Bright star 90 day warranty
These company sucks and the process is horrible. You have to return the defective phone they sent you and then wait a long time for a replacement device. I liter called them over 100 times in the past week. The agents repeat the same thing and when you ask for a manger they always say the isn't one around. Ok all my calls they have said no manager available. Which is pretty ridiculous to me. Never again will I purchase a. Phone off boost site because bright is horrible
My card was used for fraudulent purchase
On August 31 my Master Card was used fraudulently at several establishments - the largest one was yours for $688.99. The last four digits of my card are 7863. I've contacted the fraud department of my bank, shut down my card and contacted the Fillmore County Sheriff. Is there any way you can cancel this purchase? Thank you

I am done with Boost mobile because even though i have insurance and i bought a defective phone they will not give me a new one! They say they dont cover defective phones! But other Boost people say they do! I want a new phone! It is not my fault i bought a defective phone! And i can not return it to the store i got it from because i moved from that state! And the 1 year manufacturer warranty isnt no good because they refuse to give me a new phone! So im stuck with a defective phone which isnt right!

My name is yessenia morales and I have been trying to boost up and everytime I tried it saids that I do quified to but when I submit my information it doesnt let me I have spoken to a lot of representatives and they keep telling me the same thing over first they said that I have a unpaid balance to sprint but I spoke to sprint and they said I dont have any account with them and now they saying that they cant verify the information that I provided which is my personal information my identity my phone is [protected] and my address is 3200 decatur ave apt 1c I was trying to get the iphone 8 threw boost because the phone I have now keeps closing on me and over heating im so frustrated with this

I recently switched to boost (bad move on my part). I bought an lg stylo 4 and brought my number with me. well the phone lasted just about 2 weeks and stopped working, have not even made a payment yet smh. No i didn't buy insurance but a brand new phone don't last 2 weeks i believe no insurance needed that's just wrong take care of your customers not to mention i believe there some kinda law against that in the us. stopped back at boost store they basically say to me oh well buy another one .. HAHA yeah right not gonna happen.. angry i left went to next place took my number gotcheap phone and fig lesson learned BOOST SUCKS ..That's nothing compared to what happens next smh.. so i get ahold of lg and they tell me send stylo back they investigated admit fault and fix and return stylo. so I call boost to unlock my phone. this is where it gets crazy. So i am talking to someone i can't understand nothing except sry i understand but 12 months minimum before unlock ..First of all you sold me a phone that couldn't make it two weeks what a joke. well we go back and forth wasting my time no doubt ..i finally start to demand to speak with someone higher up she complies and a manager or whatever gets on says same as first lady well we go back and fourth a bit . then she says ok sir call this number they will unlock your phone we cant do it here . so i ask for a call reference number she gives me one. i try to reassure that what she is now saying is accurate she asures me once again. i hang up call fake number HOW DOES BOOST EVEN STAY IN BUISNESS LIKE THIS. and the ref # was a fake.. i have proof the conversation was recorded on both sides im sure .., call boost again they did the hr on phone talk to few people and astill won't unlock my phone. I'm absolutely livid. how boost conduct buisness threw every step. was absoulty junk . i am not done i will fig out my next move and won't give up its the principle now
Not being able to use the phone while using internet
I switched from MetroPCS to boost a few months ago to get the pre owned iPhone 7, only to discover that boost service within itself don't allow you to talk and be on Facebook at the same time but why? This is the only issue I have because all other carriers allow you to surf the net and talk on the phone at the same time and that's pissing me off so bad! I hope y'all got a change coming very SOON because a lot of people like myself isn't feeling this part at all!
I switched to boost to better my service, and how is it that any other carrier has their service to where you can use google while you talk on the phone and Boost is the only carrier that don't allow that and its sad! I have an iPhone 7 that I can't surf the net and talk on the phone at the same time and that really pisses me off! I hope y'all making a change to please y'all customers before people start switching from Boost!🤷🏽♀️
Unlocking my device
10 days ago, 5 business days, I called Boost and asked to have my daughters phone unlocked. She paid in full 407 days ago so it is eligible. Every supervisor says the same thing and I've wasted countless hours. The WORST customer service I've ever dealt with! They wouldn't even provide me with employee info. I would never reccomend this company!
Hacks left in the name of boost mobile
Second time a 50 dollar charge has been deducted from my bank account fraudulent from boost mobile! Don't see how my cell phone was hacked to the point they couldn't trace me as a customer nor did my cell phone number ever exist. Thus leading me to cricket a whole other carrier.
Must be from the boost hack and boost lacking any tech support to close windows left open upon exiting customers and accounts seeming closed so where is the fix. If boost mobile is playing games they are sure to be brought at least to a hearing to be made aware and implement fixes as well as fines for the lack of customer care likely violating standards in place.

Employee theft
One of your employees who stated he is the store manager at boost mobile. The store at 507 Main Street in Malden, MA. 02148 has been stealing money from the register. On multiple occasions he has taken money from the register which I have witnessed. He claims he takes the money one day and returns it the next. I have never seen him return money to the register.

Boost Mobile is the absolute WORST company in the world to deal with. They do nothing but lie and provide absolutely ZERO SERVICE.
I have used a Boost Mobile Hotspot Netgear Fuse) for several years without problems. A few weeks ago I purchased 10 GB of data for $50. My hotspot died less than a day later. That when this nightmare began. I called Boost Mobile (hereafter justifiably referred to as BM) who eventually, after many, many phone calls, decided a new SIM card was needed. They promised to send me here at the campground in New Jersey where we are staying. A week later, nothing has arrived. I called BM again, and after several phone calls, was told the SIM card could only be sent to my home billing address. Weird-- because a WEEK AGO they had no problem with sending it here in NJ.
So now I have no working hotspot and no SIM card - and they have refused to refund my $50.
So, if you want to keep your sanity and not waste your time and money trying to deal with a company that offers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, run like hell away from BM as fast as you can.

