Booksi is completely a scammer website.
Booksi is completely a scammer website. if you trust them, you will lose your money and your trip will be a dream as well. Such as the 5 nights Hawaii Resort trip, the price on their AD is 399, but finally, they will charge 440+298+375=1110, and they temporarily designate the property you maybe can use is Holiday Inn (not any resort they mentioned in the ADs). The cost of this cheap hotel for 5 day is just 1000 dollars on official website, but Booksi will charge you over 1100. Even you paid everything, you can not confirm that your reservation on Holiday Inn is really booked, you must wait until 28 days ahead your trip, they said you maybe can get confirmation to tell you that you can get your hotel booked or not. means your trip during that period maybe will be cancelled or delayed again. That means you paid everything, and the price is already higher than the normally price you book on the official hotel website, but finally, you can not make your trip at all
BOOKSI scam alert
Beware: BooksI is not as it seems. Spend $345 for a 5-night stay, but be prepared for an unexpected "resort" fee of $430. You'll also face a barrage of personal questions about your income, housing, and credit status – all to determine if you qualify for their timeshare.
When you question this invasive process, they'll assure you it's all to find your perfect resort. Complain publicly, and they'll rush to offer a refund – but only AFTER you remove your negative review.
Customer service, embodied by Ivan Feito, will feign shock at your experience and promise a "free vacation" as an apology. He can't believe you were asked all these questions... "What ? Really ? Did you get the name of this person that quesntioned you...?" But don't be fooled: the promised "free" vacation comes with its own set of issues. The redemption code won't work (after 10 days of back and forth with these scammers that are hoping you'll forget about them) and when it eventually does work, you're hit with that same $430 "resort" fee -- That no-one understands about. (Except that if you don't pay there is NO vaccation, right? That's very clear except for Mr Ivan Feito (Booksi custmeer support) that still doesn't understand how they can ask for a $430 resort fee..."Wait, what?")
When you challenge them, they'll hand you off to another representative, Maria Jose Galo, who will apologize for "any confusion." But the clarification isn't clarifying: additional fees may still apply according to her.
Different speach of all the sudden.
In short, BooksI is a circus of disappointments. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle.
Recommendation: Avoid the Booki circus that souhld be removed their license.
Bait and switch
Advertise great deals then when I called about the property I reserved, I was told that it was not available. And I was not able to check the dates before I paid . Then they tried to book me at less desirable properties. Booksi took my credit card before the dates were confirmed. Also, they did not disclose the fact that this deal was a time share sales pitch. And they did not disclose the fact that in order to get the deal I had already paid for, they would require another $300. This increased the price far more than I could pay. Overall this was a scam! Buyer beware.
Recommendation: Don't use Booksi.com
Booksi is a scam! We booked a trip to Jamaica in January 2024. We paid for the trip and received confirmation, including a verbal confirmation that "we were all set". When we arrived at the resort, they had no record of our reservation; and we had no place to go. We waited for two hours for the hotel to find us a room and we had to pay an additional large sum of money to stay there.
We called Booksi and after holding on for an hour +, we never got an answer. When we got home, we called Booksi. They said they were investigating. Its mid March and we haven't heard a thing. We need a refund for the money we were charged.
I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau about this matter.
Stay away! Deceptive trade practices and fraudulent inducement
SCAMMMM! Stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. They tell you you have 18 months to use their trip, but when you attempt to use what you paid for, you're told "not available", "travel at this time", or "you can only get 3 nights instead of 4 or 5". They take your money then when you're unable to use the trip as originally told (whenever you want to travel) they refuse to provide you with a refund. Well you told me I could book whenever and now you're telling me I can only travel when YOU say. Nope, that's deceptive and fraudulent inducement. Had I known my schedule would have to be approved by them prior to, I would NOT have purchased ANYTHING! Plus, when you make the purchase with Booksi, it's actually Monsterrg that takes your money and who you have to do the booking through. They are a shell corporation that scams innocent individuals out of $500+ for trips they will never be able to use. They then fail to disclose any of the aforementioned information or their refund policy leaving you unaware when you demand a refund. Their representatives will not allow you to speak with a supervisor because they aren't onsite.? The representative I spoke with actually forgot to put his phone on mute and told another representative, "I just want to go home"...WOW! Great service there Lorenzo!
