I sent the required documents (see attachments) shortly after this email was received and have not yet had a response from Trafford regarding the transfer of ownership of the royalties.

The contract owner died. Haha what did they kill him? What's the name of his book? I'm looking up everyone's book to get a idea what they say is true.

Trafford Publishing My self published book in 2003

My book was published in 2003 and I have never seen a Penney v they have stolen everything from me and then some. They have made illegal contracts with many be vendors without my consent and then they sold the book all over the world for 20 yrs and didn't pay me a cent. Talking about google a Amazon Barnes and noble WalMart many more. Huge companies that have billions. Why would they want to do this to me. Scam me out of my share which would be nothing compared to the money they have. I can't figure it out for the life of me. This goes beyond principle decency any thing you want to say about it. I'm beyond words or phrases I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm so far out of my league it's not even funny. All I want is my money and my book to be under my control and to sell my trilogy. My book has been copied and God knows what else literally hundreds of times. I see so many copy right cases and in pretty sure I have a solid case. I'm not a greedy scunbag I just want my book to get the credit it deserves as well as me. What has been done is way beyond right. My publisher stole my book and everyone else. Then everyone else copied the title and concepts 6i think that it's even been made into other books as well. From all the searching I've done I'm sure this is correct. With all of this I must have a pretty good book here. I will have to keep pursuing this because I owe it to myself. Need help

Can you believe that Trafford is getting good reviews from the complaint board? What the hell is going on with this company? There must be 100s of complaints about them and all legitimately sound. Every one is about the same thing and it couldn't be more obvious that it's all true. Yet they have the nerve to say that the company is honest, transparent and other things that are just completely ridiculous. This whole thing is unbelievable. What they have done is so blatant and wrong you would have to be deaf blind and dumb not to see what is going on. Apparently in 2011 my book sold many copies. When I asked them about it he said that it's way past the statute of limitations so too bad. To me that is admitting guilt. But it's not because they were still selling it so I have another year. But I can't get a lawyer to take the case. They have so much power that no one wants to touch them. I can't believe how much power they have. We need to get together and fight them in the supreme court. That's the only way we are going to get anywhere. They know people give up because it's just too daunting of a effort and they are just so powerful. But I have always learned something about court cases. When you have the truth on your side there's nothing that can stop you from winning. My sister's stole my inheritance because they had power of attorney and they had it planned for years. They got away with it because they made it so convoluted and they used every trick in the book. If Trafford didn't steal my royalties I could have fought them in court. I could have printed nyy trilogy. I would have kept writing. They don't even realize the damage they have done to me and they don't even care. For them to just get away with this is just too much. We can't let them out of it

The biggest problem is that now I have Google Amazon and Barnes and noble and many more involved. They were all in on the fun. Making money left and right and not having to pay any royalties. So that makes it more complicated because they don't wanna admit guilt. Not to mention bad press. I could take them all to the cleaners and go on national TV with my wonderful news about the business practices of these people. Putting a stop to the, " on demand publishing companies". Taking advantage of all these people who think they can be a author. And some definitely can. But the reality is most can't. But you have people like me who are oblivious to the publishing industry, write an asskicking book and get completely takin advantage of. Truth is they don't have my trilogy. And that's gonna sell millions. I have it and won't give it to anyone until I have a contract. If they were smart they could have been honest with me and shared the money and Intel and vee could have sold the books. I have the greatest ideas for sale of the century. Book tours morning shows everything. People love my writing. I knew that was going to happen. I didn't just write the books with absolutely no idea of what I was doing.

These guys are idiots. They were so greedy they didn't see the big picture. So now they can suck it. I will never do business with them again. And when I get my books back u will go on TV and completely destroy them. I can't wait till that happens. It's gonna be the biggest news story of the day. I'm gonna blow it way out of proportion. People are always dying for some big story. I'm gonna make this on demand book scam the talk of the month. Not to mention destroying the easy money train they've been on. Making people believe they can be an author and not telling them the truth about the dishonest behavior they have when talking advantage of people s emotions the truth is they can just go to a printer and do the same thing for less money and sell the book themselves. You don't need a publishing company to do what you can do for yourself stevekritselis@gmail.com. If they would just be honest with people it wouldn't be too bad. But it is way out of control with these people like Trafford. The problem is now you have no idea who the honest company is.

