The customer care number was not available, and I could only request a call back, which I never received despite multiple requests. I also tried using their chat option, but there was no response from their end.
It was a very disappointing experience, and I feel cheated by MyFlowerTree. If they cannot deliver their products, then the least they can do is refund their clients' money. I didn't receive any response when I tried to reach out to them, which made me feel helpless. I would never use their services again, and I would also not recommend their services to anyone.
If you are reading this, please do yourself a favor and avoid using their services. Save yourself from the disappointment and hassle. It's truly a sham that such fraudulent companies exist even today.
MyFlowerTree Review: A Disastrous Experience with Wrong Delivery and No Customer Support
Sadly, my experience with MyFlowerTree was extremely disappointing. I ordered a half kg blueberry cheese cake worth Rs. 995 on 20th of December, however, what was delivered today around 1 pm was a normal cream cake worth only Rs. 300 (confirmed by the store person). I was shocked and immediately called the delivery guy, thinking that he delivered someone else's order at my place. He took the store person on a conference call and the store person said that he got an order for a normal cream cake only, which was worth Rs. 300.
I have been trying to log a complaint on their website, MyFlowerTree.com, but every time I put in the details and click Submit, it says 403 - Forbidden and does not register the complaint. I was so frustrated with this, I even tried calling their call center several times, but unfortunately, only got connected to their representatives twice after approximately 40-50 calls. On both calls, I was assured that I would get a resolution and a call back from them in 30 minutes. However, four hours have passed, and I haven't received any response from them.
It seems as though this company doesn't care about customer complaints. How is it that they can charge such a high price for something and not even deliver the correct product? This is unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who are considering using MyFlowerTree.

The experience with MyFlowerTree has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite ordering days in advance to ensure timely delivery of the gifts and cake to a friend on June 9th, it is now June 12th and nothing has been received. To make matters worse, the same customer service representative seems to answer the phone every time, showing a lack of professionalism and customer service etiquette. When expressing concern about the order status, the response is simply to give the order number and wait for the back-end team to check. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused great embarrassment when the friend asked if any news had been received on the gifts.
Although I understand that the current situation may be causing delays, the lack of communication and inability to provide timely updates is unacceptable. Even the promised callback requests take hours to receive, leaving me feeling hopeless and unheard. With such a terrible experience, I will never use MyFlowerTree again and will not recommend their service to anyone. The attitude and lack of customer service skills exhibited by the representative were enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth. I plan on cancelling my order if it is not delivered within the next day.
Overall, MyFlowerTree has the worst service I have ever experienced, and I feel ashamed for trying to use their services. Their actions have caused great embarrassment and hurt, and I cannot express enough how terrible this experience has been.
