A manager.
It is four of us employees (at the location 40 Sharts Dr, Springboro Ohio) that are having an issue with Kyle Nuscher. He picks on everyone when the higher ups aren’t around and he’s made the environment unbearable. Every day he works he makes someone cry or picks on them all day. That is not an environment anyone wants to be in, especially teenage girls. He makes them uncomfortable and feel unwelcomed. He has made two of the young girls put their two weeks in, with the four of us ready to as well. If this problem is not solved, we will leave. It is already severely understaffed, due to Kyle. He’s made two new hires walk out just with the comments he makes to them and about them. This report will remain anonymous.
Desired outcome: to get him transferred.

I ordered the whole hog breakfast I only received two patty sausage a pancake and French toast I didn’t get my pomegranate lemonade neither. I went to the location and was meet by the manager who didn’t give her name. She was rude and unhelpful at all. I was at the location 266 highland rd east macedonia oh 44056. I went in to get everything straightened out but was met with ignorance. I will never eat at any bob evans restaurant again.

I ordered my food from Central Ave in toledo ohio my food was delivered at 815p. When I got it the food was cold or well Luke warm. The carrots were not cooked fully at all. The roast was half the portion and all fatty pieces the biscuits were over cooked and hard ... worst experience I've had and I enjoy this meal atleast once a month. I ate what I could because I was absolutely starving and at work.
Desired outcome: A replacement meal would be just fine
I'm at work and I ordered at 730 they close at 9 here and I didn't have time I was taking care of patients. But yes if I would have actually had time and could leave work I would have I work 3rd shift sooo wasn't going to happen while they were open. Hot coffee spill
On 4/3 my friend and I went into the Westerville Bob Evans at Huber Village Blvd. We placed our order and while waiting for food to arrive, the waitress came to pour us more coffee. When she poured my coffee, the lid popped off the pot and the hot coffee spilled all over the table and into my lap and on the bottom of my arms. She gave us lots of paper napkins and helped us wipe the table top off. The waitress was very apologetic and told us they would take care of our bill. We asked for ice and she promptly brought us a cup of ice. My arm had slight blistering and my lap area was very red and sore. When the waitress brought the bill to our table, she said the the manager took the coffee off our bill. Now, keep in mind, I only had oats and coffee so that was not that big of a bill. Never once did the manager come over to my table to see if I was okay. When we got to the register to pay our bill, he asked how was everything. My friend, that was with me, brought up the fact that I was burned from the coffee spill and that taking off the coffee was not really appropriate for that fact that I was burned. He did end up comping the bill with no mention of the accident or making sure I was okay. In several days the redness was gone except for the blistered area on my arm. The purpose of this email is not to get anyone in trouble, but to make sure you have a policy that Bob Evans follows when this type of thing happens to others. We felt horrible having to complain at the register about the spill and had to walk out with wet clothes. I had to go home and change before I continued on with my day. Please make sure you address this with your stores to make sure they are all attentive to this type of accident. Thank you.

Pot roast family dinner
WE ordered from the Medina OH location Store #382 on 4/5/23 at 11:29 am.
We ordered the family pot roast. We picked it up drove home and found the meal was dry beef with a small pile of sauted onions in the middle. I was expecting what I have had previously, with carrots and some broth. When I called the girl said you ordered the carrots as a side order, which we did and paid for a side order, could not get her to understand they were to be cooked in the pot roast, passed my to a manager (which I am not sure was a manager) told her the same thing she said that is the way it is and asked me if I wanted to drive back and pick up some carrots. She didn't understand what my complaint was. Your website show a picture of the meal and has carrots your description does also.
The response was "do you want to drive back and pick up some carrots.
Never again will I order from Bob Evans. This store did nothing to explain the situation or offer a reasonable apology.
Desired outcome: Explaination on why not getting the product I expected and advertised or a compensation of some value. Bad customer service.

Went to New Boston Ohio Bob Evans. Hostess rude and Server. Asked for Sweet Tea and it wasn't asked again and she said they just put sugar in it. Her attitude stunk and people behind us got under cooked food. Then when time to leave tip she showed up. My husband had to go to cashier to get our check and take home trays. I got some bogus [protected]@bob evans for rectification. It doesn't exist. Went out to relax came home worse. Not enough help and they are rude.

Dear Corporate Office,
I am here to register a complaint against your company because of an incident that occurred this morning at your Paducah, Kentucky store. I have contacted a lawyer to follow up with the complaint as I have never been so embarrassed.
I came into the restaurant about 10am that morning of the 3rd of March 2023. I saw a waitress that I know. I did not want her to hug me (Her name was Destiny) as I had recently gotten over Covid and just did not want to expose anyone. Just a precaution. My doctor’s office cleared me from being contagious on Wednesday. I was not coughing or had any other symptoms that could have caused possible transmission. I have run no fever for 5 days. The health department had told me (this is the second time I have had it) that when you have had no fever in 24 hours, you are no longer contagious. You could continue to have a positive test for several months. The recommended quarantine is 5 days. I was quarantined for that amount of time.
The manager of the restaurant came to my table and informed me that I could not stay and eat my breakfast as I had Covid. She would box my order and I had to leave, as I was not safe to be around any of the other people in the restaurant. I tried to explain that I had been cleared by the Dr. office but she would not listen and demanded that I leave. Another man was informed sitting at a table down from us the conversation and started yelling at me to get out if I had Covid and got up and went to another table. She asked me in front of everyone when I had tested positive, and I tried to explain that I had been out of the country at the time I got sick and had just taken the test on Wednesday when I arrived home.
It just happens to be that I am a Registered Nurse and I am well aware of HIPPA laws, as well as had training in protocol in the treatment of Covid. WHO GAVE HER A MEDICAL LICENSE TO DETERMINE WHEN SOMEONE IS CONTAGIOUS AND SOMEONE IS NOT?
I am expecting the termination of both of these employees, as well as compensation for what I was put through. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in all my life. I have been a long time customer of this restaurant and was treated horribly. I would never knowingly expose anyone else to this disease. I lost my identical twin sister and brother in law to covid 5 days apart. Believe me, I do not wish Covid on anyone. I would never put anyone in jeopardy. I could lose my RN license because of this. Not only did they kick me out and my boyfriend who wasn't even sick, they put our picture on facebook and told everyone what I supposedly did. This is defamation of character.
I expect this to be address promptly. I sent you this in a letter that was returned to me. I will never be in that restaurant again as long as the manager and Destiny are employed.

