I was so mad!
I was so mad! I had to call them up and give them a piece of my mind. They finally stopped sending the items, but I never got my money back. Don't trust these guys, they're a bunch of crooks.

Bradford Exchange is the worst company to order from. I ordered a ring and 4 days before it was supposed to be delivered, it was sent back and the order was canceled.

I was hoping the replacement would be better, but it wasn't. I won't buy from them again. They said they would give me a refund, but I don't think they will.

Bradford Exchange is a bad company! It's been 28 business days since they got the two coins I sent back, one of which was a coin box I never even asked for. But my account still doesn't show any refund, and my credit card hasn't gotten any money back from them. Bradford Exchange said they'd credit my account in 2-3 weeks, but that's not what's happening. Bradford Exchange is okay. They sell you stuff and send it to you, but they keep sending you more stuff. I didn't know I was signing up for a subscription when I bought two things. The first time it happened, I kept the stuff and paid $100 more than I thought I would. I had to call to cancel the subscription, which was annoying. Today, I saw a new charge on my credit card. They didn't even email me to say they sent me something, just charged me. This time, I'm fighting the charge with my credit card, sending the stuff back, and emailing Bradford Exchange to never sell to me again. Their customer service is only open Monday to Friday, which is weird because they sell stuff to people all the time. It's annoying that this keeps happening. I suggest finding a different place to buy from. I don't recommend Bradford Exchange.

All the stuff on their website is made by an artist and not what you'll get. I bought 5 baby dolls and only one was okay, but the arm was broken. The other dolls looked nothing like the pictures on the website. They're just showing you something you won't get. My mom wanted a $300 doll and it was cute, but it had a rip in the arm. BE's silicone rips easily and returns take almost a month. Customer service doesn't answer your questions and just sends a scripted email. I lost over $100 in postage fees that I can't get back. Don't buy from them.

The account was canceled on the 29th of september. it is now October 22nd and we are continuing to get unauthorized charges that they refuse to refund Call to cancel ongoing account was september 29th. The company claims that they charged her that day for the "first instalment" for a product she did not order. October 22 she was charged for a "second installment". When she called and asked why they first told her that it was back pay for previous purchases. Then said they would not refund any of the money until she returned the product that was never received. It was apparently the only purchase that involved "installments" so they claimed it was alright to charge the account. *** They snuck in that september charge as she cancelled and expect continuing payment.

Today I got a notice by a second creditor, *** LP, demanding another $37.69. After I returned the 3 items, I reported the theft of my money from my bank account to Chase bank. The bank temporarily credited my account $37.69 for the item I had returned by UPS, but not the others. Total, $188.45 for items I returned

I ordered a figurine from the Bradford Exchange in May . I have reached out to them several,several times and have been given the runaround each and every time. The most recent call I was informed that the item had been sent on January 7th and was even given a tracking number which shows the item is in transit but the status has not moved at all in January. I am at the point I don't know where to turn they no longer respond to my emails and when I call I am given the runaround even from the supervisors. Today I received an e-mail from the company (advertising) the very same item as available for Valentines. I would appreciate any help at all in resolving this issue. Thank you

According to the special offer on the brochure it stated that the price of this model was $159.96 I sent the acceptance form which was attached to the brochure confirming the order. As you see they confirmed the order at a different price then the one they advertised which was $269.99 plus shipping and HST which amounted to $337.85 total a far cry from their offer of $159.96 + Shipping and HST which they advertised! a difference over $110.00
Been trying to reach someone since after the Holidays. Cannot get through so i chose email. Big mistake. I am still getting shoved around. The *** has the cross upside down as well as very low music very poor quality for such an expensive item. All i want to know is can i send it back without original box and i want another sent to me . I have been waiting on a Refund for 3.5 months now. I placed an order in November for 5 Christmas packages to be delivered to 5 different addresses, I was on the phone for over an hour, Placing the order and gave each address, the sales lady took all information charged my card 5 different times, she claimed she had to do each one seperate. All the packages started arriving at my address 3 days before Christmas, So I then had to go out spend money to have them shipped. They were supposed to refund me the money, that I spent to have them shipped where they originally should have been shipped to,I emailed them my receipts, they said it might take a couple of weeks it has now been 3 months. I was paying the full price (not time payments) each time using a VISA ACCESS Debit card with more the sufficient funds in the account. Their reply when I have called is "there is a problem with this address". While I live at this address, I do not own the house, I only rent it. I do not know what people who lived here before me have done, nor what people who have stayed here with me have done and I am not willing to be blamed for what they might have done.

