I got a used 2018 BMW 440i from Brian Jessel in March 2022. But in just three months, my car had some serious problems like the drivetrain malfunction, busted air conditioning, and weird noise from the rear brake. I tried to reach out to the salesperson who sold me the car, but he already left and didn't reply to my messages. So, I went straight to the store, and the boss said my warranty already expired, and they won't pay for anything. It's not fair that I got a car with so many issues in just a few months, and now I have to pay for everything myself. This is my first year in Vancouver, and I thought I could trust buying a used car here, but I guess not.

I got my ride from Brain Jessel BMW some years back. It's a sweet ride, a real beauty. But last week, the engine started acting up, so I took it to Brain Jessel BMW Pre-Own service. The tech said it wasn't covered by warranty and charged me $705.43. I checked the BMW *** Warranties (March Technical Service) and found out that the coolant thermostat is under a 10-year extension warranty. So I emailed the manager, Nicole. Nicole said my car wasn't covered by the extension warranty, only the US policy. But all *** were made in Germany at the same time, so why wouldn't they be covered? I sent Nicole the warranty extension document, but he never replied.

I bought a car from Brian Jessel BMW Pre-owned and told them I was looking to spend more than I wanted to buy a good reliable car for myself. They told me how rare and good this car was and that they did so much maintenance before it was put back on the lot. They kept telling me how good they were and reputable and not slimy. I obviously did my rounds of the car, no problems, drove it on a good test drive highway and all. No problems. Made a down payment, came back a few days later to pay for it. Drove it home to do a few errands that night. The next morning, I turned it on, warmed it up, and took it 2km from my house. The odometer was at 160km from the lot. The car started sputtering, and the check engine light came on. I got out and immediately called Thai, telling him what happened and that I only drove 160km. They told me they were going to come get the car. 20 minutes later, they told me I had to drive my car into BMW after it basically died and potentially put my life in harm's way over a product they certified to be good through them.
