The sale of my timeshare!!!!
My name is Jessica Call, I also know this is a complaint board. I honestly would like to share my experence with Blue star Resorts. They are the best company I have ever delt with. They were able to completely close on the sale of my property in only 43 days! No more mnt fee's i'm finally free from my westgate resort in orlando florida. I received 14, 500 for my unit in only 6 weeks, all I had to handle was my title insurance and was set. I couldn't be any happier with my closing agent Rebecca Lewis!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Complete SCAM! We were contacted by Linda Perez also! Pay title insurance up front I knew better! That was in July..here it is January 2012! No contract/no sale! They will not anser phone or respond to messages. I am contactin Attorney General and District Attorney also! They need to be put in jail!
Blue Star are unscrupulous and vile scam (I hesitate to use the term artists) they have attempted five different ways to scam me two succeeded (At least I have a two time learning curve). Right now they are having representatives, this one named "Jennifer Sanchez", pretend they are from the District Attorneys office of Florida. they get the debit card or credit card number so they can "put back the money that was scammed from me" Oh, and for added dramatic effect, they told me that (I forgot the name of the woman) has been sentenced to thirty five years in prison for her vile crime...I don't think that even Frank Abagnale got that much time. I asked them how the District attorney knew about this scam that I though was centered in Jericho, NY. She said, "There were so many people that reported this that they were able to get a conviction. After I gave them my debit card #, (Now before you groan...it is the only way to pull them in to my anti-scam tactic) I transferred all my money to a non accessible account, called Western Union with the "CODE" number given me and did a reverse look up on her phone number. The phone number traced back to...(pause for dramatic effect) Blue Star Resort, Pomano, FL. I then left a message with Miss Jennifer to call me back. I asked, "why the Western union code was not ten numbers long" (as required by Western Union), she said the four digit code was the code I needed. I asked why the reverse look up said Blue star instead of a district attorneys office she said "Oh that shouldn't be! That is wrong." However, the dumbo forgot to hide the caller Id This time when she called, so I asked, "Why did it say Blue Star on my phone just now?" Miss Jennifer hung up. Not a very good con woman. I think she needs to reflect on her choice of professions. Prostitution might be too good for her...I am beginning to enjoy pissing them off. The time before this the nice gentleman told me that he was warned that I was a "borderline ###"...all that money for graduate school wasted...Oh whats a girl to do...JCFirst.
I payed them $1895 to sell my time share because Linda told me they have done the work and have a buyer for my unit. I just have to pay for title insurance. It would take about 2 weeks. this was on 8/08/11
so far nothing. waiting for buyer to sign paper work so I am told. It is not 10/3/11 and still nothing. I tried to call them [protected] and some lady just hung up when I asked about what was going on. Now I just get a recording. stay away from these people. I do not think they are telling the truth at all.
This company sound like a complete scam! There is no information on this company on this computer. There is no BBB report. Whoever wrote this comment is someone from within the company.Don't trust them because they will give you a high price for your timeshare, but this will never sell. The upfront fee they tell you they need for refunds from previous merchants and it will be refunded in 24 hours. When you question them about it, they say it will be 6 to8 weeks to close and you will get your up front money back. And when you don't close, guess who has your money. Don't fall for their scam!
I love it when the losers admit they've completely given up and have zero respect for themselves or their sorry product line, and just start pathetically trolling non-related web sites to spam their free advertising.
When they have to get down on this level it's only a matter of time, so it's good to know whom to boycott and warn everyone about. This is exactly the kind of sleazebags that leave town in the middle of the night with clients' money and no results.
If you supposedly made money selling your timeshare, couldn't you at least be honorable enough to pay for your own advertising, not poach bandwidth from web sites you admit in your first sentence have nothing whatsoever to do with the crap you're trying to unload?