I dont know where to start, my experiene is not profession at all, I have been harrassed for months, I am mentally ill the constant calls are upsetting .I dont know what to do.Plus when I have important calls, the service is constantly at least 4 times a day. I brought talked to a man Brian James who stated that i be reimberce for the inconvinence for compansation the dollar amount from since all this started .Which is $300.00 I have talked to at least 10 customer service representive with no success. unethical business practices-not unlocking my iphone
I have been a customer of Boost Mobile/15995 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577, for over 5 years. I always bought my phones there with the service. I also told people how great they were until I asked them to unlock my iPhone I just bought from them in April 2019. Customer Service (Sara) & the Elevated Service (Alexis) were rude & said they could not unlock my phone for 12 months, & that I could not bring it back for a refund either because I already had it for two months! Alexis said, "you signed our contract which tells you about not unlocking the phone." This is such a scam to keep customers! If I wait a year, the phone will be old & most likely unusable. Who wants an old iPhone when they are up to iPhone 10's now!
At no time during the purchase of the service or any of their phones, did they explain about "unlocking" the cell phone. That should be first & foremost to a customer willing to accept their terms & before the contract is signed. Anytime a contract is signed most dealers will explain details of the contract to let you know what you're getting into. BOOST MOBILE DID NOT! They keep this a secret so they can scam the public! I am on a fixed income because of a work related injury, so downsizing my bills as much as possible is foremost to me right now. I have a opportunity to get free service with a cable company which I already pay for their cable & internet. I will take this complaint further if I don't get my desired results from Boost Mobile!
refusal to unlock iphone xr
I have been a loyal boost mobile customer for over 12 years and bought an iPhone XR in December. I paid upfront for the phone and last month was offered to switch carriers with a deal through my job 3 days prior to my next bill with boost being paid. I canceled service with boost and they immediately cut off service and when I asked to have my phone unlocked, the customer service rep said she would process the request. 2 days went by and I couldn't activate my phone with my new carrier so I called boost and was told that because I haven't owned my phone for 12 months, they wouldn't unlock it. I have been hung up on, lied to, and given a different explanation of why they don't have to unlock my phone, even though I own it. I have been fighting with this POS company for a month now and still can't use my iPhone XR. There are no working phone numbers to the corporate office and the customer care numbers only connect you to outsourced foreigners that I can hardly understand most of the time. I just want to be able to use the phone I paid for without them using their criminal tactics because I canceled service after 12 years. How are they still in business?! Unlock my phone.
international calling
I have been calling boost mobile since before my husband left fourteen days ago. I wanted to know what we needed to do to make sure we could communicate with each other while he is in antigua. First person told me as long as I have money in my balance then I we can call. Which as soon as he landed we had no service. So then I was told there has to be wifi and I can add international minutes. I paid 10 for 200 minutes. When that didn't work and I called back I was told oh well you paid already but that is not going to work because it is not covered in antigua. I said cancel the addon but however I was not given a refund for false information. Then I called again and was told that I can reach landline for a charge down there. I went to call the landline and the call kept dropping. So my question is why did boost mobile representatives give me all this false information. Why? I kept doing my part and still kept coming up empty. I need someone to explain. [protected]

Went in there the other day to look into switching my phone company. Guy that was there was super rude and he smelled of alcohol. I have my little one with me & he was cussing up a storm. That was alerting to me, so I left. Needless to say I didn't get a phone and probably will not be back. Why do they have people like that running a store? You cant be that...

Customer service is a joke. Call twice wondering why I didn't qualify for the boost up promotion when I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years I've gotten products off the boost up before so just wondering why I didn't qualify this time when my bill is on time my service has never been disconnected the lady told me I qualified and that someone would email me and so that I can get the promotion and then all of a sudden when I called again I didn't qualify they try to send me over to something else to get a lease on a phone or some that I did not want it made me very upset I'm thinking about switching companies
I am complaining about every one of boost mobile's locations not being open
For almost five years every time I go to pay my phone bill, their location is closed by the time I get there after opening hours. What makes it even worse is I have to waste my time looking for other locations that aren't even closed. But as soon as I find one, it's closed as well. I'm getting sick and tired of this happening to me every month. Boost Mobile has lousy management, and their service sucks. They don't care about their customers
slow service
By far Boost Mobile is absolutely the slowest mobile service I have ever had. I only get 1 bar of reception anywhere I go, I can't talk on the phone and browse the internet at the same time, and I get tons of dropped calls. It's sad I'm on an iPhone but can't use it to full capability due to crappy phone service. Boost mobile service clearly needs a boost!

Hello Ive been having issues with boost for months now I had 3 different lines im down to just one line, one of my complaints that has me really pissed off ive been trying to reach customer service for more that 2 hrs this is ridiculous when I go to chat with agent they leave me waiting there and no agent has logged on to bother helping me I went online and when I call it doesnt transfer my call but when I called from someone else device the call went through this is ridiulous

I've been a boost user for a very long time. And I have switched from fifty dollar plan to 60 dollar plan and I've had nothing but issues. I have poor service. Slow internet. Also I can not access my boost account. Nor when I click on my boost app does it work anymore. I pay more for the better things yet I get nothing and I can't even look at my account anymore.