Amazon google author solutions and Walmart band n many more. They owe me million or more. The case is unlosable. And will most likely be national news. . Trafford Publishing Being charged a $75 finance and no refund yet for not agreed to republishing agreementementment i did not agree to nor sign

After weeks of conversations, I made a $575 first payment of three to republish my novel "Not Forgotten" on September 28, 2022. Afterwards I was referred to electronic link to sign which contained provisions I did not agree to or sign. So I was never provided any of the republishing services they were charging me for. About the middle of October, I asked for refund, which I've yet to receive. And now they claim $75 was non-refundable finance charge, which is ridiculous. I suggested the $75 be credit I can use for purchase of future books. I've been ignored. Meanwhile I've not yet been refunded the $499.83 not in dispute. They have questionable business practices and have not treated me very well as one of their authors. I want my entire $575 refunded.

Desired outcome: Described above.

Yep that's how they roll they made many many contracts in my name with all the vendors and who knows else. There's nothing they won't do. They made my book into a textbook which they are charging hundreds. They. Made a ebook. All kinds of stuff they must have forged my name. They are relentless. Anyway I'm trying to make a law suit against them and I need as many people as we can get. If there's a bunch of us we have a bullet proof case. I already have a bunch of people. So if you are interested I will contact you. Thanks stevekritselis@gmail.com

Trafford Publishing Book - “When You Hear The Bugle Call”

After my book, above title, by Trafford Publishing (Canada) in 2008 was published in 8.5"X11.5" size it's readability and pictures were in proper format and I was satisfied with my book.
Apparently, somewhere along the way, the company was sold to an unscrupulous entity that starting conning authors and would be authors.
Last year Trafford contacted stating they wanted to resize my book, at no cost me, so it would be a more desirable size for people to carry on airplanes, etc. I went along with it and they sent me a free authors copy which was 8.5"X5.5" and the print is barely readable and the photos are poor quality and faded. After receiving several complaints from friends and relatives who purchased the smaller size book, I contacted the company last month; stating I wanted it reformatted to it's original size. They related that I would have to resend them my original manuscript along with a an outrageous fee of five hundred dollars ($500) for them to return it to the original size. I told them they destroyed the readability for older people and those with poor eyesight and I refused to pay that outlandish fee for them to reset the format, at least to their closest size of the original. They refused.
The current book (page) margins take up half the page and the print is so ridiculously small you can barely read it without a magnifying glass! I am disgusted with the current sham of these rip off artists and demand that they return the book to its original format. They butchered it and they should correct their absurdity!

Desired outcome: Return my book to original size, quality and format.

Furthermore, TraffordPublishing, i.e. book agent “Julia Marcs” tried to con me out of $600 to have the book resized. I have argued now for several weeks being led on each step of the way to resolve my complaint and situation with one blatant lie after another by her. Five (5) weeks ago she said my free “printers copy” of resized 8.5”X11” was in the mail. I have never received it and challenged them on that fact. To test them I then said I wanted to buy ten (10) copies of the resized book at author’s price. The selling agent supposedly named, “Pepper Deschell”, tried to nearly double the cost of each copy I formerly purchased. I argued and he then only raised the original author cost $1 dollar per copy. I agreed to buy the ten (10) copies at $11 each and he transferred me on the phone to their sales department. The woman there wanted my credit card number stating that I could never get back my proposed payment for any reason!Taking that statement as extremely suspicious I demanded that I did not want any copies that were not of the new size. She suddenly returned me to “Pepper” who then stated there was a problem with filling my order. I asked him what the problem was and he would not tell me and hung up!
I then contacted “Julia” telling her that I believed she never had the new size created and was lying to me for weeks and then I ordered and demanded (in writing) that Trafford Publishing refrain from selling my book in any size, shape or manner to any and all booksellers or individuals and that Trafford’s Publishing rights to print or sell my book was thereby revoked. Now, it has been a week and they are still marketing the book at their website, Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Walmart and several other outlets!
This brazen rip off company is the lowest of the low as well as are all their employees and supervisors! Steer clear of Trafford Publishing and all “Author Solutions” subsidiaries and their schemes and scams! THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST FROM ME!

