Worst television service ever. My main box fails on an average of 9-12 months which means losing everything on the DVR. The live TV pixelates and tiles every single time I try to watch from the smaller box. Technicians are nice but at the end of the day, nothing is resolved. I was recently billed over $100 for a service call without my consent. When I called about it, I was refused a refund and advised they would only credit my account. I am paying through my HOA and cannot justify paying again to another provider or streaming service. I have spoken with my neighbors and they are experiencing the same. The service will never improve as long as they are using antiquated and old refurbished TIVO boxes. And, there are absolutely zero callbacks from anybody that can make a difference which leads me to conclude that they are fleecing my HOA.
Desired outcome: I would like this issue corrected as it’s been several years of unfulfilled promises.