Booski vs Monster bait and switch
I booked a reservation with Booski.
Booksi then sent to a page that says Action Required where it told me to call and 844 number to confirm. After waiting about 10 minutes on hold I was connected to what I thought was Booski.
Omarian Bell started asking me to confirm questions and then asking more in-depth questions like what my income is and asked about my husband. I am not married and in no way did I say I was married.
Omar got upset and began arguing with me. He explained that I could not get this charge reversed since I was on a recorded line and already admitted to making the charge. I let him know that I believe this to be a fraudulent experience. We went round and round with him telling me I would have to pay this charge no matter what I did since I said to him that I understood. I explained I made a charge with Booksi and not Monster...
I was put on hold to get a supervisor and then told I would still have to pay. After some more arguing I was transferred to another supervisor who said he had been listening in on the line. Apparently he only listened for a few seconds when I refused to go thru everything that we had discussed since it was 'on a recorded line'.
Micheal Baumann, was the supervisor that finally got on to the line with me. He asked why I wanted to cancel. I explained that it is a lie. I did not book with Monster Reservations. Micheal said that they are the same company. He then said they are sister companies.
"We are the same company," said Micheal. He then offered me another vacation for no charge.
He kept referring to my vacation package. I was booking a room, not a vacation package.
After over an hour on the phone and finally speaking to Micheal I was transferred back to Omar to get a full refund.
I was told I would receive the refund thru my email. Omar got much nicer with much less attitude at the end of the call. He asked me to leave him a 5 star review. I told him I would do my best. If he works as hard to get a 5 star review as I had to work to get a refund I will for sure change this review!

Scam.. Company makes it impossible to cancel
Hung up on twice once I said I wanted to cancel my package. Once somneone finally didnt hang up, she spent 45 mins trying to convinvce me to stay, even after I said no 100 different times. Took 45 mins to for the girl on the line to continue to tell me "there are other options we can offer, and give you a partial refund". This conitnued until I hung up because she would not answer me when I asked for a full refund. This is clearly a company practice as 3 reps all acted in the same manner. Upper level did not respond to 2 seperate emails until I left a bad review. FIgures...

This site is a big scam
I purchased a travel package through booksi.com to go to Savannah Ga and to stay ate the Embassy Suites. You have to call in to booksi to reserve the dates you want. After calling multiple times and after spending hours on the phone trying to reserve my dates I was told none of the dates I selected were available even though they showed available on the Embassy Suites website. The customer service reps told me I could go to a time share in Hilton Head instead of the Embassy Suites where you have to sit through a sales pitch for the time share location. Every customer service rep told me different stories and none could honor the package I purchased. This is a scam to try to sell you a time share. They don’t offer refunds either. This is the biggest scam I have seen don’t book through booksi.com
Recommendation: Do not purchase a travel package through booksi.com
Hi Samuel, our customer support team will contact you as Booksi does not have any blackout dates however due to our popularity of our deals some dates high in demand dates like holidays/school vacation will sell out. You will be refunded 100% of your money.
They are scamers. Run away from them!
Never ever trust booksi,
We had the worst experience with them.
We booked an 80% off Black Friday package with them. but the next day one of their agents called my sister to confirm our booking. First they told her that we need to pay the same amount again upon our arrival to Cancun, Mexico as a hotel fee. That was the first red flag for us. Then they started asking a lot of questions about her job, her income, her marital status, if she has ever been married or divorced, if she has a copy of her marriage/ divorce agreement to show to the resort/hotel, if she has a boyfriend, partner or common law and they put her under pressure to answer those questions and they told my sister that this is part of their policy to ask clients those questions which was very wrong and suspicious for us. The second red flag. When my sister refused to answer all those nonsense questions, she was told by the agent that they would cancel our package with no refund. They were calling from different places in the world with different phone numbers. For us this company and what they do is a scam.
Please be careful before sending them any money or personal information. You may pay a couple hundred more travelling with a legitimate and legal company but you make sure that you are safe.
Recommendation: Booksi is scam. I never recomend it to anybody.
Don't be lured in!!!!!
Booksi advertised a 5 day stay at a Radisson in Gatlinburg TN for a deposit of $25 and full price of $199. I did not have an email set up yet so my traveling buddy booked. Not only did they take the $25 but went further to take the full amount and then tried to take the full amount again. Luckily, my friend got a refund. I wish I had found the reviews here earlier!
