I pre arranged for my daughter who lives in Adelaide to receive her flowers and gifts at her work before midday on her birthday. When I called her after she finished work she was upset that I had forgotten her birthday! I explained about the ordered flowers but she left at 16.30 as normal and nothing had arrived. We were both devastated me being in England and not being able to do anything about it, moving on on returning to work the next day the flowers had arrived half an hour after she left so they were put in the cold kitchen ( she works in a doctors surgery).On opening the box was greeted with mostly dead or dying blooms in a mug not a mason jar as ordered no teddy card which had a piece of paper stapled to it and chocolates which had no date and had bloomed which I had not ordered she and I were both in tears also I added the top up to the bigger bouquet clearly this was also forgotten to say I was annoyed was an understatement plus you had the audacity to charge for a card that wasn’t the one ordered and delivery, as you failed to meet any of the requirements of my order I would like a full refund so that I can give that to my daughter for the utter disappointment we both suffered that day .
