We were very pleased with the installation of our solar panels by Brighthome. Already we have saved in monthly electric costs. The office staff (*** especially) has been there to answer any of our questions. Having solar panels is a learning process.

Bright Home Energy did a great job on our solar system installation. They were very professional and clean in there workmanship. They kept us apprised every step of the way.It took much longer than I anticipated for the system to be up and running, but that was not their fault. It was more the municipality and utility companies slowness in approval and meter installation that cause the delays.But now that it's up and running it works great.

BrightHome Energy might just be the best solar company around. From our first meeting to the final installation, every representative of the company has been professional, efficient, timely, and friendly. I especially appreciated that they communicated often to keep me updated on the progress of our project. I also liked the fact that if I had a question, someone was immediately available with the answer. I would like to thank EVERYONE at BrightHome once again for a very pleasant experience. Good communication and got it done fast. It was about 2 months from signing the documents to completion. They also were very straight up. During the signing process we came to a point where they said they would cut me a check for the difference on the interest for the loan I would have to take to buy the panels, I was a bit skeptical of receiving that check but it arrived shortly after signing the documents. Referrals are also nice and simple, another neighbor of mine signed with them on my recommendation and I received a check the moment their panels were done. Refreshingly honest company for once

The "Dream Team" as BrightHome Energy's *** introduced us to, prior to installing our new solar panels, did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Watching them work together as they installed our new solar panels was nothing short of absolute perfection, each taking pride in delivering excellent results (right down to walking our backyard following the installation making sure any leftover scraps, etc. were picked up.They were all polite, friendly and clearly demonstrating professionalism and pride in their work. We couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely recommend BrightHome Energy for your solar panel needs!

We purchase solar about a year ago. They were great for sales and installation. Once you have an issue the customer service goes out the door. Our inverter went out Aug. 21st, it tool until Sept. 22 to get a new one put it. It worked for 1 day and now it is not producing again. We are their customer, we bought *** from them. They say it is not their responsibility to compensate us for the solar we are having to pay for (going into two months now) that is not working. We paid over $40k and gave two referrals that ended in installs for them and this is how we are treated. They have ignored two emails that I sent. They can never give us an estimate on how long this will take to fix. They are costing us a small fortune due to very increased APS bills along with still paying for solar that does not work. My advise look for a company that values their customers.

Before considering Solar for my home, I attended some classes on Solar provided by my Complex.The speaker gave general information on Solar. At the end of the class, a clipboard was passed around without the actual names of the businesses that met the desired qualifications. I consider myself lucky that I signed on the BrightHome clipboard blindly.From the beginning to the end, things went smoothly. I had many questions first directed to my wonderful, professional salesperson and at subsequent times to office staff. Every question was answered to my satisfaction. Not receiving an APS bill is a blessing and receiving a check from APS at the end of the year is an even bigger blessing. As a side note, my son did not listen to his mother and had another company install his Solar. He has had several problems arise which to this day are not all resolved. A good friend listened and BrightHome installed her Solar and she is very happy also. You can't go wrong with ***.

I bought my system on 12/21 for $52,434.44. The system ain't been workin' right since I got it. Last year, it didn't produce enough power for 'bout 8 months. This year, it's been under producin' for 6 months already, and there ain't been no solar production since 07/26/2022. When I called 'em on 08/02/2022 'cause I noticed the system was down, they said Bright home/SolarEdge knew 'bout the problem on 7/26 and were tryin' to fix it. But when nobody came to fix it, I called 'em again on 08/09. They told me Bright Home/SolarEdge didn't know 'bout the problem 'til 08/02, so I gotta wait even longer. The person on the phone lied. I asked to talk to the boss. The boss called me back and said it was a new person who gave me the wrong info, and they were "sorry". When I bought the system, they promised it would be fixed in two weeks. But that never happened. All Bright Home/SolarEdge does is give me the runaround, sayin' they're waitin' on someone else. They never give me the number of that "someone" else. Meanwhile, I'm payin' for the system and a big electric bill. I ain't saved no money with this system, it just costs money, and they don't care 'cause it ain't their money. It takes a whole month before Bright Home/SolarEdge finally come to fix it, and then it breaks down again a couple months later.