Recommendation: Too good to be true, run the other way!!!!!
They have not yet refunded money they assured.
I booked with Booksi in Nov 2022.
In Sept. 2023 I called to finalize the dates for the trip to Wyndham Cancun.
On the phone they shamelessly told me I cannot go there as I do not meet their policies and regulations.
After much 'back and forth' they assured me to refund my $448.83 in a week.
I am still waiting after nearly four weeks.
Looks like they will keep my money and not refund the amount they assured !
They are liars and cheats and there is nothing I can do to hold them accountable.
Please help !
Recommendation: Beware of the 'Bait and Switch' this firm is doing.ing.
Dispute the credit card charge
Scam. They keep adding charges….
What a fiasco. I paid the 199+ $16 vacation insurance. Then you have to call in and see if the days you want for a vacation is available at the hotel that you just paid for. Mine was not available. No weekends only throughout the week. Then when I called in they added another $150 and another $99 which they totaled to $271 which obviously it doesn’t. They told me I would get the $150 back when I attended the presentation. They sent me an email saying no resort fee and no parking fee and then several days later sent me another email that said no resort fee but $180 for a parking fee. Then I get an email that says I owe $96. When I inquired as to what that was for, I was told that was the tax on the two hour presentation that I had to take, which is the very people that were supposed to return 150 to me. When I asked what the $99 was for I was told it was white glove treatment, but nobody could explain to me what that meant. One person that I talk to told me that part of the $99 was vacation insurance. I wanted to cancel because they kept adding charges. Then they told me I would have to pay daily taxes on the hotel room when I got into San Diego. I wonder what those taxes would be as it’s California? I want to cancel and now they won’t give me my money back for anything even though it’s two weeks before I was supposed to travel. They told me they’ll keep everything for the next time I want to travel. What if I don’t want to use them again? So I am out of almost $500 now? I would never ever use them again and I would recommend that you don’t either. And nobody can give me an answer as to why I paid $16 for travel insurance and why part of the 99 ( vacation insurance) is not covering me being able to cancel.
Recommendation: Don’t use them
I have the same problem, total crooks. Bait and switch artist, I did not even get the location I paid for. Then they tell you that you need to go to 180 minute presentation for a time share!
Scam travel site
I purchased this voucher back in April 2023 and tried to book for November 2023 (today is August 2023) and realized the following:
- I'd be expected to partake in a two (2) hours long presentation of the hotel group and their timeshares.
- They would run a credit check to "confirm what offers I'd qualify for".
- They could not confirm which of the three available hotels I'd be staying at.
- They could not book all four of my nights but only three, blaming the availability to not allow for it. I looked online at the hotel website and they could accept a full-price booking for these dates.
- I'd have to pay a $150 refundable deposit on my booking, and $99 "white glove" service fee + $40 per night tourist tax.
Not to mention I wasted almost an hour trying to make this reservation.
Recommendation: Stay away from Booksi.com
Scamming
Booked a vacation to Myrtle Beach the add failed to tell me that me and my spouse had to attend a 2 hour seminar and on top of that when I went to book My days of stay they wanted more money basically they make you believe your getting a deal on a family vacation when in fact they just want to get more money out of you I wouldn't suggest anyone use booksi.its a scam to get you to buy a time share thats All
Recommendation: Go ahead and see but I wouldn't
This is a scam,do not fall for this, they just want you give your information and use you for marketing.
They want to use you for marketing purpose only.
They will ask you everything from your love life to your salary without asking you if you do not make $60000 a year you will not qualify for your trip promotion, they will say that the date you have chosen to travel ,there is no avaliable lodging for you, then they will propose you some date you do no want to spend y for our trip.
When you asked why they do not asked the conditions to be qualify the trip before, they said it is what it is,the company ask them to do so.
I cancel my trip i am going somewhere else without any headache.
Recommendation: Book directly to the lodging owner ,no third party.
Go to the lodgings owner ,not to the third party
They are a literal scam
They're a scam, Booksi took our money and never provided us the vacation. They never called us. They ignored our calls to them.