Service at the Bob Evans on Rt 8 in Macedonia
A group of 6 of us went to Bob Evans for lunch March 23rd around 12:00 at the Bob Evans 266 Highland Rd. Macedonia OH [protected]. When we arrived we put our name in with the manager who was at the front podium. We were on our lunch hour from work. We were told it would be about 10 minutes so we opted to wait. About 20 minutes went by and I went to the manager and asked how much longer it would be and he stated he didn't know. The party was still a the table. There was 1 other table for six available in the restaurant. When it did come available instead of seating us at the table someone put a party of 3 at the table. We were left waiting once again. They finally seated us at separate tables of 3. Not acceptable. When I saw the 3 people sitting at the table for 6 I asked the manager why they were at that table and he got very flustered and said I don't know. I didn't put them there. Not a very professional answer from a manager. Then a few minutes later the original table for 6 came open I asked to be moved to that table so we could all dine together. As we were sitting there a party of 6 came in and were seated after they moved a bunch of tables around to accommodate them. I had asked if that could be done and was told no. The entire experience was awful and very unprofessional. I will not recommend the restaurant to anyone after our experience.

I ordered country fried steak 2 sides biscuits. I also ordered hash Browns um's with sausage gravy and biscuits family style for the next day. I did not tip on the app Because I like to tip cash because of that I think They did not take time to Take care of my order my My biscuits were hard as a rock you could break them on the kitchen table I tried to call the store talk to somebody. They left me hold I gave up I am not happy What do I do

This is referencing a visit to the Bob Evans store on route 256 in Pickerington, OH on 19 March 2023 @11:00am.
1. I ordered a breakfast that included scrambled eggs, hash brown potato’s, and sausage gravy and biscuits. My food was cold!
2. I sat in a chair whose joints were loose, it was like sitting in a rocking chair. These chairs are “all” loose. I don’t know how many chairs in the restaurant are like this, but I know there are a number of them and they have been this way for several years. I have reported this to the manager in the past, but nothing has ever been repaired. In addition, there is a booth that has the framework under the seat has separated. I also reported this at least a year ago, nothing has ever been done to repair it.
Some one is going to get hurt when a chair or the booth in question fails.
Desired outcome: One would like to think that necessary maintenance would take place. One would think there was preventive maintenance program in place to correct these situations before they become problems.
Customer service
My husband took me to our favorite Bob Evans resteraunt in Ashland Ohio on March 14th ( approx 2 pm) for our 43rd anniversary. After 45 yrs of Bob Evans, we are DONE! Waited for Waitress (only 3 tables in service), then waited much longer for drinks, eventually was tossed COLD HARD biscuits at us and walked away, never looked back! The Hostess apparently is not aloud to serve a cup of coffee, he stood there doing absolutely nothing! went to counter, told him we had no more time, we want bill. waitress comes out says, "oh they must be in a hurry" and handed us a bag with out Anniversary dinners to go.. Go down road to Buellers parking lot, no Utinsels so had to go into Buellers, get spoons and eat Country fried steak and chicken dinner in car.. Never did get a warm biscuit or gravy in that bag! our favorite...Was our favorite.. WE ARE DONE! This is the second time in my life i have complained about a meal and won't be a 3rd, First was customer service in Medina Bob Evans and now another...its all in Customer Service which is Aweful anymore! Rather cook at home and buy my Bob Evans sausage at the store for my gravy! m compliments to the cook, dinner was good..

Bob Evans store mashed potatoes family size
I purchased 2 family size original mashed potatoes. I live alone and this is very convenient for me instead of making homemade, I fixed the first pack of the mashed potatoes. I am mediately noticed that they had a funny taste. It was almost a gasoline or a chemical taste. So I ended up throwing them away. Two weeks later, my grand children came over and I fix the other mashed potato. As soon as they tasted them, they said they had a funny taste. To my surprise, I sat down to eat, and I also tasted them and they had that same chemical or gasoline taste as the other one.
Needless to say, we immediately threw these out also. So I am out about nine dollars worth of potatoes that I could not even eat. I will not be buying any more Bob Evans mashed potatoes.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund. And I would like to know if anyone else experienced this. I could not be the only person, who experienced this.
Service/no workers at Canton Mi much Ave location
Hello-
We went to the Bob Evans on Michigan Ave in Canton, MI a few weeks ago and the wait was up to an hour due to not enough services so we left and did not wait.
Today, we tried again. The wait was 20 mins (we were the only ones waiting, wasn’t busy) because they had one server and one cook. We did not see a manager etc at all.
What is going on at this location?

Service at Bob Evans in Franklin indiana
The manager and one older lady waitress are losing customers at Franklin Indiana restaurant. We, and many others have stopped going in there at all simply because of this terrible waitress and we have complained to the manager to no avail
The food is good and the other wait staff are good. I realize it is hard to find help right now but I would rather wait than have this lady wait on us. There have been many complaints.