A doll I ordered was returned and arrived back at Bradford Dec 11/20. I still not have received the refund. Likewise with a cancelled doll receive. I ordered a doll and wasn't impressed, returned it. It was delivered back to Bradford on Dec 11/20 but I still have not received a refund despite many emails. Also, I had cancelled another doll, it was ordered by mistake and cancelled within 30 minutes of the order being placed. This has also been returned and delivered but still not refund. These two dolls total 350$ plus additional expenses such as taxes etc. They were paid via Mastercard. Item 1: "***t" doll, Order no. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Item no. XXXXXXXXX. Ordered a deluxe nativity set on Dec 3rd, paid extra for priority shipping, with a guarantee they failed with no refund. On Dec 3rd I ordered a deluxe nativity set, paid extra for priority shipping with guaranteed delivery by Dec 11th. It didn't arrive until the following week, and when I complained on Dec 12th, they offered a refund on the shipping fee (item was delayed at a PA post office). By the 17th, the refund hadn't appeared in my account. I contacted Bradford again, and they only offered a coupon for a discount on future purchases. They also charged my bank account for the second issue of the set, despite my instructions to the sales operator that we only wanted the first issue, as we already had the second. They refused to refund or stop the shipment of the second issue, which hadn't yet shipped. Multiple calls for resolution resulted in being hung up on, totaling over 30 minutes of phone time.

I had been promised by an employee on the phone I would get the first one in and priority shipping as I had waited so long but now the best they are offering is to refund the cost of the first 2 I was also talked into buying issue 4 and 5 being told that the 3rd item witch is the biggest part the display for the lighter collection was on its way the collection as of today is still listed on their website and it is no longer for sale. this is false advertising at least fraud at the worst. I was lied to for just under 2 years and they kept pushing me to spend more on the rest of the collection I want a refund for all 4 items I paid for or I want the 3rd item shipped to me at no charge due to the lies and almost 2 year wait.

On 7/30 I purchased the *** Holiday tree as a gift to a friend. The cost of the item was $75.40. I was charged that amount on the same day as purchased ($75.40). Unknowing to my knowledge, the company continued to charge my card $37.70 MONTHLY (on 8/12 and 9/14). Thankfully, I caught this and notified my bank that this company is continuously charging my card without my authorization. In the mail, I have received a notice from a debt collector that I owe this company $75.40 even though I paid that amount on 7/30. I mailed a response including the proof of payment and card statements showing I paid the "owed" amount the date of purchase. I never received a response. Instead, I continue to receive debt notice from the debt collector. In total, I've paid this company $150.80. Not only did I pay the amount that I am being accused of owing, I've also paid this company an additional $75.40 when they charged my card on 8/12 and 9/14 without my authorization. I do not owe this company money.

Customer service won't answer emails and every time I phone they cut me off or hang up on me. I can't get any answers. My account number is *** with Bradford Exchange Canada. My spouse ordered me subscription plan no. *** and prior to my last piece of the set being shipped (Spirit of Inspiring Hope Order #***) I had moved. I logged into my account and changed the shipping address as well as sent an email to customer service to ensure my last piece would go to my new residence. Upon not receiving it, I contacted customer service. I was told that because it went to the wrong address and I had not received it, another one would be shipped to me at my new address. January 19th it was shipped and I still have not received it (March 2). I called customer service to see if they could track or provide me with tracking information however I have called not only once but twice just to be put on hold then cut off. I have also emailed customer service looking for the tracking information and nobody has gotten back to me.

Transaction date: 2/26/22. Ordered checks for 4 accounts. 2 of the orders had routing and account numbers that didn't match. I called and told them that. They said they would fix it and send checks with the right numbers. The company acted like I was some kind of criminal attempting to get checks fraudulently. They never emailed me a receipt, never gave me any order numbers and never sent 1 of the orders and the second had an inverted number on the account. Yesterday, 3/11/22 I got a letter stating that I gave them the wrong numbers. I don't know why I would have done that. Then they wanted the right numbers for order number ***. I don't know how I can do that since I don't have a single order number and I don't have an account number either, which they claim I should have. Frankly I don't want to deal with these people anymore and I want my money back for all unsent items.

The item ordered was never received I ordered an item in mid Nov 2020. In early Dec I queried the status as the item was yet to be delivered. Was told at the time that item was shipped 19 Nov and I should wait 30 days. I waited the requested period and again queried the status. I was then told that the item was delivered. As I had not received it, I cancelled the order and asked about a refund. I was then told that a replacement was being shipped and it was too late to stop the delivery. I was told to simply mark 'refused' and send it back. Once they received the returned item they would process my refund. I never received the 2nd one either. At this point I raised a dispute of the charges with my bank and funds were credited. I figured that was the end of it, but I just recently received an invoice for payment. I did send an email back to the company stating my concern and also let them know that I would not be paying this invoice since the ordered item was never received. I also mentioned that a senior member of the company should give me a call to discuss further if needed. My concern now is that this will be sent to a collection agency and my credit rating will/may be negatively impacted.

