got this for my husband for Christmas he just tried it and it leaks and the pressure isn't as much as our hose so not a good result with it would like my monies back please. Todays date is January 22, 2018. My email is [protected]@ovalinternet.net. The sample on line showed it with lots of pressure like a pressure washer, but is no t even close to that.

Order this Dec. 28, 2017 said i would receive it in 5-7 days. It is now Jan. 19, 2018 and I have not received it. I have sent numerous emails and get the same stupid email back. They will let me know what is happening. Then I get another stupid email that says how did the complaint Dept. Do. It is so frustrating. I'm sure that the emails are just automatic emails.

I ordered this product on December 12. Today is January 5 and I still dont have the product. This was a Christmas gift. Im sure from all the complaints I have been reading the straightner will not work if I ever do get it. Customer Service sucks. There is no phone number so you can only email them. When you do you get the same lame response. They need to shut this company down! Will never order from these crooks again.
gaming console
I ordered a home gaming console. The ad on facebook said that it had 600 preloaded classic games on it. It also showed a gal unboxing it, and hooking it up to an led tv with an hdmi connection on the back of the console to the television with the included cable. When I got the unit... Which was a christmas gift, not only did it have only 500 games on it... Not the 600 as advertised, but the connection was composite... Not hdmi. My television doesn't even have a composite input on it! Most newer televisions don't have a composite input.. And haven't for some time now. I contacted them, and they told me if I wasn't happy to just return it. But I needed the order number, a reason why, and I had to pay all of the shipping to get it back to the... Then wait for them to process a refund. I responded back asking why this even happened in the first place? Why advertise on facebook a product that you claim to sell, but ship something totally different? Classic bait and switch. All I got back was crickets. I will not buy anything else form this company because 1. Buyer beware that what you order, may not be the product you receive. 2. It comes from china, and takes weeks to arrive. 3. You do not do customer service exclusively by email. You have a customer service line that is staffed, so that you can provide a high level of service for your valuable customers.
order wrong and very late
Ok first I ordered 2 wks b4 christmas and didn't get it til last wk! Then open the dam box and do u know, I got the wrong color bag (poor quality), wrong bluetooth speaker (blue instead of one looking like a cartoon) and 3 wirless blutooth headsets that look like earbuds on their add ended up emailing back, they said they'll replace items and resend items that were incorrect of I took a pic and sent it to them, I did this and they sent me a 20% off coupon and told me to send the items back to them they'll refund me but I have to pay the shipping back to them also.. And wont answer me if theyll send out the replacement products! This company is horrible and full of scammers!

I ordered this product and when received does not turn on. It does not work at all. I have exhaustively complained to the email address provided by the vendor and NO ONE ever responds with any intent to resolve the matter. It's simply a cover letter email stating how the item is "supposed" to work, but my complaint is it doesn't work. No chat/phone number to speak with a "live" operator. I either need a replacement and/or a refund. This truly has ALL THE SIGNS of a scam purchase.
I was supposed to get 20% off my order.
I spun the wheel & got the code... wheel20off.. I ordered 2 instead of 1 because of the extra 20% off.. when my purches was complete. I saw they did not take the 20% off. can you please fix it now... take 20% off my bill or if you have to you can return the 20% off. Ordered the Flying Unicorn on December 2, 2017 for my niece for Christmas. Still nothing. They apologized for the delay on December 18, 2017 and assure me it will be delivered in 4-5 days. We shall see. Never again from these Facebook companies. (This says I have to submit 350 words or it won't be resolved? So I hope everyone has a nice Christmas and safe New Year)

on line order on Dec. 2nd. They took my debit payment. they said it shipped Dec. 6th thru USPS. USPS as of Dec. 18th haven't received the merchandise to ship. I have a order #1689251 and a tracking # LS311486343CN but nothing from Boardwalk Buy as far as merchandise. my total charges are $104.43. No phone number to contact the company. I think they are a scam. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
company won't return my money
I placed an order online, thankfully it was only $9.99, with tax and s/h, $14.48. I waited for weeks and finally emailed them, since there doesn't seem to be a live phone number. They sent back days later and stated that they cancelled my order due to my card being fraudulent? I use my bank debit card daily, but ok, so I figured I'd get my money back and go elsewhere. They said I'd get a refund in 3-5 days. That was in Nov and here we are almost Christmas. I have emailed several times and now no one will answer me. I'm furious that they now just ignore me. I believe they took my money, "cancelled" my order, and just kept my money! My original order was placed on 11/17.