Trafford Publishing Book Publishing

I bought a 2 book deal in 2013 2014.
The first book was a disaster but we managed to get through it because of me. I complained and they gave me a small credit which I deserved.
Since than I gave them a full layout for the second book and nothing was followed The y totally did something else almost like they. new they had to delay it. The illustrations were so poor you could get sick looking at them. I am a reliable person and tried to be part of the solution. They simply do not care. They actually really don't care if this book gets done. They really ruin peoples dreams. I had a deadline for October. Its gone on for 6 months . I finally had to hire an illustrator and she can get it done in a week.

They blame it on cover and their illustrators are sick. They simply hire the cheapest labor and believe they are illustrators. Being new to the business the first round I got through but now I want my money back or for them to pay for the outside service. I can't launch my book; I'll have to wait another year before I can launch it because it's a book about chocolate which should be launching now.

Desired outcome: Pay for outside service

Trafford Publishing I've had nothing but the worse experience with Trafford Publishing.

Getting someone to respond to my email and phone calls is nearly impossible. The quality of wok they do is poor .The illustrations they came with the package I purchased is horrible. I won't be using them. I will hire a freelancer to do my illustrations instead. I paid to get another company to edit my. Ook because the other 2 books I wrote was horrible edited. Take my advice don't publish with Trafford. My experience with this company is horrible. I think I will let them keep the money Ioaid to publish my new book. I might just oay another company to publish my new book instead. Even if I decide to publish be this last book with them I will never allow them to publish any of my other books In my opening this company is trash. Dump this garbage company and find someone better.

Ok. My name is Steve kritselis. I published my book in 2003. They've been ripping me off the whole time. They told me I haven't sold one book meanwhile they've been selling it all over the world with 50 vendors I never made a contract with. I was so depressed I just thought my book must suck. But I knew it was good. So I started investigation and I found out that they were doing this to everyone. The more I digged the more I found out. They made many contracts with many vendors illegally and a whole bunch of other stuff. I'm getting tired I've been texting so many people. So I'm building a lawsuit and I'm trying to get as many people as possible. So if you are interested just send me a note and I will be in touch. stevekritselis@gmail.com thanks

I spoke with Lawrence last week about him sending me a copy via email of my late father's contract. The name of the book is titled Diabetes Epidemic & You,
Author Joseph R Kraft, MD.
I also spoke to a different person about getting the cost basis for author purchased books (the quantity discount rates) and I did not receive that information either.
I tried calling [protected] and it does go through. The operator says I need to check the number and try again. Which I have done several times.

Trafford Publishing Fraudulent theft from my bank account

Trafford Publishing contacted me about expanding my reading program (four books) which they had published in 2008.. I agreed to pay for an e-book format for my books. From that time forward, Trafford tried very hard to sell me various marketing schemes I did not want. I did agree in some minor cases, and then refused to pay for anything more. From November, 2014 to mid April, I found that money was taken directly from my bank account without my knowledge or permission. I finally succeeded in shutting down my bank account in March/April. By this time, Trafford had stolen $36, 324 00 out of my bank account. These 'billings' appeared on my bank statements several times during each month (13 billings alone in March), plus over $5, 000 in April. My bank statements were peppered with the Trafford Logo, with huge chunks of money missing from my account. There are NO names connected with this fraud, so no person or persons at Trafford can be traced. .

Trafford Publishing Con artists

Back in may 2014 after dealing with an illness i published my first book with trafford publishing. They took over £800 off me for it and that was half the original price of £1600. However, they published my book (Which was the first in a trilogy) with mistakes in it. The mistakes were not there on the final email they sent me. Then they don't pay royalties, they con you trying to buy other packages for marketing. I have never received a penny from them. I get emailf from their sister companies trying to scam me also. Then today (22nd december 2014) i find a new book out that has the same cover as my book. I am fuming from the whole experience. They took my book and crushed my dreams. Lucky for me i only signed up one book. I know people that have submitted their full series. I am hearing more and more people on my page getting scammed and i would like to know why they are getting away with it. The lists of complaints are endless. The proof is their.
