We live in DWT in PSL, FL and unfortunately Bluestream is part of our HOA dues. Our service has been poor from the very beginning but got worse after the upgrade. We don't have access to all the channels part of our package, the catch up function works sporadically on certain channels (never on Paramount) and playback of some shows don't work. After service technicians out here for the last 18 months or so and Engineering working on it, the issues remain.
Emails to the Sr. Leadership teams nets little resolution and no response. We got a call from someone the other day promising to call back and when returning a call to a nameless person, the tech on the line rebooted our service without asking and we could not watch any recording the rest of the night.
Why did Mattamy extend the contract for 35 yrs is puzzling other than maybe someone is getting a kickback because everyone has issues and some folks pay for additional services.
We just want what we are paying for and what someone competent to address.
Claimed loss: $750 loss of TV services
Desired outcome: Channel access fixed and then pay for Prime Video, Paramount + Utube TV for the same amount of time my services were deficient, at this point 2 yrs and to go as long as it takes to fix the problem.
