I paid $1700 for an order placed december 15. I called/emailed bradlows furniture store several times with no response. I finally reached someone and after being on the phone for an hour trying to get information about my order, I just found out it was damaged and would take 2 more weeks to get fixed.

a year ago I bought table and chairs and a wall unit at Bradlows Brakpan and they were delivered, then the delivery guys did not set any thing up. my eldely mom and my child set them up but on that period doing that my mom fell and came down with oneside of the door. she tried to balance but she came down with the upper side of the wall unit. I reported this incident Bradlows sent one guy to check the damages. we filled a paper and he told us their coming back with the new wall unit and they admitted that it was their fault. but even now nothing has happen.The ladies from bradlows were nasty when I called I even stoped calling cause I got nothing from reporting and I'm bussy paing my installment never miss a month. I felt like I'm no longer a valued customer. Come fetch both items because I'm not happy but 2000 is taken from me for every month. Nothing is fair about this situation. Muriel Myeka.
Hi my lounge suite was taken for repairs 3 months ago and till today still not back we are sitting on kamp chairs.

I am from Polokwane _ Limpopo Province have always been doing my furnisher shopping in your store, have great experience and good customer service. October 2015 I moved to Kroonstad (Free State Province) and because of the distance I decided to buy my bed here (Kroonstad).A few weeks later I realised that something was not right with the bed but I was not sure and I said to my self let me just give some time maybe is me missing home.
January when I came back from my festive holidays I experienced the same problem and that was when I decided to go back to the store and report the problem. I got there lodged my complain, produced my cash receipt and the manager told me that he will attend to it, same day I signed some documents confirming that I am not satisfied with my bed and that he will process the complain. Few days later I went back to the shop to check on the process and when I get the hold me that he has not processed the complain yet but he is on it and he again told me that I will receive an sms with the reference number. I waited a few days and did not receive the sms, so i went back to the store to do a fellow up and when i got there i am now told that is not their problem, the problem is with their supplier(Edblo)and i asked if maybe they can take the bed back and i add some money and get another bed with a different brand and they told me no. Honestly i don't understand why i should not be assisted and is not me who has contract with the supplier. I made the purchase at Bradlows not at Edblo and when i made that purchase i was not told anything about the supplier, Bradlows must just ackowldge that the bed is not in good condition and solve the matter.
I did not request for a refund because i took the matter as not a big deal, and based on the experience i have with Bradlows i just told my self that they will resolve this. I have4 not heart anything from the store since my last visit, i cant not afford to go there anymore because is petrol and again i am not getting any result. Bradlows has failed me big time at times i wish was in Polokwane and buy there.
i brought lounge siute at bradlows alberton they took them 2 weeks bacuase they where not in good condition lots of mistake im still waiting for feedback, how long must i wait, the service at bradlows is not good and i paid cash
In febuary 2017, I bought a new grafton everest lounge suit valued at r29, 999-00 from bradlows in chatsworth kzn, the contract was over 36 months at about r2, 300-00 p/m and I pay r5, 000-00 p/m ever since I bought them. I also needed washing machine but decided to buy it for cash from bradlows pmb which was about r6, 999-00. two to three months ago we saw that the arm rest where loss so we called and lodged a fault, they took about two to three weeks to pick up the one lounge suit out of the three pieces, returned it about under a month later. two days later it did the same thing, we reported it again of which they came a few weeks later, on arrivals there were three black guys without uniform and come on a sunday. when they were stripping the lounge suit to load it we saw that they had fitted an l brackets shaped piece of metal and screws into the leather which damaged it and it was looking very bad, a real cheap back door job after spending so much money, did not inform me about fitting that bracket it was just fitted. I looks so cheap you will not beleave and the leather in the back is also damaged with all the stripping and replacing. I am so angry this is so unreal and have decided to take this to the news papers with all the photos.
This if a supposedly new fielle kitchen scheme that was delivered we lodged a complaint they fetched it but returned it with same faults more than 2weeks later and scratches outside as a Bonus(to add drawers stuck) ...it's a month old but we've used it for less than that as they had it for repairs (bradlows witbank)