When we tried to get a chargeback (because they literally took our money and ghosted us, never followed up), then suddenly they send us fake messages pretending to "want to book our vacation". We replied to them but got no response back. I'm 99% positive they used these messages to be able to tell our credit card company "See? We followed up with them". But they did not reply at all when we replied back to them.
They are scammers, and they also have a very sophisticated system of avoiding chargebacks/outsmarting consumers on chargebacks. They're literally predators, hyenas and their reviews are fake. Stay away
agree...
Avoid Booksi
I originally booked this vacation in April and 233 dollars was charged to my AmEx card. In May, I booked the vacation in Myrtle Beach as advertised. I was booked into a different hotel as the one advertised. I had to give them another credit card number for confirmation and was charged another 260 dollars. I called customer service and spoke with Diane B. She spent the entire time telling me I didn't listen closely enough to the instructions and basically told me the vacation that was advertised for 199 dollars was costing me approximately 500 dollars. What a scam.
Recommendation: AVOID
They are now inundating me with offers and emails wanting me to remove the bad review. I wouldn't trust this company with another moment of my trust. They are offering vouchers and packages that I'm sure will cost me a lot more in the long run. The package I signed up for was not what I received and there were all kinds of fees that made the package cost 3 times as much as advertised. And they wait a year and expect me to forget how the lied and a misled me? I don't think so.
do read their reviews at https://www.trustpilot.com/
Scam
I paid last year for a Booksi (Booksi charges are paid to Monster Reservation Group) package of 5 days / 4 Nights at Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts. Today I tried to make a reservation for this property for August 9 to August 13, 2023. I called your reservation hotline number of [protected] and gave my reservation code.
I was told the property is all booked up August 9 to 13 and was told I could stay at the Wyndham Hampton Inn in Stroudsburg PA instead. This is a hotel without all the amenities that we were offered- access.booksi.com/pocono…...
I asked when could we stay at the Pocono Mountain Villas and I was told it is booked all of August. We really wanted to try the Pocono Mountain Villas and we were considering buying a timeshare there. We weren't interested in a timeshare or even staying at a hotel such as the Wyndham Hampton Inn, especially one without a kitchen. We were also told we would have to attend a timeshare presentation for an unspecified Wyndham property which we may not have even been interested in. I was told we needed to pay a refundable deposit of $250 on top of what we already paid for the Booksi Pocono Mountain Villas 5 days 4 nights package. I was told $100 would be taken off this amount if I am subject to a rescheduling fee. I was also told there would be an additional charge I wasn't aware of for $40 a night for taxes and fees. I was told I'd get a $100 Visa gift card for all my troubles which I fear we'd never get with the vacation bait and switch. I ended up reserving elsewhere.
Corey Mays from Monster Reservation Group reached out to me. He asked when can he call us back to make our reservation. We didn't hear back. We tried calling him and were told they can only make outgoing calls. We were on hold a long time and got someone else on the phone. They asked my number and said they would call back which they did not do. First we get told the place we want to book in the Poconos is not available. When we complain we are told it is available but we made other reservations by then. Now we try to reserve the Tropicana in Las Vegas which is listed here access.booksi.com/tropic…... Then we are told it is not available and we get a list of other hotels available for reservation. They also said no complementary breakfast which was listed at this link. We are told they may not be available and we may have to stay somewhere else. Then we kept getting hangups from Monster Reservation Group. Then Devin Davis of Monster Reservation Group told me we can get the Tropicana but unlike the promotion which says 5 days 4 nights it is 4 days 3 nights! We also had previously been promised a $100 Visa gift card for all our troubles he knew nothing about. We were told there would be no resort fee on our reservation which I wondered if was true.
This has been resolved
Comments board doesn't allow removal
We were able to get our Vegas reservations for the desired dates and location in writing.
