Unauthorized credit card charges
End of the year credit card statement shows $10 per month billed for this service. I admit I have seen the charge when reconciling monthly statements, but do not take time to dispute an unrecognized $10 charge. I did not make the connection that it was the same company.
I found the website and called the company. I was told it really isn't a reward program as if you earn points/credit. I asked for a refund. No, it's just a monthly charge. I asked for an address so that I could file a complaint BBB, CRPB, etc. She didn't have an address to provide. While looking for one --she knew I was serious -- I was told the best she could do was a refund of six months. I accepted the offer.
I called on 1/29/24. I apparently ordered flowers on 2/13/23 using a $25-off coupon. That enrolled me with no notice or authorization. I was told I should have received an email to confirm. I never saw one. My guess is that it went to a spam folder and I never opened it.
Claimed loss: $40.00
Desired outcome: Would prefer a further refund, but will accept an apology and for the company to address the stealth charging of people.

Flower order
I attempted three different ways to place an order through my membership status to receive the discount. First I tried Blooms Rewards, and I was told to order through Bloomsrewards.com. I attempted that and then was sent in an unending loop telling me the same thing. The first statement screen showed the discount which acknowledged my membership, I thought, but after I inputted my credit card information, it told me, again, I was already a member and to order through Bloomsrewards.com. When I continued, it took away the discount.
I sent an order yesterday and everything went through fine. Tonight, however, it is not.
Claimed loss: None I backed out of the purchase.
Desired outcome: I would like to place an order receiving the discount as a monthly paying customer. I pay a monthly fee to be able to receive a discount, as promised, when I order through Blooms Rewards
flower delivery
On September the 14-15, I paid for an arrangement sent to my friend who owns a restaurant, The arrangement never got there, When i called they told me that the order was never placed. I did not take screen shots or kept receipt, I am out 5o some dollars plus the membership. On may 31st i sent my mother in law some flowers, I picked the arrangement only to find that the flowers my mom received were not as I picked, I call and they did sent a replacement bouquet, but it was not the one I picked. I have no idea why they are so irresponsible, but hey, they are quick to take the membership out of the bank.
Irma young.
Desired outcome: I want them to at least send the arrangement I PAID for to the address given. All this time I am thinking my friend was thrilled to received the flowers. and Surprise! I was the one surprised.

Membership I did not authorise
I ordered flowers last yeR for Valentine’s Day for my wife from Blooms reward. Today my wife checking our credit card found out we were billed 9.99 a month for a membership. I called them. The girl stated I had done business with them once. I said I had but did not agree to a membership. She cancelled my
Membership and said a supervisor will contact me. I am a bit angry they got 110 dollars which should be refunded to me.

Desired outcome: I want full refund of 1-0 dollars charged to my credit card
Unauthorized charge
Order flowers and got charged $9.95 a month until I found out how to cancel this charge. Why would anyone want to pay a florist $9.95 a month? This company should be shut down for stealing from the public! Never use this company for flowers! The link below is to help you cancel any unauthorized charges from this company. What a way to rip people off! https://bloomsrewards.com/en

I once ordered flowers from this company, paid in full, and now they keep charging me $9.95 per month. I didn't sign up for any membership or anything to justify these charges. Can you please help me get my money refunded.
Desired outcome: Refund of unjustified charges.
Unauthorized charge on my credit card
There has been a monthly unauthorized charge on my credit card. The amount of the charge is $9.99. Four months ago I first tried calling the phone number on my credit card statement and got no response, ( and have called every month since. ) I would like to have this monthly charge removed and also be reimbursed for the funds of at least sixty dollars.
Desired outcome: To have this monthly charge removed and also be reimbursed for the funds of at least sixty dollars.
Unauthorized debits of 9.99 every month since [protected].
Why I didn't notice this until now I don't know. I have my bank statements and here are the dates.
9-23-19, 10-23-19, 11-25-19, 12-23-19
1-23-20, 2-24-20, 3-23-20, 4-23-20
I have not received my statement for May yet. I don't think I have ever ordered anything from this company
And I never gave them my permission to charge me 9.99 every month.
I hope you can get this cleared up ASAP.
Monthly charges of $9.95+ each month
I am sending you this complaint because blooms rewards has done to my mother what they've done to all the other people who have complained, they have continously billed my mother since 2011 til just mid way of last year. I found out about this because my mom need assistance with her bills and i zeroed in on all these payment to them and she states she doesn't have any idea of what the blooms rewards is, what it does, who its for etc. Didn't the customer service, billing reps wonder why this person (my mom) never utilized they're services, at all? NO, they just cont. to bill this elderly woman, for how many years? 9 years folks, yes, i said 9 freaking years.
You guys need to refund my mother every last cent or heads will roll, and roll they will. I'd say that $9.95 x 12 is 119.40, now times that by 9 and we all can see that equals $1074.60, and i'm being nice about it. How could a business take advantage of an elderly person? I don't get it. Well, all i know is that we'll be here waiting for your speedy reply on this, and yes, we do have any and all documents needed to support this matter.
Thanks for nothing
non authorized monthly charges to my credit card
Reviewed my credit card statements. There is a recurring charge of $9.99 every month Which are not authorized. Have reported this to my credit card company. These charges have been going on since 2018. I have not had any contact with this company. I don't know how they started billing me monthly. And I am calling to them today to demand that they stop these charges. These are fraudulent charges to my card. And this company should be investigated for their practices.

