Bogus company
Where are my items? I ordered them one month ago and there's still no sign of them. The tracking number doesn't help much, I think it shows a wrong information.
Thank god the item wasn't expensive and there's nothing to regret. But what if this was something not that cheap?
I would prefer to learn from my own mistakes and not to order from them anymore. Nobody likes to be let down.

I bought Mini Airtight Food Saver and they promised to ship it within one week. Instead of this, they made me wait for almost a month, maybe because I didn't stop chasing them and asking when they are going to send my order. Got it yesterday. It's been 2 months... The saver didn't work, it was broken. I spent so many efforts on this garbage that's not worth its money? The shipping back would cost me more than the item itself, so I have to just throw it away.
Dealing with them again? No, thank you.

I ordered in September. On 9/7 they sent email saying received, confirmed, delivery in 5-7 days. I emailed them and said it is 11 days since I order where is at. No response. Now I will send my first - I am thinking of many - emails saying - where is it. This is order number 1568159. Customers need to have their phone calls and emails validated. I need to know they received my email and give me an explanation as to why I have not received. Is it sitting on a dock waiting for inspection in China or what?

I purchased key finders. Returned them to the return address on package. Tracked package mail tried to deliver, but their office was closed. Tried again, offfice closed. Messaged boardwalk but got smart auto reply wanting specific info regarding your question. Info entered gets same reply over and over. Once they said they were live on messenger so they said and said to message them and person would get back with me. No one will reply. All I want is to verify their address to be sure i'm sending to the right place. I've emailed boardwalk numerous times with no response. They are liars they are not an honest company. They say friendly returns and refunds but they lie. They do not intend to refund anyone for anything.
furminator
I ordered a furminator almost three weeks ago. I have emailed them three times asking where my product is. They keep telling me they will ship in 4-5 days and apologizing for the delay. Each email I receive is more vague. I would like to talk to a "live" person but there is no phone number. They took my money as soon as I ordered the product. I am at a loss at this point as to what to do. I think this company is a scam.

I ordered the item on July 20 2017 the add said 5-7 business days to receive the item, on the 8 day I asked where is my Item they said give it time. I have dealt with company's like this in the past. on the 10 day I called my bank (BofA) and told them about the problem they said no problem and refunded my money to my account. So a lesson learned don't let them play with you go for the throat and choke out these company's It's your money...

I Sent them an email and have not heard back from them. This site is a major scam! This wesite should be shut down ASAP! I just want my money back! On April 24, 2017 I ordered 2 Magnetic Thermal Self Heating Neck Pads, Order# 1374504, and you charged my credit card $29.88. On May 10, 2017, I contacted your customer service dept, because I received the items and saw that the product was poorly made, so I requested a refund. They messaged me the address to return them to. I sent them back thru USPS on May 12, 2017, to Boardwalk Buy Shipping Dept., 3200 North America Dr., West Seneca, NY 14224. PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Tracking#[protected], was DELIVERED to that address on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 12:06pm. I have sent a message to customer service FIVE times requesting my refund, with ALL THE ABOVE INFO and they respond the same way, asking for the order# and that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I have complied with all your instructions, I now want my refund.

On June 7th I received an email that my order of (3 pressure hose attachments) had been shipped and to arrive prior to Fathers Day. I have yet to receive them and I submitted a request for an explanation on Fathers Day and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have uploaded a photo of the email stating that my order had been shipped on June 7, 2017. I am concerned that I have not been contacted after I sent information on June 18, 2017 requesting information why I have not received my order as they were Fathers Day gifts. I have utilized the tracking number and the last date it gives is June 12th in St. Louis.

I ordered a canopy weeks ago. After it finally arrived, there were no legs. I had to e-mail to get an answer. Finally...after days, I got an e-mail back saying they're ordering was mixed up and I should be receiving the item any day. I then wrote to them telling them I got the actual canopy, just not the legs. I then got another e-mail saying they were happy I received my order I DID NOT GET THE COMPLETE ORDER. How do you get a refund from this company? What a nightmare. It's 110 degrees in Sacramento and I have no shade! I AM REQUESTING A REFUND AND A PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Obviously this company doesn't understand that I got PART of my order, I NEED THE LEGS! It does me no good if I can't hold it up!

I ordered in Good Faith that I would receive product. At this point it seems more like a scam. I WILl NEVER RECEIVE PRODUCT. Might just need a refund. Refund would need to be in the next week. You charges my count on the 2nd of June.

I purchased an umbrella on 5/22/17. I was told that it would arrive within 5 -7 business days. I sent an email requesting information as to why I haven't received anything. I did not get a reply. I just spoke to DSL and they informed me they have to record of this tracking number. Why have you been lying to me and keep teller no me this was shipped May 24th, when it is June 13as of today. never received my floats
The site said "Ships within 24 hours". I ordered on May 20 and have been billed, a shipping label was printed on May 25 but the shipper never received it. I've had email exchanges asking to be patient, and give them 4 to 5 more days. Still nothing, and I promised my granddaughters unicorn floats for the 4th of July. I have asked twice when to expect them, and I can't get a straight answer. They are still selling the floats online, so I don't understand why they can't get my order to me. I've asked three times for them to check and see if they were lost, and I keep getting generic email responses. No telephone number to call. I'm beyond frustrated and feel like they are taking advantage of me.

My mother ordered an item in April to give as a mother's day gift and it was never received. We try contacting the twice, the first time they said that sorry for the delay but "Here is a 15% discount for your next purchase" (Which will not happen) and the second time, when we ask them to refund her money, they refused and send an automated email saying to refuse the item and send it back for a refund.
Well is very hard to send back something we never received!
Please beware of this site. There is no contact phone number only email. Is awful. We are now starting a complaint with PayPal in hopes to get our money back.

I placed an order for an inflatable unicorn on the 17th of May, 2017. The item description stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and delivered in 2-4 business days. I received a tracking number on 5/18/17 and they billed my credit card on the 5/19/17. It is now May 31, 2017 and the item still has not arrived, nor has DHL received the package (they have only received an electronic notification of a label being made). I have sent several emails and all I've gotten are excuses and an offer of 10% off of a future purchase (as if I would ever order from them again). I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered power washer on 5/4 and got email that it had shipped (lie). It is now 5/23 and the tracking number shows the item still had not shipped.
Requested a refund and was told by customer service that I had to wait until the item arrived (when?) and REFUSE to accept it.
What kind of refund process is that?
Still no item. Still no refund. "Scam" and "Unjust Enrichment" are words that come to mind.
Facebook should be accountable for being the platform that allows this type of business to operate.