Zero stars - complete scam
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT purchase anything from this site, it's a total scam. I purchased a 4-night stay in St Pete back in Dec. You have 18 months to book. I booked last Monday, only to be told I need to call them. When I called I was told they only had 3-night stays available FOR THE ENTIRE 18 MONTHS. I was planning a trip in Nov, not over the holiday, and was told this was their busy season. I will not go into detail as that conversation was 1 hr and 52 mins long. Making promise after promise of "giving" me a 7-night stay since they could not fulfill what they promised. However, I could only choose Atlantic City or Cancun NOT St Pete Beach where my family and friends live. Oh, and I would be responsible for all the taxes and resort fees. Then I called back on Thurs to be on hold again for 23 mins, for another 25 min conversation where I was told they would give me $150 credit to my original payment so I could book the extra night on my own to get the 4 nights I paid for. Unfortunately, I was at work at the time of this call and had to cut the call short, I was told someone would call me back at 8pm my time, no call. I called back the next day to be on hold for over 30 mins to be told I was issued a $150 credit to use on a future purchase. Why would I want that!?!?!?! Be advised, they say you are booking thru Booksi; however, some third party is who they say "is now handling" all reservations and they are not responsible for my Booksi reservation. I am still fighting the fight and trying to get what I paid for, but I am very confident that will not happen. Unfortunately, at the time of my booking there were no complaints on the BBB that I saw, but there are some now and I will be another one. I will blast this SCAM all over social media. AGAIN, DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THESE SCAMMERS LIKE I WAS! I'm usually better than this. They refuse to give me a refund.
Recommendation: DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID
Booksi Review: Scam Alert! Beware of Hidden Charges and Forced Presentations
So, I recently bought a package from Booksi for $199 and boy, was I in for a surprise! My Amex contacted me and informed me that there was a charge of $199+ and another charge of $500+ attempting to be made. I was like, "What the heck?!" and immediately declined the $500+ charge. Thankfully, Amex was able to decline it.
The next day, I was all excited to book my hotel stay, but when I called the number provided, it went to a 3rd party who asked me all sorts of personal questions like my marital status and income. I was like, "Why do you need to know all this?" and they told me that I needed to attend a presentation for 90-120 minutes at the hotel. I was like, "What? I only signed up to stay at the hotel and nothing else!"
To make matters worse, the 3rd party refused to refund me and the initial site didn't even have a number to contact them. I mean, seriously, what kind of scam is this?! I feel like I've been duped and I wouldn't recommend Booksi to anyone.
Good thing I changed banks because they had me call before they would secure my reservation and wanted more money from me also totally agree what a scam and refused to return my money
Beware of Booksi.com: A Review of a Vacation Scam
I gotta tell ya, folks, I was really excited when I stumbled upon Booksi.com. I mean, who wouldn't be? They were offering some seriously amazing deals on vacations that seemed too good to be true. But, as the saying goes, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
Now, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, so I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. I mean, what did I have to lose? They guaranteed a full refund if I cancelled within 7 days. So, I went ahead and made my purchase, thinking I had hit the jackpot.
But, boy, was I wrong. As soon as I tried to schedule my reservation, I was put through a crazy and hard to follow sales pitch. And before I knew it, I was charged double what was advertised. I couldn't believe it! And when I tried to get my money back, they refused to return the new charges. They said I could transfer those to another vacation in the future... but who knows if I'd get charged AGAIN!
Let me tell you, folks, this is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I learned my lesson the hard way, and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. So, save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from Booksi.com.

booking at Holiday Inn Club Vacations At Orange Lake Resort.
I am completely disappointed with Booksi! I have purchased this offer for 3 nights in the Holiday Inn Club Vacations At Orange Lake Resort and you have made me waste my time in many different calls, giving the same information over and over again for NOTHING! You have cheated on me because your advertisement is FAKE! First, I receive a confirmation, later you say you don´t have the date I want available. Then, you say I am not eligible because I am not an American citizen but you have never said that on the previous calls!
I don´t trust Booksi anymore! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! You LIE to the costumers!
Every call is a different lie! You are very contradictory and don´t keep your word!
Shakira and Robin were some of the attendants and they never gave me the right information!

Booksi additional fees
Booked and paid for trip to Tennessee ...couple mths later (had not yet booked dates) got a call from Booksi to assist with scheduling. At that point they asked for additional fees amounting to more than original trip price, ( $274 and original was stating this was for reservation fee and trip cancelation insurance (which I would not have agreed to initially). I feel this is to say the least very deceptive business practice. I talked to three different "reps" who all explained the same details that this was "normal"...Could not get my original reservation fee back, (additional was $274 original was $237) they said too much time had passed. Even the fine print does not give detail on what the total amount of extra fees are...Buyer Beware

Booksi false advertising
I phoned Booksi on November 17, 2023 to schedule an advertised rate of $499 to stay at the Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort from March 5 to 10, 2025. I called twice around that time to do the required confirmation and was told it was too early and they did not have the ability to book that far in advance. Then I called them on April 6, 2024 and I wa...

