dikeledi et al and listing
I was listed by Arwyp Hospital for my resignation now, spoken to Miss Labuschagne who through telephonic conversation confirm that I paid up and promised me a confirmation letter but didn't now I heard she's left, Dikeledi promised me that I will be helped by other Law consultant but not. I've been in contact with the Law firm from May up until now its not been resolved, 3weeks ago I was told that my file is with Polly whom I spoke to and he promised to resolve my issue but not even today. The account was paid in April but they run away from issuing the settlement letter. The PAs, Dikeledi and others are so rude and they always refuse to identify themselves. The company is so unprofessional with all these PAs . I only need the settlement letter.
Unlaw full on itc also default payer
Bouwer cardona attorneys of kempton park for arwyp hospital. did put me on itc aswell get a judgement against me unlaw full.. they also listed me as a default payer'. they are not above the law. after numerous e-mails, letters and calls no reply. they did clear my name from itc, butmy name is stiil down as a default payer. that is after they admitted that they are in the wrong.. can they do just what they please? I need urgent attention to this matter. I do have all the proof. my name and credit reference is damaged by a law firm.
