This complaint is directed at one of the service persons. When he entered the house he immediately said the refrigerator would not fit the space reserved for it.
The comment was unwarranted, curt and inaccurate, the refrigerator fit the space. The second incident was his comment that the dishwasher would not fit the space where the prior dishwasher was installed years ago. After making a phone call and the removal of a piece of molding the appliance fit and was installed. When the serviceman asked for towels to pickup waste water from the old unit, the service man left the wet towels on the floor and in the sink. As he left after the install he told my wife, "you can cleanup that mess now." They left a trail of water as they left the house from the dishwasher and refrigerator, tracked in leaves, did not use a cover for my foyer rugs and floor and generally left my house a mess. The service man evidently forgot who is the customer and who the installer. This was very poor customer service. This person should be reprimanded for his comments and poor customer service.
Desired outcome: A reprimand of this service person should take place.