Vacation Package
I bought a vacation package on March 7, 2023, and had two daughters also buy them (same date) so we could have a weekend together. Only when I tried to book on 11/29/23 did they tell me it's "not eligible" for "group" travel. I asked for a refund and was told I was not eligible for a refund.
The information originally provided was misleading and I would like a refund of $233.33 (x3) for Reservation ID's 518215 (Kristine De Blaey), 521048 (Ashley Schnelle), and 520430 (Brooke De Blaey). These are my and my daughters payments (though I'm filing on behalf of them as I actually paid the money).

Booksi lures you in, but does not give all the details. There are a LOT of restrictions you are not told until you cannot get a refund. I would not recommend using them.
All these agencies or so called travel booking sites are the same. Their sole intention is to lure you with cheap advertising on Facebook and then scam you by withholding information till you commit with your credit card. Then they have your, money. Daylight crooks and thieves.

I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding my recent reservation and subsequent charges for a stay at the Grand Oasis Cancun. I was supposed to go next month on a trip with my mom. The person who called (after they upcharged me to have a better adults only hotel) called a month before we are supposed to leave to "go over things". They tried to tell me in terms and conditions it says I have to bring someone who lives with me. This is not outlined in terms and conditions. throughout the process they are never available to talk to, put you on hold for hours and then try to say you have not followed the promotional guidelines at the end of everything. Not I am trying to get the money back for a trip bought a year ago through my bank because they refuse to answer my calls or answer my emails.
Desired outcome: I want my money back as this company is fraudulent.
Booksi/Monster travel agency
I signed up with booksi.com/Monster in April and was charged almost $400 and promised the GRAND OASIS CANCUN. Once I called to confirm my dates they told me at this time the resort isn't available, and I should call back in May, which I did. Guess their's answer to fulfill my requested dates. Call back next month! NOW it's September and they offered me a different shady resort in Cancun with additional charges of over $400. I just had it with this company and I am fighting with them right now to get my money back. Stay away from these people, please and save yourself a lot of arrangements. They are a SCAM and SHADY! THEY NEED TO BE EXPOSED FOR THEIR SHADY DEALS.
Trip to Charleston NC
I tried to book my stay today via booksi. (4 nights, 5 days in Charlotte)
I was told I did not make enough money to go... however I did recieve a reservation number. They denied my booking because I do not make 0oer 50,000 dollars year
This was not apparent when I paid my MONSTER RESERVATIONS GR
Dispute Amount: $245.43
They don't even identify themselves as booksi
MONSTER indeed.
Tried to get a refund over the phone, and can't. Really not anyplace I wish to go nw that I know they are a scam.
Desired outcome: I submitted a complaint to BOA. We will see if I get my refund
Booksi billing issue
I made one booking with Booksi.com and then paid them 5/6/2023 $453.93, they overcharge me the first time for $99 which they issued the refund on 5/6/2023.
After I went through the process I found that all commitments and things were lying, I immediately ask them to cancel my service, and they send me confirmation on 5/9/2023 that all services are canceled and they issue me a refund.
However, upon checking they never send me $354.93, and last many days I am trying to recover my payment from them and file a dispute with my bank, Not sure first time the bank refunded the mistake money to them, then I explain that I never took render their services. They file another dispute.
When I called many times their customer service they are keep stating that they issue all the refunds to me whereas one payment of $354.93 was never refunded to me, another personnel said if I cancel the chargeback they going to refund the money to me, and after I was in process to cancellation of my chargeback from the bank, found they lied and they said we will not refund any money to you as we paid everything to you.
My bank is saying they never received the money, neither me nor Bank, so where the money is, the Booksi (Monster Travel Group) forcing me to take their services which I do not want my money back $354.93 which is with them asap refund back via chargeback.