refusal to assist with return of a product
On November 11th, I placed an order on line for six car motion cameras. Car GT300 Full 1080P HD DVR Dash Camera with Night Vision in Black. I was advised that this was not a quality product after reading reviews. I immediately began emailing your company with a request to help in returning the product for a full refund. On 11/14, Shimmie V advised me to refuse the package once it arrived and the courier would send it back. I would then get my refund. However, I was not home when the package arrived and was unable to refuse it. There have been a total of nine emails in which I have asked repeatedly for instructions on returning this product and getting a full refund. I am very aware that there is a time limit of 30 days. I am very upset that I have gotten no assistance in this matter. I believe at this point that your company is stalling so the 30 day deadline will pass without resolution of the problem and I will have wasted money that I don't have to waste. If this situation is not resolved immediately, my brother, an attorney, will be contacting you to take action. I am severely disappointed in your company. I have ordered several products in the past and had intended to order more. However my trust in your organization has been betrayed. Please solve this situation immediately. I expect an immediate response.

Just dropped by to check out their website. I can see where they promote a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" but don't see any details of the guarantee. It appears you are being charged $31.99 per unit or about $192.00. Realistically, your brother or any attorney worth anything, isn't going to pursue this. He'd be better off paying you out of his own pocket and completing work that will pay him. Right or wrong, I think that's what you're up against.

order not received and no info from customer service
November 18th I placed a purchase for two retro 600 video game consoles. Order #86780 total $114.46. I used the tracking info given and was noticing no movement on my package, the first and only tracking info is dated nov 20 saying electronic information submitted by shipper.
Today is december 10 and there has been no change in tracking info..
I have sent customer service emails on november 30th.., reply stated they would be checking with the vendor...
December 5th I sent another email and asked again since I had been given no information yet... I had then sent an email and asked for my money back since no one could tell me if or when my products would arrive... I was then told on decermber 8th my order was currently being processed and could not be cancelled at this point. It is bull that they are currently being processed.
These were christmas presents... I need my money back so I can go and buy my family members something to replace the game consoles I had order through this company that no one can tell me if I will even receive even though on november 30th I was sent an email saying my order is on the way.

I was fortunate that I maybe one of the few that I did receive my product. But when I tried to use them they did not work as advertised. I have been trying to get them to knowledge my three messages that I have been sending to them since november 24th. All I want is to return item and get a refund. The ad seems normal except they give no information about where there located, no way to contact them other than by send them a message. They are suppose to get back to at a reasonable length of time. No sure what they mean by that since I have been sending messages since november. It would be nice to be knowledge and they stand behind there product and do a refund. I diffently will not use this website obviously they are a ripoff. People beware.

I ordered Cat Headphones for 30 dollars.
Everything went well, nothing boded trouble. Before placing the order I chatted with a nice woman called Lisa and asked her about shipping and delivery. She assured me that usually they ship very fast and my item will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Cool.
I ordered the headphones. Today is December 7th and it's been 2 months since I placed the order.
I don't know where it is. Customer service knows nothing either. Would it make any sense if I cancel my order and ask for a refund?

christmas projectors
I ordered two projectors to display Christmas lights on my house. One does not work. It is very faint and the lights are not even the same as the other projector. They are supposed to be the exact same. The projectors are quite awful. I sent an email describing the situation to them. They replied with a request for me to send a video of the projectors not working properly. I did that and have not heard back. At this point we are a month from Christmas and by the time I get a response the Holidays will be over. One projector on the house is not enough so they are useless. I want my money back. I have emailed them and have gotten no where! There is no customer service number to call.
