BLVD Residential I've been living in my apartment since December

I've been living in my apartment since December . I have a child with special needs who can't speak and needs to be fed through a tube. They have made my stay really uncomfortable. On January 13, 2022, this management company and their employees hopped/jumped over my patio without telling me and changed the lock on the door to the water heater tank storage. They also turned off the valve that releases gas for the central heating and locked the door. This left me and my child without any heat for three days. If I hadn't hired a locksmith and an HVAC technician myself to access the water heater tank storage, they would have left us without heat until Tuesday, January 18, 2022. This is completely unacceptable and they should be reported. Thank you.

BLVD Residential On June 26, my AC went out

On June 26, my AC went out. I submitted a work order a day or two later, and an HVAC guy came. I wasn't told what he did or said. I called the office and left messages, but got no response. On Saturday, July 3, I submitted another work order. On Tuesday, July 6, I called the office and left another message. Then I called maintenance emergency for help. According to the lady, the coils were damaged and a new unit is needed. She said it has to be approved. The AC unit belongs to Morning Side Creeks property. Why wouldn't they approve a repair? The unit looks to be 10+ years old. I need help because my grandson has asthma and this heat isn't good for him. Is it too much to ask for someone to communicate with me? I've paid my rent and all the extra charges, but they don't seem to care. Now my electric bill will be higher from running a fan constantly, but they don't care. The first picture is my AC unit, and the second is my neighbor's. Hers was serviced on Saturday, and as you can see, hers is newer than mine.

BLVD Residential On January 7th, 2022, I got a letter from BLVD Residential saying I owe $873.29 for rent I didn't pay

On January 7th, 2022, I got a letter from BLVD Residential saying I owe $873.29 for rent I didn't pay. When I got this "charges," I was working for them and had an Employee Housing Agreement. There was no lease, and no charges were made on my account when I moved out on November 16th. They sent me this on December 20th, which is way longer than the Civil Code allows. The "demand" doesn't say when I moved out, which was November 16th. It says the lease is until May 20th, 2022, but I never signed a lease, and the charges were made on December 1st, two weeks after I left the property. They don't explain what the charges are for, and the letter was signed by *** as the Property Manager, even though he's actually the Regional Manager. Property Managers or Regionals don't send these notices, they're supposed to be processed and sent out by the ***. The letter says they'll report this to the credit bureaus, which will stop me from renting for at least 7 years. I think they're doing this because I now work for a company that took business away from them. They sent this letter just 3 days after an uncomfortable encounter with the BLVD Regionals and President at a restaurant with my new manager co-workers.

For da past 2 months, I been complainin' 'bout dem nasty bugs 'n mice infestin' my crib to dem folks at Orchard Apartment management 'n BLVD Residential. Ain't heard much back from 'em 'n they ain't done squat 'bout it neither. My place ain't fit fer livin' no more 'n it's a dang'rous threat to my health 'n safety. Da law says they gotta fix a rodent problem in 30 days tops. But they been ignorin' my issue fer over 60 days now. HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE - HSC DIVISION 13. HOUSING [***] ( Division 13 enacted by Stats. ***. 60. ) PART 1.5. REGULATION OF BUILDINGS USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION [***] ( Part 1.5 added by Stats. ***. ***. ) CHAPTER 2. Rules and Regulations [***] ( Chapter 2 added by Stats. ***. ***. ) ***.3. Any buildin' or part of it, includin' any livin' space, guestroom or suite of rooms, or da land it's on, if it got any of da followin' conditions that put da public or occupants at risk, it's considered a dump of a buildin': (a) Not enough cleanliness, includin' stuff like: (12) Bugs, critters, or rodents infestin' da place. (16) No proper place to store 'n get rid of garbage 'n trash. (j) If there's a bunch of weeds, junk, dead stuff, garbage, or anythin' else that's a fire, health, or safety hazard.