Desired outcome: Need my money back as services are not rendered or no interest to go with this provider as it is fraud/scam
Stay Away from Booksi and Monster Booking: A Nightmare Experience
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough time with Booksi and their buddy Monster Booking. I ended up shelling out way more than I expected - like, over three times the advertised price - and then my reservation got cancelled not once, not twice, but THREE times. Can you believe it? I sure couldn't. Now I'm in the middle of a whole thing with my credit card company, trying to dispute the charges and get my money back. But if that doesn't work out, I'm gonna be out a whole $1500. Plus, I had to fork over another $500 just to change my airline tickets. It's a real mess, let me tell you. So, uh, yeah. If you're thinking about using Booksi or Monster Booking, I'd say steer clear. It's just not worth the hassle.
Stay away
This is way I use a real Travel Agent, I use AAA all the time, Never had a issue!
Why...
Stay Away from Booksi: Shady Extra Charges and Refund Hassles
Yo, so I gotta tell you about my experience with Booksi (booksi.com). It was not good, my friend. I was trying to book a trip and these guys were working with Monster.com, which I thought was legit. But then, when I went to confirm my trip, they hit me with some extra charges that I wasn't expecting. And get this, they told me there would be even more charges when I got to my destination! That's some shady stuff right there.
So, I was like, "No way, Jose. I'm outta here." I cancelled my trip and tried to get my money back. But guess what? These guys are holding onto my cash like it's their own personal piggy bank. They won't give it back to me, no matter how many times I ask. It's like they think they can just take my money and run.
But I'm not gonna let them get away with it. I had to get my credit card company involved just to get my money back. It was a huge hassle and a major headache. So, take my advice and stay far away from Booksi. They're not worth the trouble. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Disappointing Experience with Booksi: Cancelled Trip and No Refund Policy
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Booksi. I had a trip all planned out and everything, but then they went and cancelled it less than a month before I was supposed to go. They said it was because the hotel was gonna be under construction or something, but that's not my problem! I already paid for my reservation and everything. And get this - they wouldn't even give me my money back! They said I could switch to a different place, but it was gonna cost me an extra $180 just for parking. Like, what the heck? Or I could cancel and only get back my $150 deposit. That's not fair, man. They're the ones who messed up, not me. I feel like they broke our agreement or whatever you wanna call it. They didn't hold up their end of the bargain, so why should I have to suffer the consequences? Not cool, Booksi. Not cool at all.
Cautionary Tale: My Frustrating Experience with Booksi.com's Hidden Fees and Policies
I recently had an experience with Booksi.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had spoken with an agent named Taylor who informed me that I would need to pay an additional $150, which would be refunded to me at check-in in the form of an American Express card. This was already a red flag for me, as I had not been made aware of this additional fee before.
To make matters worse, Taylor also informed me that I had missed the 7-day required period to cancel my reservation. This was news to me, as I had not been informed of any such requirement when I made the reservation. On top of all of this, I was told that I would be required to attend a 2-hour sales speech during my stay.
Feeling frustrated and misled, I asked to cancel my entire reservation. However, Taylor informed me that this was not possible due to the 7-day cancellation policy. It felt like a classic "bait and switch" situation, and I was left feeling like I had been taken advantage of.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering booking with Booksi.com to be wary of hidden fees and policies that may not be clearly communicated. While the website may offer enticing deals, it's important to read the fine print and ask questions before committing to anything. In my experience, the customer service was not helpful or accommodating, and I would not recommend this site to others.
Booksi's Cheap Vacation Scam: Buyer Beware!
I bought a cheap vacation from Booksi, but when I tried to book it two weeks later, they told me I had to pay $200 and go to a timeshare thing. I wanted to cancel, but they said I only had a week to do it. I tried to get my money back with my Capital 1 Visa, but they said no. Now I'm stuck with a vacation I can't even use. And to make things worse, Booksi doesn't even have a phone number anymore. You can only email them. It's a real bummer.
Terrible Experience with Booksi: False Advertising and Scam Tactics
I gotta say, my experience with Booksi was just terrible. I was trying to plan my vacation and thought I'd give them a try. I picked out the days I wanted to go and bought my ticket, thinking everything was all set. But then they told me I had to call to confirm my reservation. So I called, and what do they tell me? They don't have any availability for the days I picked! Can you believe that? And then they try to offer me something else in the area, but it's gonna cost me almost $1,300 in "taxes". What a scam, right?
I was so mad, I asked for a refund right then and there. And let me tell you, I'm never gonna believe in the ads they run again. I mean, why even bother advertising if you can't deliver on what you promise? I'm definitely not gonna buy anything from this company ever again. It was my first time trying them out, and it's gonna be my last.