funeral flower delivery
promised to have the arrangement early as the service was early. then was told they were delivered way after the place was evacuated...no one would call back and even tell me where the flowers needed up. even if they were delivered. wasn't taking their word for it. hit was 3, 000 miles away...a family member told me upon my description. they DEFINETLY WERE NOT THERE! waiting for my refund...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
flower sale
I ordered flowers for my cousin's funeral in North Carolina. I really don't understand why I was being charged the 9.95 a month. We hadn't checked the statement for several months and there was the charge for at least 3 months. Our fault for not checking sooner. They are very deceptive in how this charge is added! Do not order flowers from them! Total ripoff!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
be very careful. monthly charges I didn't approve
Be very wary of Blooms Today. I bought flowers for a funeral and the next thing I know is I'm being charged every month for "blooms rewards" where I supposedly get savings at restaurants and various places that I never go to. I didn't approve this but $10 a month is charged to my card. Getting them to cancel is worse than a root canal. And the flowers were poor quality too.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
flowers
BloomsToday failed to deliver my order on time and even then it was dead. The replacement was not what was ordered but a smaller and uglier arrangement. Thanks for ruining a special day. I called their customer service line and they were not overly helpful and instead tried to upsell me on additional products. A little investigation tells me to contact the owner at [protected]@agillapro.com.

fraudulent monthly charge
I had purchased their flower delivery service back in January, 2016. They used my credit card information and charged me for something I've never ordered the company since my first and the last transaction.
The company charged $9.99 on my credit card April 25. I've been tricked by their unlawful advertising on their website, just like so many other victims. Due to so many complaints filed, they now hire a group of specially trained operators to deal with the flood of complaints. Their toll-free phone number,
is [protected]
I now came to understand what enables the company to commit such crime. They take advantage of consumers who are so used to overlook the Read-Your-Rights part of legal paragraphs of certain agreement composed with illegible size of fonts that the most consumers including myself not scrutinizing on the content. That's what the company, just like many other
opportunists take advantage of. So that they can always say, "Hadn't you read the contract carefully?" I've learned a good lesson.
illegal rewards signup
Caution, caution, caution! I purchased flowers on this site which was not a problem, but I noticed a extra $9.99 per month every month charged to my credit card. I didn't notice this until sometime later. It is a sneaky charge to sign up to their rewards program. You won't find it anywhere, when you check out. They are not answering phones about this complaint and you can not cancel online. I had to cancel my credit card inorder to have charges stopped.
Please, please do not use this company for any purchases!
yes they are, I was a victim also.
I had ordered flowers online for mothers day and was unaware that I was going to be charged $9.99. I have only used this service the one time. I do not need the membership and should not be charged for it and would like that $9.99 credited back to me!
I'm consistantly getting a $9.99 charge on my checking account for BLOOMSRWRD800-371-6048 HAYMARKET. I did not sign up for this and I've had to charge my debit card to fix this isssue and file a dispute.
I signed up for Blooms Rewards for coupons for resturants, movies etc. and not recieved any. I want to cancel.
Unethical, charlatan thieves!
monthly charge
Just noticing that this company has been capturing funds in the amount of 9.99 on the 19th of EVERY month for almost a year. I called to find out what this was for and why. I was told that when I made a flower purchase (for my grieving mother) almost a year ago that the discount code I used to receive a small percent off my purchase gave them the OK to add me to some "rewards program" and debit 9.99 from my bank account monthly. I have never once looked into these "rewards" or even received an email at the least, Only the debit from my account.
Extremely unhappy customer that will warn people of this "scam"!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I did not understand that I would be billed $10/mo in order to get the discount advertised on their website. When I tried to cancel my membership, they said I had to wait 21 days before canceling. The only way to cancel is to reach an 800 number -but they never answer that number- just put you on hold forever
i being charge $9.95 a month for something i didnt ask for... unauthorized charges... from blloms rewards i just dont under satand i order flowers from them several times but i never authorized them to charge me that a month and for what .. i wish they stop i just received my bank statement and they charge me again is the 3rd time so please if u can put a stop to it i realy apreciated thank you david mancillas...
Hint: If you sign up for a service/reward that requires you to enter payment info, it's not a completely free service.
I placed an order with them and joined the BloomsRewards service. Im actually happy with the program. it was plain as day that theres a fee for the service that bills every month. If you didnt notice a 9.99 charge going on for over a year, that would explain how you could overlook that there was a fee for the program when you joined.
I ordered flowers and these people charged me 9.95 per month for something I never assented to. I called and they were rude and hung up and did not take me off their list of people they are ripping off. I want to be re-imbersed for the money they have stolen from me. I want justice.
unauthorized charges, sharing card information
Same company as BloomsToday.com and IdentityWorldwide.com. They share all your card and personal information as well as make unauthorized charges to your accounts without any verification of card ownership. IdentityWorlwide.com claims to be protecting your accounts and and identity yet they themselves practice the very business they claim to be protecting you from. Tread lightly when buying flowers. This company WILL give your information to others who DO charge you without ANY verification.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
scam membership
My wife had a great aunt pass away out west and we sent an array ($144.75) my wife saw their site and a $35 rebate...unbeknownst she ALSO signed up for the 9.99 a month Blooms Reward program.
I called and asked what gives and her agreeing to the discount ("50%! -only up to $35 come to find out) had us sign up for this crap
said they would cancel our rewards program and return the four months of fees (but will have to take BACK that $35 discount)
What a bunch of thieves!
Take advantage of people...sham on you people
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company has had MANY complaints -- not just because of confusion over the membership fees to BloomsRewards itself, but also for the fact that they sign you up for a whole separate membership (IdentityWorldWide.com) at the same time.
Customers are trying to just order flowers, people! What about that don't you get?
Why sneak a Identity Protection program into this? Most people are not aware this is a program that must be cancelled separately -- so even if they cancel their BloomsRewards program, they will not know it is a whole separate process to cancel the IdentityProtection program!
Once these companies get your credit card number, you are in big trouble -- good luck trying to get them to stop charging it.