I originally placed this order November as part of a series of plaques. I have received all the plaques but the personalize one. This was delayed in June due to Covid. November it shipped and I was charged. I never received it. The tracking number showed lost at ***. Every time I called customer service I would get a different excuse. January 11, they cancelled and reordered the plaque and I was told 3 -4 weeks for delivery. I emailed on February 9 and was told the order was cancelled. I called on February 11 and they told me my order was suspended. Then they said no we still don't have it but don't know when we will get it. Now they still have my $71, they applied a $40 credit to my account that I am never going to use, they refuse to give me my money back. I asked why they couldn't call the vendor and get an order update. He told me they would call the marketing department and it would take another 3 days to find out.. So now I am still waiting for my order with no answers.

Item was made in China. Very cheap, unappealing and looked nothing like the photos representing the sculpture. Item was shipped Nov 02, 2020 and returned. Item was received by the company on Nov 25, 2020. No refund has been issued. To date I am owed to my credit card: $47.71 paid on 09/25 $47.72 paid on 10/27 $54.62 paid on 11/02 $54.62 paid on 11/30 A charge was made to my credit card after the company had received the returned item. I'm not authorizing any further charges to my card. I had contacted the company on Dec 12, 2020 to inquire about the refund process. Was told by a representative that the items had not been received. Canada Post tracking # *** show that both items have been delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was disconnected and send to another representative. After waiting on hold for over 1/2 hour, I was informed that no supervisor was available to speak with me.

I tried to contact The Bradford Exchange by e-mail to find out what happened to the product but no one got back to me. However after contacting TBE I was told an e-mail was sent to me in December, two months after the fact, but I never received it. When I finally got in touch with customer service by phone, today, Dec. 10 I was the tole the order had been cancelled. I said I did not cancel it. They told me it had been cancelled because the product was no longer available. I asked why I was not informed of this, why no one replied to my e-mails and all I got was sorry. When I asked for a credit in the amount of the painting I had ordered I was told they don't do that. They were not willing to do anything except pay for the postage for another order. It is to late to order something else for Christmas. I am beyond angry. I told them all they had to do was let me know the order was no longer available and I would have ordered something else but they didn't seem to think that was a priority. They took my order, gave me an order number and that was it. They boast customer satisfaction and service on their website. I think I deserve a credit because of their lack of customer service and accountability. Don't advertise customer service and satisfaction when you don't deliver. I want customers to know what kind of company they are dealing with.

Bradford Exchange is continuing to charge for items that were not ordered. In November, they told me it would be cancelled. It has not been. In the fall of 2019, I thought I ordered a collectible *** castle from their catalogue. However, when they notified me that it was just one piece of the castle per year for many years, I cancelled the order. However, they sent one of the pieces anyway without payment. They then proceeded to bill me for the item sent. To settle the issue, I paid the amount and cancelled any future orders. Fast forward to the fall of 2020...Bradford Exchange sends me yet another piece of the castle for another 50$ charge. Again, not ordered. They then sent me another bill for the new item. I contacted them by phone upset. I was upset that the issue from a year ago had not been resolved and that they were still sending products I didn't order or want. They assured me in November that everything was resolved, no further products would be sent my way, and I would not owe them money. All I would need to do is return the latest item. I brought the unopened package to the post office and returned to sender. Now in January, they sent me another bill for the item I already returned. They are threatening to send it to collections. How do I resolve this?

I ordered a coin from Bradford Exchange on behalf of my son (billed on 12 Aug 21 for $83.93) but was not aware that it was part of a subscription series. When I was billed on 30 Sep for $83.93 I contacted Bradford Exchange to cancel the series and return the second coin and wooden display box. I was billed again on 22 Oct and 15 Nov for $83.93, and BE told me all three times I called that they had no record of my account, despite being perfectly capable of billing my credit card. They finally agreed to send me a return authorization necessary to return the coins, but never sent it. They continued to bill me and send coins even after I made it clear that I didn't want them. When they finally agreed to send me the return authorizations so I could have my money refunded and the merchandise returned, I was told I would get it by 16 Dec. It never arrived, and I believe they are deliberately obfuscating the return process in order to bill my credit card. I had to call my bank and report them for fraud as well as cancel my credit card leading into Christmas, which was extremely inconvenient, but it was the only way to force them to stop sending me things and billing me for them. I haven't been able to get the charges on my card reversed and am still on the hook for them, despite not wanting the coins or the box. I received appalling customer service and I want to warn other people about the shady business practices of Bradford Exchange. I also want the charges on my card reversed and the RA forms couriered to me so I can return the items, since they refuse to fax or email the forms and have told me "they must have gotten lost" three times in a row, despite them being able to send me mountains of other product offers and selling my mailing address to other companies who are now inundating me with junkmail. I will never buy another thing from Bradford Exchange and will warn anyone I know who is considering such a purchase.
