family. So yesterday that arrived to the family, a small bouquet of flowers, they were at least fresh, in a small vase, my sister had to change the vase for fear it would fall over.
It once again was so very very disappointing and equalled the value of a bouquest for $20.00 you could buy at Supercenter or any grocery store. It once again did not even come close to what the picture was on the web site or what I ordered. Unbelievable.
Please do not order anything from these people.
Also, the woman who handles customer service is the rudest human being I have ever spoken too, and she hung up on me several times. She acts like a two year old.
This company needs to have action taken against it.
Thanks

delivered too late
