Dear mam/ sir I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent purchase from the company. Bradlows I bought sofa from the store chatsworth Centre. Unfortunately, the item has failed to meet my expectations it was rejected on the 1st day i got it.. The shop is such a disappointment and so unprofessional with the manager and sale person..The sofa is such poor quality, made of waste pay so much for something that so badly made. Like you sitting on wood only I have tried calling and made many attempts to resolve the issue, but no use they took my sofa for repair after 8 months and got it back the same again they took it again when i called to complain they expect me to pay R 4560 to repair it again its like buying a new sofa.. I contact customer support, visiting the store, etc. However, the issue remains unresolved.now i am sitting without a sofa for the passed 2 months i dont have the sofa they took it and left it in the warehouse.. To resolve this issue, I would appreciate it if they could replace the item. I am still paying for it every month and still under warranty.. Please investigate this matter and take necessary steps to address my concerns.