Booksi Review: Disappointed with Advertised Location for Ski Trip in Lincoln, NH
So, I was really excited to try out Booksi for my recent ski trip to Lincoln, NH. However, I was a bit disappointed when I found out that the advertised location for lodging was not actually where we ended up staying. Instead, we had to drive 25 to 30 minutes each way each day to stay at a 2.5 star hotel. This was a bit of a hassle, especially since we had to load and unload our ski equipment and gear each day we were on vacation.
To make matters worse, we were traveling in the White Mountains in the winter, where it snows on a frequent and regular basis. This made the drive to and from our hotel a bit treacherous at times, and definitely added some stress to our vacation.
Overall, I would say that Booksi was not as advertised. While the website made it seem like we would be staying right on the mountain, the reality was quite different. If you're planning a ski trip and want to stay close to the slopes, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Booksi Review: Shady Business Practices and Misleading Prices
I recently tried to book a vacation through Booksi and let me tell you, it was not a smooth experience. They promised me 5 nights at Villa del Palmar Cabo, but when I arrived, I was booked at Los Cabos Golf Resort instead. Not exactly what I had in mind for my vacation.
To make matters worse, the price I was quoted was $399.00, but when I received my bill, it was actually $747.15. That's a huge difference! And when I tried to call the phone number attached to my confirmation text, I couldn't even get through. The message said the call could not be completed as dialed.
After waiting on hold for over an hour, I finally got through to customer service using their automated call back feature. But even then, the agent told me I had to attend a presentation and pay an additional $281.27. I was not happy about this and asked for a refund, but no one has responded to my request.
Overall, I have to say that Booksi seems like a pretty shady organization. I wouldn't recommend using them for your vacation needs.
Booksi.com Review: Deceptive Sales Pitch and Poor Customer Service
So, I recently decided to book a trip to Lincoln NH through Booksi.com. I was pretty excited when I saw the sale they had going on, but I should have known it was too good to be true. You see, they failed to mention that in order to take advantage of the deal, I had to attend a 120 minute time share sales meeting. Now, I don't know about you, but I'm not really interested in buying a time share. And to make matters worse, they also neglected to tell me that I had to pay an additional "refundable deposit" of $150.00 just to secure my place in the sales pitch meeting.
But, being the trusting person that I am, I went ahead and booked everything with the additional fees. Imagine my surprise when I received my confirmation email and found out that I was booked in a Fairfield in Hotel that was 25 to 30 minutes away from the resort. I mean, come on! If I'm going to attend a time share sales meeting, the least they could do is put me up in a hotel that's close by.
Needless to say, I was pretty upset about the whole thing. I spent a whopping 58 minutes on the phone trying to cancel the entire trip. And to make matters worse, I'm still waiting for my refund.
Overall, I would say that my experience with Booksi.com was less than satisfactory. They failed to disclose important information about the deal, and their customer service was less than helpful. If you're thinking about booking a trip through them, I would advise you to proceed with caution.
Booksi: A Scam Company Selling Inadequate Space Availability
This company, Booksi, is a complete scam. I cannot believe the amount of money I wasted on a four night stay in New Orleans. I paid a whopping $240.33 and didn't even get what I paid for! It's important for people to know that the good reviews you see are fake and the reviewers are bots. If you do some digging, you'll find that they're not real people at all. This company sells more dates than they actually have available space in hotels. It's a classic bait and switch tactic that they use to lure people in.
I really think that the attorney general's office should investigate this company for fraud. They're just like those other vacation resort companies that sell packages with inadequate space availability. It's not fair to the people who are trying to plan a nice vacation and end up getting scammed.
Overall, I would not recommend using Booksi for any kind of travel planning. It's just not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money. Stick to more reputable companies that have real reviews from real people. Don't fall for the fake reviews and bots that Booksi uses to trick people into booking with them.
Reservations scheme
I paid $189.83 total for 5 days and 4 nights called to confirm dates they then states that I have to pay an additional $280 to hold my dates and a deposit none of that is listed.. I just want my money back at this point.. money is tight when people think they’re getting a deal in the end they are not it’s scheme scam they let you check in hotel and then once you called to finalize your dates they tell you the dates are not available
Desired outcome: Refund my $189.83
