On 8/28/23, I attempted to purchase gas at BP#8336745BOULEVARD AM. The location is 400 Martin Luther King Blvd Wilmington, Delaware. After waiting at the pump for several minutes, I realized the gas wasn’t pumping. I went back into the store to the cashier, she said swipe your card again, it did not go through.” I told her I don’t want to be double charged and am afraid to pump again. She said you won’t. be double charged. This time I requested 15.00, the gasoline pumped. “Don’t worry you won’t be charged because it did not print a receipt.” “I hope not”, I replied.
I have made several attempts to resolve this issue at 400 Martin Luther King Blvd, Wilmington, Delaware. The cashier tells me that I need to come to the store at a non-specific time when BP is there. She (the cashier) doesn’t know the exact time, just a generalization as to when I should come. She took my phone number, dates, and amounts charged. She promised to call me. I returned to the store and was told “you didn’t come”.
Desired outcome: To be reimbursed $15.00 for gasoline, I did not receive.
