This is the third time this has happened at this BAM location, and I won't be coming back. They push the rewards club super hard (one time the cashier even tried to guilt trip me for not signing up! - "Well, you know, a lot of stores close because of this...") and then get all pissy when you politely decline. "Well, you would have saved $10 if you were in the rewards club," in a condescending tone. I didn't hear how much the amount of charge was, and when I asked her to repeat it, she did in a very rude tone. No "have a nice day," no hint of friendliness. I work with the public too and it is NOT THAT HARD to fake it. I never have this problem at Barnes & Noble.
Desired outcome: Corrective action taken to address the cashiers at this location
Additional info: this happened today, 1/20/22, at 2:14 pm, and the cashier was Patti.
