Order not delivered and no communication
I placed an order on December 17th for a calendar. I paid over £8 for express delivery by the 22nd December. I have still not received this or any update on when to expect the calendar. I received an email on 21st December saying my order may be delayed and then no further update. I have emailed three times and messaged via social media and still have not received correspondence or a refund.
Claimed loss: £60.07
Desired outcome: I would either like my order delivered as soon as possible with compensation for the delay and lack or communication or a full refund.

I purchased these photos on photo box website and received these horribly done photos cutting off the head tops and bodies of individuals in the photo. I would like to know when I would receive my refund as this is unacceptable

Wrong dates on calendar

I ordered 4 calendars in Nov 2020.
I have given 3 out as gifts. Today I was transferring birthdays onto the new calendar when it quickly became apparent that the days and dates on the calendar are not for 2021.
We have checked and they are not 2020 either.
I wish to have 4 identical calendars issued with the correct dates on for 2021 please to replace this error.

You are not the first, it appears this is a common problem this year with calendars. What is going on...poor quality calendar with wrong days dates and year. Cant get any thing worse with a calendar.
You could as a company and as a gesture of good will refund customers monies however send new calendar.
photo album late delivery

Photo Album ordered of page that guaranteed delivery before Christmas (25th of Dec), Order was placed on the 13th of Dec (2 days before deadline for orders for Christmas Delivery), payment went out the same day.
Selected and paid for Express Delivery, delivery time estimate given was the 19th of December.
I am writing this to you at 2:30pm on the 22nd of December from Auckland NZ.
The album was supposed to be a Christmas present for my uncle who has aggressive pancreatic caner. This was a whole family picture expedition mission. We scanned pictures as old as from 1910 to give him a beautiful present on his last Christmas and you completely screwed us over with your fake promises!
I have just been on the phone tracking the parcel and it left Melbourne today at 11 am! The lady on the phone advised me that it will not be delivered until next week.
What is there to say... you are a total disappointment! Thanks for ruining Christmas for a grieving family and a dying man.
Daily emails
I have subscribed for this service and ordered some photos from www.photobox.co.uk. When I received my photos I was very disappointed with poor quality and decided not to order from them again. I'm sure I unsubscribed from them but for some reason they keep sending me daily emails! I even blocked them but that did not help. Every day I receive at least one email and my mail is already full of their spam. I asked them to stop sending me messages but they did not reply. Photobox stop sending me emails!
Rude rep and bad-quality canvas
My friend ordered premium canvas from the website www.photobox.co.uk. The seller provided all necessary info, but the delivery was delayed. Also the quality of canvas was bad, and my friend contacted the seller and started to complain, but these jerks simply shut him up. He couldn’t get money back or change the order now. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Terrible quality canvas print! Nothing like what it said it will look like on the website! So far they have not responded to my complaint to do anything about it!
Didnt receive my product
I placed an order through Photobox back in July up until today I have not received by book its now the 8/10/12. I have complained to cudo, I have phone photobox several times (after it took me 2 weeks to finally find a number to call) I have been on there instant chat help line several times spoken to different people every time and still nothing, I have been lied to, told my order was shipped and got damaged so Australia Post sent it back to be reprinted have you ever heard a bigger lie ! I was told it had been printed and sent, then told no it hadnt been printed, told it was put into urgent pile for printing 2 weeks ago, I called yesterday and guess what it hasnt been printed but again it will be put in the urgent pile and will take another 7-14 days what are they doing there, this whole time I have been complaining to Cudo & Photobox and been ignored they take your money and forget about you, they dont know their fronts from their backs. I dont want to wait any longer but like you I cant get a refund. Its beyond a joke no one wants to help. Very bad customer service

Photos delivered and 3 of them are partly shaded with a line across. The others in the order are fine. The photos were delivered yesterday 19/11/22. Ordered from yourselves before with no complaints. Just very disappointed.
Agree to all. I placed my order back in Feb. 2013 and still have not receive it. Got the voucher from Living Social spent $79 and end up with nothing. Contact Photobox and got all sort of excuses like those above, so stressed. Contact Living Social, they said they can't do anything about it because the deal is over and expired. Stay away from these companies.
i put my order 0023441 in on 28th March 2013 and its now september and i have recieved nothing. I have emailed 9 times and have not had a response. I was told it would be a proiority. Trent seems to have the same answer all the time.
every print i have sent to get done has taken anywhere from 6 to 8 months. Its ridiculous. I will never recomment them
Order no. 0022841, 80 page photobook, uploaded on the 17/2/13. Have contacted this company every week for 6months by email and phone, each time told order was in production and I would receive it within 10 days...I am still waiting...even though told was put in priority. Yes TRENT seems to be about but doesnt seem to do much work.
Some one must be able to approach this company as there are to many of us complaining for it to be ignored.
I ordered a canvas through My Photobox back in August 2012 (voucher bought via Ourdeal). 9 months later and it still hasnt arrived. I contacted their 'live help' numerous times with the only answer being they will investigate. A couple of months back i received an email saying they had missed a heap of orders and were sorry and would go through the backlog and ensure that my order was sent (and their name has changed to 'Snappy Sumo') A few weeks later i received another email (from Trent!) saying they were unable to print my order (which is a single photo on a 1mx75cm canvas), and they would issue me a new voucher and refund the delivery amount. Again i have been contacting them asking where the voucher is. And surprise surpirse no answer. I've finally had enough and asked OurDeal to refund the value, which they will do, however i lose 9 months of chasing up and the $15 delivery amount i paid direct to My Photobox/Snappy Sumo. Absolutely apalling customer service and I recommend everyone to stay away!.

After five minutes of trying to explain what wanted, I got hold of Jason (Manager). I gave him to short and to the point version of the story and he was actually okay and seemingly helpful (they're good at that!). I decided to give him another chance, he was to call me back later that day with a definite date for delivery. He never called but I did get copied into an email to his printing people asking them to please contact me to sort it out.
Anyway, the promised that I will receive my product in 14 days but now I'm sitting here trying to get on to them again as the product did not come.
As I told this Trent bloke, I don't care about the print anymore, I don't even care about the $70 odd dollars I spent on it. They've pissed me off and I won't let them get away with it...too many people are getting conned by these people.

My order #0012470 which was placed on 14/09/2012 and not yet received, I too have received the same excuses and lies about items having to be printed overseas and that they had notified customers of the delay.
Also spoke to Trent via online chat and there has been no follow up and I am extremely annoyed! Has anyone managed to take this further or to get some sort of compensation?
I placed an order back in May 2012. I had bought a voucher from Cudo. Months went by then I decided to follow it up. I got on to the online chat support and was speaking to a seemingly helpful person who assured me that my order had been received but had been delayed. It was to be printed, sent and I would receive it within 14 days. Guess what! 14 days past and nothing received.
After a few backwards and forwards emails to various contacts, I eventually got on to this "Trent" character. He informed me that my order had in fact been cancelled not long after I submitted it (contrary to the story I got from the previous contact). Apparently the cancellation was due to a formatting incompatibility issue.
Once I threatened Trent with taking the case to consumer affairs, he got me to upload the image for print with the assurance of it being a priority print. This correspondence occurred in November 2012. And guess what! Still haven't received it!
Does anyone have any contact numbers for these people? I'd love to talk to this Trent bloke. My three emails this week have gone unanswered!
